The best restaurants serving Fusion food in Scotland

Went here for my 30th birthday meal. Absolutely fantastic service and the food was outstanding. I have an Indian every year for my bday tradition and this was the best one I've had. Definitely worth a visit.

Had a lovely meal for my partner's birthday. The food and wine was fantastic and the restaurant had a very nice, relaxed ambience.

Fantastic meal and very reasonably priced. Lovely little touches to make the experience extra special. Relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Will definitely be back.

Este lugar sirvió algunos de los mejores alimentos que mi pareja y yo hemos tenido. El ambiente era increíble y el personal era maravilloso y era genial tener un menú completo para elegir como un celíaco. Las margaritas también estaban deliciosas y podría haber bebido muchas muchas más. No podía recomendar este lugar lo suficiente que valía la pena cada centavo.

My wife and I are visiting from the States and all our friends back home claimed that food in England was bland. At first I thought our friends were right when we dined at one of the tourist restaurants along the Royal Mile yesterday. But, tonight we stumbled upon Vesta Bar & Kitchen after visiting Dean Village nearby, and wow, I’m so happy to prove how wrong our friends are. We feel like we finally have a taste of what Scotland truly has to offer. What a delight for our stomachs and hearts. The manager, Declan greeted us with warmth, introduced me to Innis & Gunn (my new favorite lager), and recommended our main dishes that were as beautiful as they were delicious. I had the slow braised pork belly on a bed of broccolini and mashed potatoes, and my wife had the linguini with king prawns with olive oil and generous sprinkle of capers. We finished our dining experience with a chocolate cheesecake topped with a raspberry sauce. What an experience!

Llegó para el asado del domingo. El asado en sí era un poco mezquino. Pero los lados... oh Dios mío, los lados. Fueron increíbles. Los servicios eran geniales, y las mujeres que nos atendieron fue muy amable y nos dijo que la próxima vez podríamos pedir los lados. También recomendaría los cócteles, top teir.

Elegimos cenar aquí recientemente por primera vez para una ocasión especial - para celebrar nuestro aniversario de boda. Hermoso entorno, hermosas vistas, deliciosa comida. Para empezar me disfruté de mejillones al curry, con pan y mantequilla caseros, y el marisco tagliatelle - grandes porciones tan muy satisfecho. Nuestro hijo disfrutó de una hamburguesa cargada y patatas fritas rústicas. Hermoso bar para un cóctel después de nuestra comida, disfrutando de las vibras relajadas.

Very large and nicely decorated restaurant. I gave it 3 stars for the service and decor. The food would have got much less- it was expensive and very average :(

Sold as the first plant-based restaurant, but it's really not. It's exactly the same place as Koku Shi. Food was average and expensive. However, the staff were friendly and great!

We used to love Casa and it was our go to place but over the years it has definitely gone downhill. Massively understaffed, food portions are smaller and the quality is not great as used to be.

Siempre quise probar Wagamama y estoy tan contento de mí y mi hijo lo hizo. Servicio impecable, la comida era increíble. Una experiencia fabulosa por primera vez. Andrew de pelo rizado era soberbio, atento pero no molesto, informativo pero no agresivo. La señora que nos recibió que tenía un acento extranjero era increíble. Estaba tan emocionada de compartir su amor por la comida Wagamama. ¡Todo esto en la tarde de San Valentín! No puedo esperar a volver con toda la familia y dejar que todos amen la comida increíble y la hospitalidad perfecta, gracias 🙂
