Delicious Desserts in Kirklees

The Staff were very Rude, acknowledging the customers but not serving them and when we called the staff they denied to serve and laughed. Because of the bad behavior of the staff I left with my family without having any food from them and gone to the next door the chaiiwala.

The customer service is horrible I wanted to order and there just kept refusing to take my order,I have never seen a worse behaviour in my whole life,the service is bad the food is bad everything about it is bad

Got given wrong drinks the cookie dough was hard was not happy

The sticky toffee pudding is amazing!

I am absolutely disgusted by this manager's behavior. The ice cream smelt off, so we went back to speak to the owner, and he started shouting and getting aggressive. He was threatening my little brother as well. Absolutely embarrassing. I've never had this man speak to us like that; therefore, I won’t be returning.

A genuine little gem for Huddersfield. An independent local community spot with the local people at the centre. And on top of it all, reasonably priced too.

Oh my life, my husband has just bought me the best dessert I think I’ve ever had in my life…no kidding. Just had a strawberry dough with ice cream…utterly delightful. Didn’t get chance to take photos…sorry 😬

I ordered cookie dough from here via uber eats but unfortunately the dough was raw. It seems as if it was made in a rush as I received by delivery within 15 mins. My money has gone to waste.

Amazing desserts. Open again till late and I couldn’t be more happier. New cookie dough range is deffo a grab on a Friday night! Ferrero cheesecake 10/10, family loves the gulab Jamun with ice cream. Kinder Krazy milkshake also a treat, one for the connoisseurs. Good luck guys, will deffo be back in again!

Ever since you moved into the Kingsgate, you're just sat down on your phone with no customers. Also, you're a bit of a prat.

Our favorite place to satisfy our sweet tooth. Outstanding selection of cakes, including vegan options, delicious freshly made waffles, chunky ice cream and the staff is always more than happy to personalise. Much better quality and taste than Dixons or Ice stones and still at better price. Can't wait to visit the new branch!

Amazing Desserts. We ordered the chocolate and toffee sundea and they should be charging more.......we ordered online and had it delivered and the delivery was so quick...it arrived and it wSnt even melted..by far the best Desserts ever

Oh my God. It was the first time ordering from Delicious Desserts and honestly the desserts was divine. It was extremly good! We loved the Red Velvet cake+Custard, Choco Sponge w Nutella & Fererro Sunday. Will defo order more from them.

Visited Delicious Desserts last night. Was craving their Cornflake Tart with some Ice Cream and an Oreo Shake. The place is clean and always well stocked, the Desserts were absolutely beautiful as they always are and the Shake was so tasty. Have been coming here for many, many years now and the quality of food & service has never once slipped. Always a 5 star establishment, i would recommend at every opportunity.

Nice dessert but staff should ensure equally treatment to be applied for all. I was there and was the second person staff told me to stay outside i followed with instructions but when it was my turned staff let the second person in the store. Wondering why he didn't let me in when i was in the shop as a second customer and let someone else in as a second person in the shop while i was there. This was unfair for me.

This place means business because it has fantastic milkshakes, and cakes. The service is always nothing short of impeccable. The man was very friendly and professional, and made us feel welcome. The Oreo milkshake with a Ferrero Rocher mixed in, really set the standard of this place. Its good to see a place willing to mix things up for you. This place has THE BEST slice of Red Velvet Cake in town, hands down. The menu was very good as it had plenty of choice and was good value for money. Definately recommended if your visiting Huddersfield

Nice desserts but.. manager was shouting at his staff for leaving a window open because it was cold and angrily told him to shut the entrance door of the shop whilst I was there and another customer!(awkward)😕 Needs to brush up on customer service skills!😤 Plus I felt sorry for that staff member he was a only a young lad.

Sorry, but I love any cheesecake and the 'cheesecake ' here is not cheesecake. I read the reviews and either things have changed drastically or people do not know what cheesecake is. The choc and caramel slices were awful bur the others eg natural, strawberry and lemon were inedible and went into the bin...There was not any kind of cream cheese in them , they were like spray cream on an old biscuit base .......Just horrible. The one star is for the speed of delivery.

I went with my little boy who is 3 years old and the way the man served me was horrendous. Disgusting attitude, would never ever visit again. Spoke to me in such a nasty tone from the start and the chucked my change at me. Seriously, horrible attitude. Would never visit again

Service is really bad. It took 2 hours for the delivery and when it finally did come the cake was soo hard couldn't break it! Disgusted.

Accasionally go here for dessert. Nice cakes and milkshakes. However Staff need better customer service skills and to come across less rude and abrupt!

Really nice deserts good quality, service is good as well and when you order milkshakes they come in a perfect condition highly recommend. Definitely try Toffee Apple crumble custard..

Decided to treat ourselves to dessert last night as we had noticed this place delivers on Just Eat and we had nothing sweet in. Its a brilliant concept the idea you can order dessert to be delivered and we saw on the menu chocolate sponge. Feeling nostalgic I went for chocolate pud and chocolate custard a la school days past. I also went for some malteaser's as an extra and my partner had chocolate pudd and opted for cream, some curly whirlys and Nutella custard on his. We ordered it at 19.45pm and it rolled up an hour later. Sadly it was cold and covered in melted ice cream (not requested at all). No sign of the extra's and very little custard underneath the mass of ice cream. The sponge however was good. I think the company needs to review its delivery methods for hot puddings.

The Curly Wurly Ice cream cone was a delight to purchase and eat, will have to try another flavour next time.

Visited for desert with some friends after eating a meal in Huddersfield. There are numerous options on offer, a large selection of cakes, fresh waffles, milkshakes, ice cream etc. There is little seating room - only 4 stools. If the weather is nice Greenhead park is not far away, so it's nice to take a walk there whilst devouring delicious desserts.
