Lovely food, fresh, tasty and good quality. I had Donner kebab delicious, they followed notes, chips lovely too, and I had a salted caramel milkshake, was so thick was a amazing shake, will definitely order from here again

Such good food as always! Not the cheapest but you dont mind when the food is so good. And its so good to find dairy free milkshakes that are 10/10.

The quality of the food is out of this world. Absolutely delicious. Seriously really really really nice. I'll definitely go there again each time I fancy a kebab or burger or chips or milkshake etc. Outstanding. I simply cannot praise them enough.

I recently dined at The Grill Kitchen Portsmouth, and it was an absolute delight. I tried their special Mak burger, and it instantly became my favorite burger in town. The flavors were incredible, and the quality of the ingredients really shone through. But that's not all – the chili beef loaded fries were a perfect complement to the burger. The combination of flavors and textures was out of this world! The atmosphere at The Grill Kitchen was cozy, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Food was good, but hand hygiene was very poor. You don't handle cash or your phone then handle food without washing your hands. This was in plain view of the customer. I will not use this eatery again.

Just had delivered a bbq cheese burger, fries and a Ferrero rocher milkshake. The food was amazing,(the best burger i have had).really good portions, very good prices also, and the milkshakes are so moreish would defiantly recommend this place!

Used to order from here all the time, but never again! Waited over 1hr.45 mins for my order! When the food did arrive it was cold! Like ice cold and Sogy! They did chance it but had to wait extra 30mins for!

The food and drinks are amazing how they make it so good and it's homemade it's impeccable, they sometimes forget the fries or they are too burnt but that won't make it 4 star 5 star all the way best place to go to for anythingsome bits here and there could be changed but overall would 100% recommend

Ordered a peri peri chicken burger and peri peri fries with a drink. The burger was really tasty. I got a huge portion of fries but it was caked in peri peri seasoning making it slightly gritty and difficult to eat. Apart from the heavy seasoning, this would have been a perfect meal.

Myself and my partner thought we'd give them ago, and so glad we did, really nice burgers especially the burger buns toasted and good hot chips. And the Nutella milkshakes are really nice 10 0ut of 10.

Rice is really bad I'm certain it's microwave rice from a pouch and sadly it's gone straight in the bin it 100% is NOT fresh really really disappointed!! Quality is so poor Although chicken strips and milkshake are nice and naga sauce is delicious 😋

Wowww a Massive portion of glory! Hot fries on delivery! The burger was so tasty, nice cheese not overpowering, the normal cool mayo sauce on bottom and then I asked for Naga hot chilli they put on the top what a nice touch thanks mate!!

My Bacon triple burger was lovely. The thick shakes are brilliant. Was recommended the lotus shake, which I would most definitely recommend to any shake lovers. Establishment is run by a young team. The young gentlemen on the phone was very helpful when enquiring about an allergen issue. Keep up the good work TGK.

Very happy with the starters/snack bites, loaded fries and burgers.... OMG on the shakes, recovering from wisdom tooth removal a fortnight ago with a liquid diet to match, so good choice for 1st real meal. Also the shakes are a nice break from icing the face and they catered to all my requirements of soft food request as best can be as well as a free shake. All the staff are very friendly and helpful as when I first went in I just move in locally, just by chance not wanting to cook 1 might so try the local take aways and this is the best as fare the best when it comes to this sort of food with brilliant and friendly service. Very happy customer as always guys, looking forwards to my next visit

I’m honestly impressed. Considering this place has only started this year I can tell they have a lot of heart and are determined to give out good quality food. For a single cheeseburger as big as my hand I can’t imagine what the other burgers would look like. The bag and packaging were very well presented, the burger was juicy and flavourful and fries were crispy and even when stale they are actually still edible. This place has a lot of potential and I believe they will go far. My only criticism would be to serve some napkins in the bag and try to let customers know that their food will take a little longer. For quality like this, you’d expect it to be made at decent restaurants with seating but it’s almost like a takeaway atmosphere where things are expected to be fast. However, I understand that food made basically fresh should have a wait time found at restaurants. Definitely recommend, will be trying more things on the menu and bring cash if you decide to order up front. Their card readers are still being set up at the time of writing this.

