Whitchez in Brighton and Hove

Una experiencia muy única, el entorno es tan peculiar y llamativo. Sin embargo la estrella del espectáculo es la comida. Cada plato de entrada al desierto era fabuloso y tan diferente en su sabor y estilo. Somos no comedores de carne y fuimos absolutamente consentidos para la elección. Prueba las pequeñas pezuñas no te decepcionarán. Contemplamos regresar de inmediato la noche siguiente, pero decidimos guardarlo para nuestro próximo viaje más adelante en el año. El personal era encantador, solo una excelente experiencia general.

Mi esposa y yo visitamos el restaurante Witchez el sábado 19 de octubre para un 5 : 15 pm reserva. Qué lugar fantástico. Tan pronto como llegamos el personal no podía hacer lo suficiente por nosotros - haciéndonos sentir verdaderamente bienvenidos desde el principio y siendo extremadamente amable, profesional y atento. El menú estaba completamente explicado para nosotros y nada era demasiado problema. Lo más importante - la comida - era caliente, delicioso y vino en porciones muy generosas. Mi esposa tomó el guiso de Pezuñas y yo el schnitzel de pollo. Absolutamente encantador. Ambos nos sentimos extremadamente llenos después de haber comido. El restaurante está decorado en un estilo de terror gótico - muy ambiente y un lugar increíble para comer. Gracias a todo el personal por hacer nuestra visita tan agradable. Recomendamos encarecidamente este restaurante.

Tuvimos una comida fantástica aquí. Me encantó el ambiente. Personal amable y atento y un montón de imágenes interesantes, curiosidades y películas mudas proyectadas en los techos. Tenía "pezuñas de pesto" que disfruté mucho y mi esposa estaba muy impresionada con el atún. Volveremos.

Algo diferente, en los carriles de Brighton. Buena comida, buenas porciones y música jazz de fondo. Alguien ha pensado mucho en crear un restaurante único. No vi a una persona en su teléfono móvil, a menos que fuera para tomar una foto de la comida. Buena elección si es vegetariano también. Buen ambiente. Estamos volviendo. Gracias.

Lo que no encuentres en su sitio web, ¡puedes traer a tu perro y tienen un menú para perros! Estaba deseando esto ya que el menú era completamente diferente a cualquier otro restaurante en Brighton. No decepcionó y fue un sábado por la tarde perfecto. El servicio fue excelente y muy atento por parte de nuestros dos servidores. El guiso de cazadores de bigos fue suculento y los sabores increíbles. El schnitzel estaba un poco demasiado cocido en algunas partes, pero realmente no afectó mi disfrute del plato. Gracias a la camarera por prepararme una porción de chucrut. Mi compañero tenía el atún y aparentemente, fue increíble. Nuestros amigos tenían las hamburguesas y no hace falta decir que no quedaba nada. Solo un pequeño comentario y es un punto de vista personal es mantener el parmesano al mínimo y, por supuesto, agregar porción de chucrut al menú. Siempre una necesidad para platos germánicos / de Europa del Este. Sin duda volveremos, ya que hay bastantes artículos más que me gustaría probar, pero todo el ambiente del lugar es fantástico.

Este lugar vale 6 estrellas. Servicio y comida fantástica. Cócteles increíbles. Es un poco diferente y peculiar que nos sentó bien en todos los sentidos.

This place is a little gem, great staff, cool interior and the food was gorgeous……the Polish sausage, my god….gorgeous!

Just excellent- food is fantastic, cocktails are imaginative- the service was great- definitely will be returning to this unique immersive dining experience.

I booked Whitchez as it looked a bit different and so did the menu. So glad I did. The food is excellent and it's served by wonderful staff that obviously care as much about the restaurant as the head chef. The whole meal was also very reasonable price wise and you get proper portions. We shared starters of pear and goats cheese salad and the Roma garlic bread. Both were fantastic - best garlic bread ever. My husband had Himmel un Aad (German sausage and mash) which was delicious, the mash so buttery it tasted like it had cheese in it. I had the rosti with jalapeños , onion and Polish sausage, also delicious. Sadly we didn't have time to have dessert as we were off to the theatre but next time we definitely will. 100% recommend everything about this restaurant, we will be booking again the next time we're in Brighton.

Can't wait for the opening of the new Whichez restaurant in the Lanes. Really missed the food. Always a great experience all round, friendly and good value. It will be interesting to see the new menu. I hope it's close to what they produced before. It was always difficult to choose as I had so many favourites.

This restaurant is the most fun place to go in Brighton. Great food, a vibrant atmosphere and the people are just lovely. Book because it is small and gets full and don't miss as it is everything you could want for a great evening. They even serve early so it is possible to do something afterwards. I love them.
