The best restaurants serving Fast food food in Leicester East Midlands

The food was over 30mins late. Freezing cold. Unedible! I refused the order and didnt give them my code as i wasnt happy paying 15 pound for freezing cold food. The guy said to contact just eat and took my food back. Want full refund please

Useless, order was wrong and they forgot our milk shake and water , we had to drive back to grab them

Service slow. Staff were not really able to understand English, seemed to be eastern European, not Chinese. The food was unpleasant, rice overcooked, chicken tasteless and barely warm. This was not remotely like Chinese food. Overall, poor service, unpleasant food. I assume this is a franchise, do Chopstix need to address this.

Hate hard seats very quick service.

My order never came I didn’t receive it

Order never arrived was greeted on the phone by a grump man who kept shouting at me stating my food was not delivered even though my delivery status was showing preparing food & not delivered. Robbing ***** Check out the time it was screenshot shot

Absolutely appalling behaviour, been waiting for breakfast meal for me and my family. And our order was never recieved and then had to go in a complain and everyone was completely clueless and someone tells us our food was given to someone else it is an absolute joke now my children are upset because they were waiting for there food and it wasn’t received.

The staff were friendly, but when I had a mayo chicken burger, which I customised to have no mayo and a cheese slice, but I had no cheese in my burger. Also, the toilets were a bit dirty, so even though the experience at McDonalds was a positive one, the toilets were not clean, and the mayo chicken burger which I customised to have cheese and no mayo had no cheese at all. Overall, I’d rate the place 3 stars, just because of the friendly staff there. Yours sincerely, Jack.

Good food at a reasonable price. The new management have improved things a bit when it comes to food.

Absolutely awful. I went there on my 30 min lunch break. Was told food be ready in 15 mins. I was alone in shop. After 20mins guy telling me 2 more mins. At 25 min mark I got up and saw they just put my wings on grill. I had to tell them to leave it, I had to get back to work. They were offering me my partial order. I told them leave it and keep the money as I was reading reviews whole waiting and I read they don't really give money back. I didn't ha e time to argue. I left never ever to return again.
