The best restaurants serving French food in Haringey London

We've lived in the area for around 3 years and have visited Prestige at least once a month during that time. We have eaten our way through the whole menu and everything was fantastic. Probably the best bakery in all of London.

My first time at Les Associes and I'll happily come back. We had a fantastic experience there: the atmosphere is very cosy, the food is exquisite and the service is great. The owner is very friendly and goes the extra mile to make you enjoy the meal. Unlike many French places in London serving pretentious food that is not even French, this place does fulfil its promise, it's a little gem in Crouch end.

It’s dirty place full of mouses and rips off price

An exceptionally wonderful meal at our new favourite neighbourhood restaurant and an experience memorable for all the right reasons: charming, knowledgeable and sensitive service right from the start from our host and our waiter, an ambience which felt magically intimate yet with a buzz at the same time and courses of food which we found delicious and of high quality, not least the tasty tarte tatin flamed at our table. We were particularly grateful for a brilliant wine recommendation and those extra touches which make a meal really special.

Inesperadamente buen servicio y el estofado era como mi abuela solía hacerlo, rico y sabroso. Después de mi visita a la calle 1 parece que este lugar será donde me trato con algo hecho para mi corazón y alma

I usually love going to Gail’s, but my experience at the Highgate branch was really negative. When my mother was handed the food and our drinks, the drinks were in a normal mug but the food was in a takeaway bag, even though we had said that we would eat in. In response, the worker, Nicolleta, pushed plates towards my mother without a word. My mother’s friend then went to request cutlery and Nicolleta rudely snapped that she had not specified whether we needed cutlery or not, even though all the food that we had order needed cutlery. All we wanted was to enjoy some cakes and a drink at a table, but the server made us feel like we didn’t belong there. It was uncomfortable and ruined the atmosphere. I don’t understand why the staff were so dismissive. I expected better.

Food was really great staff was so lovely and kind and catered to our every needs shisha recommendation was spot on and will definitely be back

Genuinely one of the best breakfasts I’ve had, the sausages are addictive, the beans delicious, the waiters were lovely. Service was quick I’m struggling to find a single fault. Couldn’t recommend this place more.
