I ordered a smash n scoop special, and I got a double beef burger with jalapenos on it!! Smash n scoop special is firstly a chicken burger! I looked at all your burgers and none have jalapeno on them !!

Food great prices superb, use this a lot as does family. Set meal for two unbelievable quality plus price. Madras and vindalo excellent

My family and I were unfortunate enough to call into Roadchef Hamilton brand on the M74 Northbound McDonalds branch yesterday afternoon at about 2pm on our way to holiday in Scotland from North Yorkshire. We all had a meal each and then 3 of us treated ourselves to McFlurrys. Whilst my eldest daughter had nearly finished hers she found somebody’s fingernail in her mouth. This made her very distressed and upset and was utterly disgusting. It even made myself feel sick. I went to speak to the duty manager ‘Amanda’ and was quite shocked at her response of shrugging her shoulders and going to simply get a replacement (as if we’d want another McFlurry after what had just happened). There was no great sense of alarm, any great apology and certainly no intention of trying to make things right or investigating why it happened. I couldn’t even get a refund of £1.69 as my wife had made the payment on her app and she was waiting in the car outside. The attitude of ‘Amanda’ was shocking, she literally said ‘I can’t do anything about it’. It’ll certainly put me off ordering anything from McDonalds ever again.

Pick another service station unless you want to damage your car. Thought the roads in and out had been bombed the pot holes were that bad.

drive through customer never any food ready had to wait approx. 10 mins in the car park until someone came out with my order. food was cold and really should be above 67 degrees this was lucky if it was 50 hash browns cold. as soon as you ask for a breakfast wrap they tell you to wait in the car park use this Mcds weekly and always the same but the food is usually warmer it wouldn't surprise if their hotplate area is not ideal for the volume of footfall

Dreadful experience. Twice drive through order wrong, then a miserable, obviously unhappy in her job manager literally chucking stuff in a tipped up bag. Total incompetence #one job

This place was mobbed. 35 minutes for a takeaway. Machines did not give a receipt with a number, no number displayed on the screen. Lots of staff but Managemet not helping much. It was just utter carnage in that place. I felt really sorry for the staff who still managed to remain calm and courteous. McDonald's get some sort of structure that works

Ordered 2 meals online and my son picked up. The size of the sandwiches was ridiculous, a total rip off , totally different to my usual experience of subway. Never again
