Second time trying their pizzas and wasn’t too bad, didn’t feel bloated afterwards unlike most places.

Pizzas 10/10 (mix grill pizza/tandoori hot) still due to try the others. Chicken popcorn 10/10 (real chicken no processed) Service very fast and quality is top tier. Definetly coming again. Doesnt leave you bloating like some pizza places. Also they are very generous with the toppings, the topping dont be falling off the base also the bast is not too thick or thin. Even the underneath is cookked to perfection. I cant describe anymore you need to let your mouth experience it forst hand. Thank you.

This is my second time coming here as the pizzas really hit the spot! Very flavoursome, no bloating afterwards as some places usually leave you. The popcorn chicken are crazy if yiu ask me, none of that processed stuff real chicken and they are like tripple the size of the processed stuff. Very succulent and flavoursome. Will definetly come again! Also the location is great plenty of parking etc and right outside bus station. Overall 10/10 food. 10/10 service well mannered polite staff. Thank you.

Going off google reviews, we wanted a quick bite as the little ones wanted "junk food". Was my boys 5th birthday and mentioned it to the guy behind the counter just in a general conversation. When the food came out we received a complimentary "5th bday pizza and chips as well as a card with his name on! Food was tasty enough, really enjoyed the pizzas. After 45 minutes the guy must of finished his shift but made the effort to come over and say happy birthday to my son and also remembered gis name, my boy was made up! Little things like that mean alot to parents. Excellent customer service,well worth a visit. JzkAllah khair brothers.

I went to dixxis in Batley and ordered a chicken and pasta and a meat feast pizza. The food was made working 15 mins of ordering and it was delicious. The chicken and pasta was on an another level. Will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend 👍

Food taste was on point. Portion size/wing size was not. £3.20 for large fries that come in a medium box? Smallest wings ever must have come off a pigeon. 10 wings fit in the small fries box? Pizza was good though

Charged £2.50 for delivery when order value was £15 and within 2 miles. Rang to complain and the "boss" would not accept even though the menu clearly states "Free local delivery on orders over £10".

Been trying different places for pizza around Batley since I moved here and Dixxi wasn't really on my radar. Gave them a shot today and have to admit, it's the best pizza I've had in Batley so far. The base is thin but well cooked. The crust is crispy and has a really nice saltiness and taste to it. The toppings were slightly sparse and chopped finely, but the flavour overall was spot on. The cheese thankfully wasn't gloomy, stringy or pale looking (which is my worst nightmare!). Over all, not a bad pizza at all and one that I'll definitely be ordering again.

Staff Rude on phone. Oredrd a pizza margarita with garlic . 1st it took hour and half to deliver and it was cold and no sign of cheese or garlic. Nasty. Never ordering again. Friends and family are giving five stars

I ordered pizza last night and 1st of all the guy who answered phone was very abrupt and snappy. I told them what I wanted which was a garlic pepperoni. After 1 and half hours they decide to show up when I felt the box it was stone cold I told the delivery guy and all I got was well u will have to wait more for fresh so then ibsaid it will still be cold and I ain't waiting that long. When I opened the box it was stone cold burnt hardly any cheese and no garlic at all. I was annoyed so please be careful when u order as this place has gone down so bad. I would not feed this to anyone

I have been eating here for about 5 years now on and off. I can honestly say the quality has dropped considerably. Reheated fries and either undercooked or over cooked burger. Really poor. I have been giving them a chance over and over as they used to be really good. Doesn't take much to just throw old chips away and fry new or figure out how much you will need at a particular time and not have to throw out! Like I say used to be spot on but now comes in a poor bottom of the leafue compared to a lot of the other places around batley dewsbury. Will have to up their game.

