Having walked up to Sumburgh Head lighthouse on a cold, rainy and windy January day, there was nothing more welcoming than the sight of Katja's coffee and cake bus. As it was just the two of us, we actually sat inside and spent a very pleasant half hour chatting to Katja and enjoying the good strong coffee and the very lovely cake as we sheltered from the weather. If you are visiting the lighthouse, definitely grab a coffee here, it's quirky, she's lovely and the coffee and cake are top notch.

We read about this cafe (somewhere) and thought it warranted a visit. How right we were. The weather was fine so we were able to sit outdoors to enjoy our frankfurters and fine German lager. The meal was excellent, the lager even better and the service was perfect. Needless to say, we were more than pleased with the whole experience. The menu might be slightly limited but only because the items on offer are so well prepared that less is more. And the service was attentive without being overbearing. A great place for 2 ex-Canadians to take a break from the streets of Nairn. If you're in the area make sure you find time to visit.

Service was really helpful especially Shehroz, food was served quickly and it was great. i really recommend it, food also tasted good.

Una experiencia muy única, el entorno es tan peculiar y llamativo. Sin embargo la estrella del espectáculo es la comida. Cada plato de entrada al desierto era fabuloso y tan diferente en su sabor y estilo. Somos no comedores de carne y fuimos absolutamente consentidos para la elección. Prueba las pequeñas pezuñas no te decepcionarán. Contemplamos regresar de inmediato la noche siguiente, pero decidimos guardarlo para nuestro próximo viaje más adelante en el año. El personal era encantador, solo una excelente experiencia general.

Omg, what amazing quality, especially for a food truck! After talking to the owner, I found out everything is home made, include the sausage and chips! You really taste the effort and passion put into their family business! Vegan and carnivore options? YES! Delicious options for sauces? YES! Homemade curry sauce? YES! Home made pretzels and bread? YES! Authenticity? YES! (I lived in Germany for many years! Vouch!) Amazing location, and top food truck quality! What a find; Great for getting a good base before or after a night of fun in Shoreditch! Cannot emphasise the quality enough! Bravo! We'll certainly be back!

This is a lovely cafe. A small menu but everything is first rate. The cakes are absolutely awesome. Really good coffee. The owner is really friendly and you feel very welcome. Looking forward to coming in the summer and being able to sit outside.

This is marketed as being a burger van/ fast food place, but it is a lot more than that! Definitely the best meal we have had in Scotland this summer! Absolutely delicious food, great value and very friendly service. Our lunch was hot, delicious and came very quickly. Would definitely choose this amazing little gem over any sit down or take away restaurant anywhere that we have been.

Great range of drinks to try from. I love the vibe of the market, it’s gotten so vibrant, especially on Saturdays! We often try a bit of everything at the market and sit with a cider from Hop Hatch who are happy for us to sit at their tables even with food from other stalls. Super friendly and make for a great Saturday afternoon.

What a Great hidden eatery in Gravesend Market the staff are so down to earth and Friendly, the range of food is great with something for all tastes, catering for all size of appetite and at everyday affordable prices. Cooked to order the way you require, very good at making sure any allergies are taken care of. Would recommend them to everyone. I believe on Just Eat , Deliveroo and own delivery service. Shame not open late

Food here is amazing! The atmosphere is pretty retro but welcoming even though it was a quiet Sunday. Staff are super friendly, responsive and helpful. Came here with my partner and our friend and even he (as an Omni) said it was one of the best fried chicken he has ever had. The food was plentiful with loads of flavour and would definitely recommend to anyone regardless of diet. I had the chicken/Doner bad girl kebab which came with lots of veggies as well as mock meat so a fab balance. Definitely will be coming back.
