Ordered on Uber eats, it arrived freezing cold! Like really cold. The order arrived only 15mins later. There is no way the order got THAT cold within 15mins which leaves the question how long was it sat out for. I strongly believe the food I received was sat out before I even placed the order. I’m putting all fault with the store. I enjoy these Kebabs normally but the kebab just ain’t done right at the Kilburn store. Won’t be back or ordering from there ever again. Kilburn you’ve just lost a customer.

I don't know why but in the last orders they didn't include the three sauces. We usually order 2 OG kebabs with extra beef and two spring rolls... It's a shame because I think it was a nice touch...

We had the doner box. The food was very delicious, well presented & hot. The restaurant was very clean & the staff was very cheerful.

I didn't recieve the right order and the manager refused to send me back what he forgot to include. So in essence I pay for an ittem I never got the chance to receive. He said he knows I missing an item but he doesn't have any drivers to send it to me. I live 1 mile away. This is the worst service I have ever seen in London. I believe he didn't forgot to include the item, this is stealing.and the manager should be reported.

I have order food for me and family once we receive our order it was terrible disgusting and stinky chips and with burned doner it was completely disgusting also missing curry fries and i had to call them and I reported to the manager he said send photos after seen the photos he okay i will offer you free meal he send me his phone number to send the photos via WhatsApp after i asked him two time please reply the my message on WhatsApp to confirm that you will offer me a free meal he ignored me this take way need to be inspected by council for food hygiene get void from this restaurant if love yourself

If you love a kebab and want a proper, fresh experience, you have to go here. Love the presentation of the humble kebab, extremely fresh ingredients. Having eaten from here a few times and had delivery, my go-to is Doner Lahmacun wrap. Jam-packed with balanced flavours and spice and they're not shy with the doner meat. All the salads, everytime.
