Nice service. Good range of hot food for a burger bar. Great quality to the hot food also. Red hot great tasting coffee and tea. Ice cream is delicious as are the freshly made doughnuts

This McDonalds has gone downhill since it was renovated. It is always hit or miss! Today a very long wait for almost cold food, wrong size coffee, no dips which I had paid for, no tray offered with food, no sugar or napkins available … I had to ask for all of these when I was given my food!! No toilet roll or soap in the ladies either! How can it be so bad with so many staff working! It looked like chaos behind the counter. Sadly this is my nearest McDonalds!

So annoyed, we got home with our takeaway to find all our 3 Sprite drinks were just like soda water. Obviously no syrup had been added! Tried to ring out of principal to tell them the problem thinking we would get a code to use next time for 3 Sprites but they just don’t answer the phone or reply to emails. Disgusting customer service to be treated this way. Puts me off going back there. Will go Broughton Park next time.

Absolutely awful service. Ordered a mcmuffin meal with a coffee. 25 minutes later, I had to enquire where my meal was. Guy went off, came back with cold coffee and cold mcmuffin. They seem to prioritise the drive thru, and completely ignore the people waiting inside. Will never go here again. One of the worst I've been to. Manager was more interested in putting signs up, staff were walking around like zombies pretending to clean. Never known anything like it. If you want fast food, go home, cook it yourself, because you'll get it quicker. Avoid this place and drive to the one in Abergele.

Big Macs served undercooked and cold with luke warm chips. Took one of the Big Macs back and ended up with another undercooked cold one. On entering I did wonder why at 6.30pm it was empty, now I know why. Will not be wasting time or money here in future.

Waited over 5 minutes for someone to ask for our order, then it was too complicated to swap a sausage for a bacon on the pancakes breakfast, and then to encounter staff still half sleeping on the job!, then when it was to late to realise they had not supplied us with golden syrup when we specifically asked for syrup! And to top it off the caramel latter was full of chunks of ice, 1-10 horrible experience.
