The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Fast food food

I’ve given them 1 because I can’t go any lower. So they were booked to cater for my granddaughters christening. The food never arrived when it should have done!! 1 3/4 hours later. It came. It was totally burnt, stank to high heaven and everybody sent it back. Thank you for ruining my granddaughters christening. A lot of hungry people. Shame on you that you think it’s acceptable to send food out like that 😡

14 year old daughter treated terribly. Card declined through no fault of her own. She got her purse out to pay with cash and server just shouts out her to leave. Made her feel like she was a criminal. Would she have done that to an adult. I thought not until I read some reviews about this Sutton branch. I will not be using it.

The food is okay in Flames, but they only take cash payments. The only plausible reason for this can be a desire to avoid paying tax, as Card readers are very cheap to install and certainly a benefit to customers. We should all be boycotting any shop that doesn’t take debit cards, they certainly aren’t looking to make life easier for their customers

I just had this and I feel sick, and I do have a very Brave stomach, There half peri chicken was falling apart and Really dry, there chips were just about edible for me anyway, and there pizza was overcooked

Special pizza and garlic bread mushrooms lovely They were very good to make the pizza as they were of the day

Ordered a pizza, waited 40 minutes for it, and opened the box to a burnt mishaped 'thing'. was told 'thats how real pizzas look' lol, no thank you

Ordered online for the first time, seamless and easy. Turned up, welcomed by staff members and addressed by first name. Awesome service and fantastic food. Thank you, team x J

The shop had a recent revamp, but the game remains the same. The staff have their heads up their proverbial, still ignoring the customers and refilling the shelves and ovens. A roll and link sausage is now £2.50 , with one less link and still the smallest roll in the world. This truly is the last time.

Don't recommend, they are asking you for salad and everything for take away and when you get home , surprise no salad 👍

Unable to get a simple order right. Customer service from delivery driver and staff at takeaway was appalling. I would not recommend, life it too short to for the ag ordering from here causes.

Getting a bit of feed up of the service at Macdonlads generally. It's meant to be a fast food restaurant and having ordered from the app, table service or drive thru it has taken us about 15 minutes on average to get our food.

Was told to wait in the bay for the food so I did. 10 minutes go by and multiple cars drive past me with food in hand. I have to physically walk into the building to get my food and it's just sat on the side. By the time I'm eating it's cold. Waste of money, waste of time.