We had fired chicken burger, half peri chicken and nuggets and chips, plus a free lotus milkshake. I'm a burger geek and this place knows how to make a good one. Bang on. Well done chaps

One of the nicest burgers ive had in a LONG time, peri peri fries also excellent and the biscoff shake was gone in less than 5 minutes. Absolutely delicious!! Came across by chance on Uber eats as there was a special deal on and so glad I did. One of the best takeaways I've had in ages thank you! Highly recommended

My rating is based upon several orders from TGK now as the proof of a good takeaway is consistency (that not many achieve, I hasten to add) - I will say that TGK is perfectly consistent, in quality, service and taste and quantity every single time I have never had a bad meal from them and they have become a firm favourite (maybe a bit too much of a favourite!!) Keep up the good work team, just keep doing what you do and you will not go far wrong.

Found this gem of a takeaway through fluke of fate and really pleased I did. The grilled chicken (medium strength sauce) was well cooked, moist and flavour filled. Good sized portions at an excellent price! Warm, friendly welcome from the staff. Nice clean kitchen. Well presented menu with wide variety of options. But the reason why I'll go back, the taste of the food and the cost per meal.

Food was very tasty and well packaged. The delivery service offered by the team at TGK was fast and efficient. I had the fajita wrap with lamb chops which were succulent and drowned it down with the mint aero shake 👌🏽 No doubt TGK are best in class in the local area.

When I saw this place open up around the corner I wanted to try it and wow! The food is amazing, the TGK kebab is probably one of the best foods I've ever had from a takeaway. Ordered at least once per week since it's opened and haven't been disappointed once! Thanks for the great food guys.

Good food and you get a lot for what you pay. No card service, but they explained they are just starting out and this will be a feature soon, but the 55min wait from ordering to serving needs to be improved on.

Tried for the 1st time tonight... easy to order webpage with a place for options. Food arrived dead on time and it was fabulous. We had burgers, fries, a wrap and extras. We will definately order again.

I ordered a cookies & cream shake, triple bacon cheeseburger and the chilli beef loaded fries. The shake was definitely one of the best I've had, and easily the best in the area. The burger was American style, in the sense that it was so filling, huge in portion, with juicy flavours. The TGK team have done a fantastic job crafting this monster burger. Finally, the loaded fries were fantastic, with plenty of cheese, beef and jalapenos which all compliment each other very well and I look forward to trying the other options next time.

Ordered the mixed platter and Lotus Biscoff milkshake. Food came on time and was nice and hot, had a good flavor to the sauce on the chops and chicken. The Milkshake was really good as well, normally order Oreo but this is my fav now. This takeaway is now going to be my regular!

Amazing food, Chef is cooking unbelievably amazing food

I had been waiting for the opportunity to order from The Grill Kitchen since it opened and boy was I impressed! I ordered the Two's Company platter which included a whole chicken, lamb chops, chicken strips, chicken wings and 2 sides. I chose the sweet potato fries which we cooked to perfection (fluffy on the inside, crispy on the outside) and the salad box which had a lovely mix of lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber and red onion. I also ordered the Beef loaded fries which we nice and cheesy too, and they also came with some fresh whole chillies which gave it a nice kick. The chicken had a lovely marinade and was tender and juicy. The lamb chops were so tender, meat was falling off the bone and delicious. Such a generous serving of food, 6 of us ate from this selection and we still had leftovers! My husband and I got some cheeky milkshakes too. We ordered the creme brulee and the biscoff. The creme brulee was yummy however there was no distinct flavour, seemed more like vanilla - still tasty though. The biscoff however was amazing and full of flavour. My husband mentioned that a nice coffee latte/mocha milkshake added to the menu would be brilliant 👀 Overall very pleased with the quality of the food and the service. We ordered for collection which gave a 15 min estimated wait and it was ready only a few mins after the expected time - I could see that they were very busy too. Will definitely order again soon. Looking forward to trying the burgers next time!

Tried their chicks on fire burger and chilli beef loaded fries on their first day of opening and can honestly say I was extremely happy with the flavouring and quality I received. Couldn’t resist in ordering their tender lamb chops & mozzarella dippers on the next day, it was so worth it! I had to try their milkshakes as well, it’s 100% the best in town! TGK’s customer service was excellent, their staff were so polite and recommended me choices that I could try which was very helpful. For someone who is fussy with her food, I would give TGK a 10/10 and would recommend anyone to try their food out! Will be ordering again soon, can’t wait!

Ordered twice during their launch week, one of the best food places i’ve tried in Portsmouth. The chilli loaded fries and the shakes are a must! Also the spicy fajita wrap and the bubble wrap tasted great too. Great service from all at TGK. Will be working my way through the rest of the menu.
