The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving German food

Me and my son visited on the 3rd march for my birthday. We were greeted by who I'm assuming was the manager. He was welcoming. This wasn't continued by the Waitress who then took us to our table. Firstly, the seats in the middle section was dirty. My son had ordered the burger which turned up in Pitta bread as a substitute to a brioche bun. They hadn't mentioned this to us, so as you can imagine when it came out, he was very disappointed. He did change his meal to something else and the Waitress said it will be a while because there's people Infront. We had to eat our meals separate. I asked for San Miguel which they had ran out of so I was given the drinks menu after I had asked, which she didn't return for another 15-20 minutes and when she did, she asked if we'd like any desserts! I had mentioned I was waiting to order a drink but unfortunately my parking was due to run out so didn't have time. There was no apology for the inconvenience. Definitely would recommend Waitress training as she was abrupt and came across rude. I did email before writing a review, which they have rudely ignored. Won't be recommending or coming here again. So unorganised and chaos!

Great service and good for family , very good restaurant and very good cleaning. Toilet is cleaning all the time , I like gdk east ham

Love coming to this pub after I've finished work for a couple drinks. Always love the atmosphere and the vibes in there. All the staff are so lovely and always up for a chat and a laugh. They don't do food but they let you bring your own in which is nice as there are loads of lush food places nearby. Live music is always great too !

Great food, fab people.Visited German Doner Kebab (GDK) in Nottingham recently, and I have to say, the food was top-notch! The kebabs are packed with flavor, and the meat is tender and well-seasoned. I tried their signature doner kebab, and it was easily one of the best

Recientemente visité GDK y pedí una comida de kebab junto con guarniciones como bocados de queso chile y hachís moreno. En general, fue una experiencia sólida. El servicio fue relativamente rápido, y el personal era amable. El restaurante tenía un ambiente limpio y moderno, por lo que es un lugar cómodo para disfrutar de una comida informal.

Falko is a charming German cafe nestled in Scotland, and it was an absolute delight! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff were incredibly friendly, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. I had the schnitzel with a mushroom sauce, which was rich, and comforting. My partner had the Spätzle (cheesy noodles with bacon and onion) were also a standout—perfectly cheesy and indulgent. Cakes were also amazing! Falko is a true gem, and I’ll definitely be back to try more. Highly recommend!

Excelentes kebabs en el centro de Londres. Gran comida reconfortante a precios razonables. Servicio rápido y amable. Adecuado para familias. Recomiendo encarecidamente GDK.

Lovely cafe. Dog friendly and staff very welcoming, friendly and wanting to make sure we were happy with service. Gave water to dogs as well. Food excellent, tasty and plentiful. Well done and thank you. We will be back.

GDK Alemán Doner Kebab No hay mucho que decir sobre esto realmente, hice una visita al lugar en Edgware Road y Bell Street W 2 el 27 / 09 / 2024 y no estoy seguro de qué se trata toda la rabia. El servicio era rápido y el servidor era muy educado y atento. El local es bastante amplio, bien distribuido y la limpieza general y la higiene también era buena. Esta es una franquicia alemana de kebab que usa carne de res en lugar de cordero y presentan el kebab en un envoltorio o en una caja. El tamaño de la porción es justo para el precio y el sabor del kebab también es justo, pero nada que escribir en casa. Puede que esté un poco sesgada aquí, ya que me encanta la carne asada, pero prefiero un kebab de cordero. Si usted está hambriento y cerca de una articulación GDK, esto sin duda llenará un vacío y le hará cosquillas a sus papilas gustativas, pero no mucho más.
