Great place to hang out with friends and family for a lot of food that is reasonably priced. Staff were very friendly.

We travel all the way from Sheffield for Flavour Factory and it does not disappoint! The food is banging every single time. The lemon pepper prawns and terriyaki jerk chicken is unreal!! Mac and cheese and salt n pepper fries are out of this world. Never had a bad experience. Everything is seasoned to perfection, no bland unseasoned food round here, out of this world, you've got to go!!

I ordered online from here three weeks ago, they phoned me to tell me they’ve got no chicken left and only have veggie strips and if I don’t want veggie strips then they’ll cancel my order and refund me, said it will take upto five working days for my money to go back into my account. Fast forward three weeks later and they’ve still not refunded me when I’ve phoned them twice so tomorrow when the shop opens I’ll be going down there and won’t be leaving without my money back, absolutely disgusting customer service and even more scruffy the fact they don’t wanna give me my money back for food I never even had!!! Avoid at all costs!! I used to eat here all the time and now it seems there more bothered about money than actual service smh

10/10 from the food to the service! Definitely worth it. Very good portion sizes, I had the teriyaki surf and turf box, chicken and prawns were cooked perfectly. Mac and cheese on point. Definitely recommend and will visit again! Thank you

I got the deluxe box, the food came quick and hot, the lady at the front was very nice and friendly. Overall, food 10/10 and i am definitely coming again. Safe to say my tastebuds were tantalised.

The name flavour factory speaks for itself. Came today for my tea. And let’s just say pictures don’t do this place justice. Food was cooked perfectly and flavours were sensational. The interior complemented the place. Would return would recommend the deluxe.

Flavours were on point and 10/10. Only thing was the chicken was very fatty which I I absolutely hate fat. However I will be back again

Eaten once here around 2-3 weeks ago. Had the deluxe box or something along those lines. Not cheap but you can’t expect it to be with the quality of the food. Will have again 😎

Staff are lovely, person on the front is a nice guy, asked if we were okay and treated us nicely, food was amazing and tasted delicious. Would highly recommend for any new comers

Absolutely amazing food, very flavoursome and the drinks are also amazing. They have a great variety of flavours. I travelled far to try their food and I will definitely will be doing it again 😋 staff are very polite. Prices are very reasonable for the amount of food u get.

Tried this place yesterday, driving all the way up from London. There was 5 of us and we were extremely hungry as we were fasting all day. Table was readily available and the place is done up nicely and clear colourful menus. Staff very friendly also. Food was very impressive with lots of flavour, everything cooked properly and big portions. We had the wings, the prawns and the chicken avalanche. Everything was delicious and we would definitely come again and recommend.

Nice ambience though designed for takeouts due to limited space. Garlic bread was nice as well as the chips which was well spiced. Wasn't thrilled by the tangy flavours on the shrimps.

Would not recommend at all. Got the VIP meal absolute worst £20 I've ever spent. Rice was all smushed together and just tasted awful. Will not be coming here again.

Very tasty food full of flavour !! Shop very well presented and clean. Prawns was out of this world . Very filling food 😋 was stuffed after. Lady chef very friendly when bringing the food out .

Legendary food!! Been wanted to try this place for months as I always see it on Instagram and the food looks amazing, I saw they were now delivering to my area so I had to take the chance and I’m so glad I did! Well worth the price, food came quickly and was still hot when delivered to Ashton-Under-Lyne, huge portion sizes, will definitely be back again! My only complaint would be that I did find bones in the chicken thighs that were supposed to be boneless, not a problem personally but it is for my partner as he doesn’t like bones.

Food was absolutely amazing!! Best take away we have had in a long time! Our deliveroo driver never turned up and blocked our number, but the owners handled this so promptly and went above and beyond, re made our order and personally delivered it. Amazing food and faultless service. Thank you guys 👏

Looked forward to trying this place in Failsworth unfortunately was left disappointed. Chicken avalanche and prawn avalanche (originally ordered surf & turf but the server messed up the other which we only realised once we got home..¿) food itself not bad but mediocre and overpriced compared to what you get in likes of trap kitchen or similar places... 🙃

Small portion of rubbery prawns, poor salt and pepper chips had no taste to them and a few cubes peppers thrown into the box, terrible rice that was stuck together, well over priced, We paid £30 to only enjoy the corn and coleslaw. We won’t be ordering here again… and also the tango ice blast is just a ordinary slush do get fooled

The customer service of the failsworth flavour factory was amazing. The food was excellent it was piping hot when we received our food and was so delicious! The service that I had received by all members of staff was excellent , they were all so helpful and was very welcoming. Making sure that we had everything that we wanted and made sure we left with a big smile on our faces. I will definitely be returning back to this specific store, as I loved sharing every moment in this place due to the staff. Amazing service keep up the hard work and hopefully your business will succeed. Karisse and lisa were amazing keep up!!! But we can’t forget the main cook migz and Michelle who was also amazing.