Came here with my kids absolutely stunning food we ordered the Cheeto burger mega mix burger and the masala fish and all the food was served withing 20 mins as we ate inside all the food was on point and tasted awesome spoke to the owners who seem like lovely people made us feel as though we at home had a good laugh they have variety of food from pizzas to burgers to chicken and all grilled stuff big dining section here to eat inside,1 downfall is its cash only as they don't take card but again can't complain as cash point is 1 minute away highly recommended must try

Fantastic establishment. Been going here since 2008. Plenty similar (Chicken) eateries like this in Batley, but in my opinion this is the best by far. Forget your HFC, Chickanoes, Mr T'S etc. Dixxi Express is the best of the lot. 👍

This place has fast turned into my local "goto" for pretty much most of their menu. Food is fresh and full of taste, most importantly for me though it's consistent. When you're lazy at cooking you're always on the lookout for some place where you're guaranteed quality scran. I've reviewed many eateries but this has to be my favourite and in its in my own town.

I’m always travelling up north to visit friends and family and I must stop here. Been going here for many many years as the food is tasty, fresh and consistent at all times which is what i expect. My favourite burger has to be the mayyyygaa mixxx burger- (salim lunat voice). Only thing that irritates me is when your waiting for your food, you have to put up with that little George Galloway poster boy, serving up poor banter, laughing at his own jokes at the expense of his colleagues, but i guess that’s how he manages to get through his shifts. However, I do note that he always serves with a smile, with a sparkling silver tooth and I also hear from the locals that he goes the extra mile for everyone, providing a personalised service for special events, which is very refreshing to see from someone who has to put up with smelling like a fish fryers cuff everyday. Most business owners do take a back seat but not this one. They on the front line at all times. Credit to them. Growing food outlets in little Batley village all pretty much offering the same but i would rather play it safe and stick with this Batley Dixi. Delicious and affordable. Thumbs up from me!

Pizza taste nice and well priced. Mixed grill and piri piri are good pizza. Few recommendations and honest tips. Please ask customers what sauce they like instead of adding in a mint sauce. I have no problem in asking but generally leaves a good impression. Also, I noticed on few occasions that staff were eating away here and there in the preparation area and most of them nibbling away. I would recommend them to take a meal to designated area to again look more professional and also not to bring in question about hygiene. Generally, happy with the service and food quality hence the 4 star.

Great food, fantastic quality. Service is probably the only place needing an improvement, as often you are stood around for a while before you get served.

Crispy fries but the chicken bites are a hit and miss. Sometimes good and sometimes not and staff is not very approachable. Kinda get scared.

I ordered food pizza, chips and a donner kebab and when it arrived it was absolutely freezing, the chips were swimming in grease and when I phoned them to tell them my food was freezing they was laughing down the phone at me, I found them absolutely disgusting

Utterly disappointed with this local takeaway today very shameful and unexperienced way to handle a regular customers complain, I placed an order at 20.06pm today was told will take 45mim order arrived at 21.15pm on arrival I realised the family bucket box was opened, I asked the driver the reason he couldn’t reply at first and the mumbled I don’t know it must have opened, I asked if he opened it or had his fingers in my food the food my kids were gone eat he said no I asked to return. At 21.17pm I got a call from dixxy express and some one asked if I wanted a replacement I said no the phone was given to the manager who was very cross and rude in this tone he explained the box would have open it’s self and his drive wouldn’t have put his fingers in the box I asked if his sure about that he couldn’t reply to that I explained I couldn’t take a chance with the current Covid situation and food should be packed properly before delivery this made him very cross and his tone went high he started saying stuff literally shouting very loud so I hung up. NO WAY TO SPEAK TO A CUSTOMER TOTALLY RUDE Very poor customer service, this been a food business should be very care full when packing food keeping hygiene and proper delivery of food in mind, as people are consuming their food. And in the current Covid situation infection are spreading fast.

Nice food, nice burgers and amazing fries when piping hot that is chicken is okayish, the 2 stars is due to the service mainly as they don't know how to treat their own customers. Very abrupt staff and always look moody and when you go in to order I normally have to stand untill someone has the decency to ask if I have ordered otherwise they all just look at you like your some kind of chicken that escaped from a dixy variety box.

Over the moon with this place. We made a large order for a kids party with 45 guests for Friday afternoon. We approached a number of takeaways and Dixxi Express was one of the few places in the Dewsbury/Batley area that agreed to help. Shazad (apologies if it's the wrong name) was really helpful and took the stress away! Everyone was really happy with the food. They prepared everything on time which all helped the party run smoothly and make for a memorable day. We are very grateful, many thanks!
