This franchise have plenty of lobby staff who all work very hard to keep the restaurant clean. Food is usually served fairly quickly and staff are cheerful and friendly.
Over priced, over rated, poor service. Would not recommend. The lunches are even worse. Obviously not many regulars as no one seems to know the system for being seated, where to sit, how to order etc.
