McDonalds in South Lanarkshire

This place was mobbed. 35 minutes for a takeaway. Machines did not give a receipt with a number, no number displayed on the screen. Lots of staff but Managemet not helping much. It was just utter carnage in that place. I felt really sorry for the staff who still managed to remain calm and courteous. McDonald's get some sort of structure that works

Where do I start . First of all they had no soft drinks available. Secondly I ordered a large meal and I got about 20 soft look warm chips . The tasty Burger should be renamed to Bloody Awful Burger . Lettuce was brown and tomatoes were all soft and bashed . I normally don’t go to shops like this and I remember why . All in All a total waste of money and a throughly Horrible experience.

what a shambles. spent 30.00 ordering food. staff spend all there time dealing with deliveray drivers and not the customers in shop. after 3/4 of a hour. food turned up. when l got home 5 mins from lees burn. food frozen, milk shakes melted. and half the order missing. phoned the manager after 5 mins he answered the phone. must of been dealing inshop customers complaints. told him about my complaints. he said if i return to shop l can get a refund or a number for a replacement meal. no point dont wont another frozen meal. l asked for a contact number above him . said he has not got one. so who does he phone when he has problems. will be sticking to burger shops

If I could give zero stars I would. This has to be the worst McDonald’s ever. Not once. Not one single time have I had a correct order from this place. I think they need to start making sure their staff can read simple orders before hiring them. Items missing. Wrong items given. Never once have I received one of my sauces or a straw from them! And when the order does arrive, after waiting forever, it’s always stone cold! Useless, useless, useless!!!

How hard is it to get an order correct,I mean all your doing is reading off a bit of paper then making the food and placing it in a bag your not performing major surgery but yet again the incompetent staff cant read a simple order an a solute joke of a business

Every. Every. EVERY TIME. They get the order wrong. Ordered home delivery. Asked for extra egg on double sausage McMuffin. Get no egg on a sausage McMuffin in a wrapper that says double bacon with no egg??? How stupid are these folk? In the last 10 orders one has been right. It goes to show McDonald’s doesn’t have to do anything for folk to make them rich. Yet the owner remains faceless scared to face the customers. Well done you absolute heroes

No milkshakes (there never are)....no diet coke....no interest in it from worker. Last time. We'll stick to burger King

Actually though someone was going to jump out with a camera and tell me this was a wind up, there was one person in front of us in the queue with no staff at the till, loads of activities going on in the kitchen, kitchen staff let it be known people are waiting, still no one comes, member of staff says she'll be with us in a second but goes outside with an order only to return with same order, time passes and people are getting restless, long story short the service was a joke the food terrible, and I'll leave out our drive through experience as it was just bizarre, it's like primary school children playing at wee shops,won't be back at McDonald's ever again

Can people that work in this McDonald's read? I ordered a couple of meals to be delivered through Just Eat, I ordered chicken burgers & received cheese sticks !!! , incompetent!!

Don’t order delivery as they consistently get it wrong. Never get a complete order as they always mess up at least one of the emails. Wouldn’t recommend for family as leaves kids disappointed when it’s meant to be a treat

Did a drive thru, bacon Mc tasty meal and two plain cheeseburgers, food was absolutely freezing to touch, place is staffed by twelve year olds and managers useless. Service very slow, staff uncaring, food thrown in a bag rather than a tray for eating in which meant most of the 5 portions of chips were emptied into the bottom (and VERY salty too). Just eat/deliveroo drivers barging past the queues and dumping their bags on the floor while they head to the toilet or whatever as well as hanging over the counter looking for orders which haven't been called yet. Very disappointing visit.... And not a cheap meal anymore, so definitely think twice

I was quite worried about the local kids visiting the restaurant, I was personally terrified, the happy meal/s gave me quite a sinister vibe. One kept staring at me while I was trying to eat, then when I tried to leave in in an eyes have hills fashion seemed to have ganged up against me. This ordeal has left me in quite a state, I’m still having nightmares!

Would give zero stars if I could! Where to start, the drive thru is an absolute shambles! All it’s good for it taking your money and giving you your drinks, you might be lucky to get a milkshake but I wouldn’t hold my breath! Then you’re asked to take a space. This had happened to me so many times now I could not tell you the last time I got my food at the window. Then you’re waiting for 20-30 minutes for your food and when it comes it’s cold into the bargain. Just eat etc seem to take priority over the people that have came to the restaurant. How they can call themselves a “fast food” restaurant is laughable. It’s just as bad when you order via just eat etc, missing items and cold food. I will not be back.

I ate lunch here recently with my daughter and grandchildren. It's definitely one of the cleanest McDonald's I've been in - the staff are constantly cleaning the tables etc! The food was good and delivered to our table quite quickly - recommend this place!

We visited this McDonalds after a visit to a local store as we do not live local and were travelling home. We visit various McDonalds’s throughout South Lanarkshire and we must commend this branch as outstanding.
