Bagshot Grill in Surrey Heath

Was looking forward to buying a takeaway from here again. I have not been in this area for quite a few months. This time, I got a delivery to the hotel. Fantastic food, early delivery, and food was piping hot. Recommend the homemade Kofta. I'll be back later in the year and will be ordering again..

Thought we’d give this a try instead of cooking, not bad at all! Had two of the regular burgers, one with cheese, one with bbq sauce and both with chips and a small portion of chicken nuggets. They got the burger order wrong and we got 2 cheeseburgers and no bbq sauce but it arrived in very good time and was piping hot. Oh and the chicken nuggets were very good. Yes I’d give it another go sometime soon.

Very good indeed. Had The Combination Kofte and Lamb shish. It was brilliant. Lots of meat. In the end, it was too much for me to eat. Fresh salad and nice quality pita. Even the two pots of dressings were tasty. I cannot fault the quality of food from The Bagshot Grill. And with a couple of Cokes all for under £18. Amazing!!!

Ordered lamb diner with salad and cheesy chips. Meat tasted super cheap and very very greasy, salad was placed in container on the side which was ok. Chips weren’t cooked, melted cheese was nice! Asked for burger sauce and got given bbq sauce. This is the third strike so we won’t be using these again!

Ordered lamb shish at the counter, made me wait 25 minutes. Got home and my order was all wrong.. what a bunch of unprofessionals idiots!! the guy at the counter didn’t have a clue what was going on.. pissed me off!!! Never go back there again!! Look at the picture, how the hell you gona eat that!! Look at the nan bread!! Wtf

Wow! Fabulous takeaway delivered hot and packaged so well. We ordered the Bagshot Special Grill and it lived up to it's name. Easily enough for 6 people. Tasty meats and really good salad and bread. We had side of chips too. Sauces were perfect addition. A neighbour recommended to us and we recommend to everyone. Great value meal.

I’ve ordered many times from here since it opened and always kept coming back but tonight made me think otherwise. There have been some previous orders that have been late, or missing items, but I was always happy to overlook that as the food was good. Tonight sadly the food was late, cold, and definitely not up to the standard it was when the venue opened; which was a real shame as I always enjoyed it. Even when ringing to enquire after 75 minutes the response was blunt and uncaring with a heard before “it’s on the way” which it clearly wasn’t as it was over 20 minutes before arrival from a venue 10 minutes away. The driver was friendly but had no clue about why the order was so late. I have previously tried to speak to the shop about order issues and had either no reply or a fob off, and after tonight’s disappointment I really can’t be bothered to try and speak with them any more and will use one of the many local alternatives.

We have had a takeaway from Bagshot grill a couple of times now. This one was worse than last time, hence why I have decided to review the food received tonight. Absolutely awful, rubbery meat and soggy pitta covered in Mayo and chilli sauce when I requested a little sauce as this happened last time. Chips were cold and partner had chicken fillet burger that was average. I couldn’t pick the pitta up as it was soaked in grease and sauce. Called up to let them know and couldn’t of cared less. We will not be back again.

We have been ordering from Bagshot Grill for many months now - delicious food as always with prompt delivery at a reasonable price - highly recommended and will continue to be a customer during lockdown!

Awful customer service. Delivery driver had forgotten the cash (we turned around to give the cash over and he had driven away) We then get a knock on the door & our doorbell rang at 22:05 on Monday night. Not only did they wake us up but they woke our baby up 😡! We poked our head out and no one was there. The following morning a man arrived at our door at 12:00 insisting on his wages (the money from the take away) I made him aware that he had woken us all up and the baby and there wasn’t much of an apology, he was more interested in getting the money. NEVER AGAIN AM I ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY! What awful customer service. How dare they come round to someone house at 22:05 Monday night bashing on the door and ringing the doorbell!

I popped in for a small doner kebab which took five minutes and was delivered to my car waiting outside. On getting home, I opened the bag to find a large kebab Which was excellent with chilli sauce and salad. Delicious.I Will be going back soon…

Had my 1st delivery fron the Grill tonight. Tasted great, beautifully Grilled Lamb Shish in a spicy Chilli sauce. Delivered within 15 mins of ordering. Will be back

Had a very nice mixed kebab - chicken and lamb, lovely flavour and ample quantity. Fairly quick for a drop in order, no longer than nearby chip shop. Pleasant guy serving, waiting area seems to be used as rest room for delivery drivers. Not cheap at £9.50 though.

Really good food served with lovely fresh salad. Really good quality produce too. Delivery driver very lovely and polite.
