Excellent food excellent service, the best around

Great little cafe. Good food, freshly prepared and fab coffee. Quite quick too and very good value. Highly recommended stop off before the beach.

Came to visit my family who have raved about Angeline’s. And I can see why, the breakfast baps are made fresh there and then, the cakes are beautiful (the egg custard tart was so so good). Will be back each time we come back! Xx

Love this little gem, missed their big breakfast box by half hour day 1 so had an amazing toasties with crunchie cheesecake for afters once I found where I'd misplaced it, so back again today to try another. Well done food is great and cheesecakes ong just shoot me now cos life doesn't get much better than Lynn's creations. The staff are all caring and brilliant. Takeaway or sit in either way uve made a brilliant choice

My husband and I stopped here for lunch today and hell they didnt disappoint. We had egg mayo sandwiches with side salad and crisps with a hot chocolate and a latte. The lady that served us had the highest customer service I've seen in a while and she came and also made sure we was okay. I highly recommend this great place and we will be back that's for sure x

Popped in just for a cup of tea but had bacon baps aswell, really exceptional value for money , no wonder there was a queue. I would recommend for a breakfast or a takeaway cooked sandwich

A homemade sausage roll and a cup of tea while visiting during a very breezy 1940s weekend. The shop looks absolutely wonderful. Will definitely be back for a regular visit.

We ordered breakfast baps for take out. They are so friendly in here, food is made to order and all very well priced! We spent £10 for 3 people! That is because 2 of us shared a large bap when we seen the sheer size of them. I would return and recommend for sure.

An excellent breakfast that was beautifully cooked, great service from the staff who are very happy to let you mix and match breakfast items if you wish to. Good selection of cakes, pies, pasties etc. Definitely a place to have a bite to eat whilst in Alford.

First time eating here. The team are lovely, well mannered, polite and friendly. The food was fab and it was the best cooked breakfast I've had in a long while. I will definitely be visiting again soon. Thank you! ❤️

Lovely warm welcome had hot coffee and a fantastic breakfast which was also hot only had a small one but it was well worth the money loads on the plate and coffee was included in the price the pasties they had for sale looked yummy and were reasonably priced will have to go back and buy some

I had a chicken tikka pannini. It was absolutely beautiful. Friendly staff, very clean premises. No-one was stood doing nothing. They were constantly keeping everything clean and tidy. Can't recommend them highly enough. You must try this place out. I shall certainly be visiting next time I am in Alford.

Great food and service. We had a lovely banofee cheesecake and a biscoff one to take away. Everyone was friendly.

Went in for a hot drink and ended up having food (which was delicious) and then purchased cheesecakes to take home with us. A nice friendly place, very clean with comfortable seating and tables which were nicely spaced out ( we hate cramped places) Great service and we will definitely be back.

Staff were so flipping rude I left without being served. Using the term Patisserie has every skilled french baker doubled in laugher. Will never be back

I ordered 2 x breakfasts and it was far better than I expected, but I did have to wait about 20 mins to take it away as only 2 tables inside to sit down (hence the 4 stars). Nevertheless, it was all cooked nicely and you get plenty of it! They have LOTS of choices which includes paninis, cheeseburgers, jacket potatoes and homemade cakes. Very good prices too!

Unfortunately the cheese in the sandwiches are cheap plastic cheese slices , thr bacon seemed like it was under a hot light for 6 hrs and we inedible, latte where Unfortunately made with powder latte mix. Unfortunately for the food and drink won't go again One a positive note staff where friendly

We ordered three takeaway jacket potatoes. Whilst the people were very polite and friendly, we were waiting for 25 minutes. When they were eventually ready, they were really small and had hardly any fillings. The cheese was also very cheap. Maybe their other options like sandwiches and rolls may have been a better option but the whole place needs some modernisation and much quicker service.

Love this place. Friendly, attentive staff. Have sat in and taken away and the food has always been top quality. Seating outside in the form of 2 tables + chairs when the weathers right and 3 tables + chairs inside. Affordable prices, good variety of cakes and pastries. Sandwiches, breakfasts, jacket potatoes to order. Cheaper than Greggs and homemade products, couldn't ask for more. I recommend the Lotus Cheesecake pot! Yum! Keep doing what you're doing, will continue to recommend where possible!

Me and my mum visited today from skegness. The food was amazing never had such a wonderful jacket potato. They could teach the cafes in skeg a thing or two... The choice of pastries was amazing. All the staff were very friendly esp the owners daughter. So clean and very affordable. We will 100% be going back. Thank you to you all for making us feel welcome.

Stopped in square for a wander and came across this as we were just going back to car. Other half wanted a breakfast bap and they agreed to provide although it was 10 mins past breakfast time. This was much appreicated. Food cooked to order, hot tasty and good value.

Called in today for lunch on the go got a couple of their pizza things they were Mediocre A filled roll which was also Okay! And picked up Two iced Chelsea buns individually wrapped, Saved these for a treat with a cuppa when we got home an hour later ....... These were as dry as anything bearing in mind today is the 25th Nov the eat by date printed on the back of the packet was the 22nd Nov!!!!! We were really disappointed but will not be going there again!

A cheerful welcome by the 3 staff and a delicious cooked breakfast. For such a small establishment they have a fantastic choice on their menu. I have selected 'cheap eats' below as a breakfast of 2 bacon sausage egg beans mushrooms tomato and toast was only £4.50

We arrived at 3:30p and they closed at 4p. The owner seemed a bit anxious that we were there even though all we wanted was a pasty and a quiche heated up. They microwaved the pasty and my wife had the quiche cold. Neither of the items was very appealing. I make a quality Cornish pasty with coarse-ground round steak and this one was a bit mushy inside and had some odd spice in it. We would not try it again.

We bought a takeaway breakfast (and a couple of cream cakes) after staying in the adjacent Windmill Hotel. Excellent value (actually astonishingly good value!) and the staff were really friendly. You can eat in the cafe, or outside on the pavement tables - or of course have a takeaway like we did. This place is a little bit off the Market Square, but well worth finding.

If you fancy something to eat, this is the place. Great staff (amusing ) Food amazing. Attention to detail, virtually all freshly made

Look for Angelenes in the corner of the main square. We arrived at 3.50, 10 minutes before closing on market day, Parking meter not working! The two ladies were obliging and made a cappuccino and I succumbed to the cream slice on display. A good range of cakes and locally made conserves. Well prices selection. Only room for 2 tables and a max. of 6 to sit down. Good fare with appetizing selection.
