The best restaurants serving Fast food food in Surrey Heath South East

I’m immunocompromised and suffer from a disability so standing in a queue in a crowded shop isn’t exactly something I’m comfortable doing, so I parked outside and called them and asked if I could place an order over the phone and then pick it up when it was done, after all it’s not so different from having it delivered, the person on the phone’s response was: “There are a lot of people waiting in the shop, what makes you so special? Come and order from inside.” In the rudest way possible. I didn’t even get the chance to explain why I’d asked that before hung up. Terrible customer service. They clearly have not been trained on how best to deal with customers. It’s a shame because I liked their food after trying it once before and I’d intended to become a regular customer, but I think I’ll be taking my business to someplace else that actually does respect their customers.

Was looking forward to buying a takeaway from here again. I have not been in this area for quite a few months. This time, I got a delivery to the hotel. Fantastic food, early delivery, and food was piping hot. Recommend the homemade Kofta. I'll be back later in the year and will be ordering again..

Camberley subway is the new store here in town centre. Unquestionably best service from camberley subway. Very nice & clean place. Good location & huge space for family friends.

Surprisingly decent visit for a McDonald's. Items ordered were fairly fresh not piping hot fresh but must have been made to order near the time we ordered. The apple pie however definitely wasn't fresh and was made a long time ago which was a let down. Other than the spot is open 24/hours which is good and in case of emergency you can get food.

Over priced, over rated, poor service. Would not recommend. The lunches are even worse. Obviously not many regulars as no one seems to know the system for being seated, where to sit, how to order etc. Kept giving it the benefit of the doubt, now given up as no improvement.

I visited here a year ago and gave it one of the worst reviews I have ever written. I’m back today as we are staying in the Travelodge above this restaurant. Only other eatery is a McDonald’s. It must have improved so let’s give it another go. How wrong was I! Trying to order at the counter was almost impossible as the server could not understand what I was saying. It took several attempts to get it correct. Long wait for food. Food never came together. Drinks and fries arrived minus the chicken. Exactly the same as a year ago. Wait of 15 minutes. By then fries were cold and drinks were flat. Just don’t get how bad it is here. Must survive from transient trade.
