The best restaurants serving French food in Nottingham East Midlands

Jampacked, crowded, no seats - I love it here. Fantastic atmosphere to have a little dance, didn’t want to leave but we needed to eat.

This was our second trip to the restaurant and our expectations were generally met in almost every area. The onion soup was full of flavour. The chicken meal although nice was slightly underwhelming in taste. The 12 oz steak was an absolute highlight ( be warned it is a lot to consume along with the soup). The sticky toffee was nice and as it was my partner's birthday they done a nice job with the sparklers I provided. The resturant was quite full with others using the groupon options. It would have been nice to give my partner a complimentary birthday drink. The champagne in the glass when it was first bought was slightly flat and had to be returned which was slightly disappointing.

Very good value for money, big portions, great price, bring cash.

Food wasn't great, overcooked steak, hard roast potatoes, starter described as having a rarebit sauce but there was no sauce and it was very dry. Service wasn't great, don't think any of them smiled even once and we were over charged. Won't be be back

The brambly mouse is visually and taste wise fantastic. Service excellent
