Never a bad meal. Fish to die for and chips just how we like them. Nothing is ever too much trouble, service with a smile.

Been searching for a really top class fish and chip shop in Huddersfield since moving here 5 years ago - finally found it !Huge portions and fish is top restaurant quality - brilliant value too.Staff are very friendly and will probably sing you a song - well I got one ha ha

Our Cousin lives just down the road from Hill Top Village Fisheries,Slaithwaite and said for us to try them. Glad we did as the Fish and Chips are fresh as stated.There is such a variety to choose from and fairly priced as well. I'm not sure that they have many Australian Visitors but my wife and me had a lot of fun while waiting. Meet a few of the locals and the Gentleman who cooks, whistles while he works. A very enjoyable time and hope to visit again. Only down point, you either like Mushy Peas or not. Sorry, i'm one who doesn't but don't let that put you off going here.

Always cheerful and friendly atmosphere, food cooked fresh while you wait, (even the wait is interesting and the banter and chat entertaining)White flaky fish, cooked to perfection in light crispy batter, with fabulous hand finished chips. Loads of salt and vinegar,and nothing nicer to eat in the summer sunshine.

El personal de la tienda muy amable, super servicio,cada orden de pescado cocinado así es luz sacudir y nada de esto vemos cosas recalentadas en otras tiendas.Bacalao y eglefino son ofrecidas y el cartel en la pared muestra el origen de las capturas depescado, así como muchas otras comida frita está en oferta y todo está bajo precio.En general una gran comida para llevar

Fuimos hasta aquí la semana, vivo en los valles y viajo mucho por trabajo, así que comer mucho!Recibió el personal es agradable, y el dueño Oliver.Mi esposa y yo pasamos el pescado y patatas fritas y eran absolutamente precioso.No es un comentario negativo que puedo decir.Perfecto

5 Saint James StreetI had a tikka burger meal from here that was pretty peng, I'd definitely order again or buy if I am passing,as the food is good quality the staff are friendly and cater for any changes in my order to what they have on the menu. My only fault was it was a bit quiet in the eating area but that could of been due to it been late on, also there open pretty late, so bare in mind if it's lateish and you don't fancy Sizzlers or pioneer I think it's open will midnight but that will be on there page anyhow. 51 Commercial Street BatleyCame back here again for another quesadilla and it didn’t disappoint. Staff are friendly, food is top quality and the portions generous. At just a fiver for this quesadilla it’s a bargain. Try to get over here as often as I can. Highly recommended.
