The best restaurants serving Fast food food in England

Went for my brothers 16th birthday meal, we were very unimpressed. Waited for food for 2 hours, in mean time kept filling us with bread. When the food finally arrived the majority of our meals were tiny and cold. When we asked for a discount they would not budge of 10%. Very overpriced.

These are hands down the best burgers I've ever had (we visited 3 times during our stay in Newquay). Better than Five Guys. The chips are fantastic too though we found 2 portions of chips between 3 of us was more than enough. Shame there's nothing like this near to where we are but will definitely visit again when we next go to Newquay.

Was driving along back to Bexhill from Eastbourne and wanted somewhere easy to get to for breakfast. Truly Scrumptious is next to lots of parking for the other shops at Ravenside, so not a problem parking up. Two lovely ladies, order for a bacon roll with or without onions and/or sauce. Very friendly service, early morning smiles, thank you ladies. Probably one of the best bacon rolls I have had. Coffee was excellent too. Reasonable price as well. Setting me up right for my day. Will definitely return as their hotdogs are great as well

Nice little cafe just away from the hustle of Kings Cross. The buns are delicious but OMG the chips (fries) are probably the best I've ever had.

Extremely Disappointing Experience Despite Good Food – Serious Concerns About Halal Integrity and i advice all the people eating halal to not get there We visited Street Souvlaki recently to celebrate my wife's birthday, after being informed that they serve halal food. Before ordering, I specifically asked the young man serving us whether the lamb and chicken were halal and prepared separately. He reassured me more than once that they were indeed halal and that separate utensils were used to avoid any cross-contamination. The food itself was of good quality and tasted nice — we were initially quite happy with the experience. However, as I went to the counter to pay, I witnessed something that left me shocked and disappointed. One of the staff members was cutting chicken with the same electric blade that had just been used to cut pork. I watched carefully to make sure, and indeed, he returned to cutting pork using the same blade. When I raised this issue, the staff member involved didn't speak English, so the younger gentleman who had served us tried to help. He insisted, "No, no, we use separate knives," but I had to point out that it wasn’t a knife — the staff member had used the same electric blade, which clearly violated the promise of separation. The older gentleman began speaking in another language, and instead of addressing the issue, he simply told me not to pay. I made several attempts to pay anyway, because the issue wasn’t about getting a free meal — it was about the principle and the lack of respect for halal requirements. Despite that, I was told to “just wait” in a very rude tone, as if I was causing an inconvenience. Eventually, I was met with further rudeness and told, “It’s not our problem, what do you want us to do? We’re giving it to you for free.” That response was absolutely unacceptable. It’s not about the cost — it’s about contamination, honesty, and respect for dietary requirements. If a restaurant cannot ensure that halal food is genuinely prepared and served in a halal-compliant way, they should not advertise it as such. Had I known this, I would have never eaten there. This was a deeply disappointing and disrespectful experience, especially on what was meant to be a special occasion. I hope they take this matter seriously, because serving halal food comes with responsibility — and that trust should never be taken lightly.

This is a go to place for my pal and I if we fancy chips by the sea. We enjoy visiting because the staff are so friendly, especially Becky who always remembers our meals of choice ( fish cakes and chicken nuggets and chips) the food is always cooked to order, the ice creams are lovely too and all right on the prom with plenty of seating available.

Although this is a takeaway shop the 5 of us sat in and enjoyed fresh, hot pizza - delicious!! Lots of people recommend this as a hidden gem and it really is. The owner and support staff really have a passion for good food and fresh ingredients. I know it is really popular for its home deliveries.

Favourite place in union to eat from from. Only suggestion for improvement is for greater consistency in the amount of fillings they put into the wrap across staff.

En lo que a mí respecta, la mini cadena Pilpel hace los mejores falafels en Londres, y más allá. Siempre recién preparados, crujientes por fuera y suaves por dentro, extremadamente bien fritos, entran en el pitta o recipiente que luego se llena generosamente con todos los recortes de verduras (o cualquier selección de ellos que desee). El personal es generalmente amable y bien entrenado y eficiente. Los precios, aunque por supuesto han subido en los últimos años, siguen siendo muy razonables y ciertamente están en línea con los de los competidores, que a menudo no se acercan a este nivel de calidad.

Visité Sparks ayer. Hay mucha variedad de comida y me decidí por el queso mac n cargado de Herbívoro después de ver las imágenes del plato en su sitio. Llegó pronto. Una buena porción de las costillas de barbacoa colocadas en la parte superior. El problema era con el Mac en sí. Era tan seco y gelatinoso. En realidad puse mi horquilla y todo el grupo de Mac se podía levantar de una sola vez. Era literalmente incomestible. Era una textura como una salsa de pasta que ha estado fuera durante una hora. Súper decepcionado y se fue con hambre. Había notado que la mayoría de los elementos del menú no estaban disponibles ese día, así que tal vez los cogí en un mal día. Tristemente terminó siendo un gran desperdicio de dinero. Lástima como otros en nuestra fiesta pidieron a múltiples puntos de venta de alimentos en Sparks y toda su comida era deliciosa.
