Burger King in Bristol, City of

Great place to go to stop the 'Hangry' feelings when shopping. Easy access, hot food, hot/cold drinks, friendly staff. What more do you need.

Was an excellent visit. The service was great the staff were chatty and very helpful. Food was fresh and hot and tasted amazing.

It’s a Burger King! Food is what you get which was exactly what we ordered. Polite and friendly staff. Foot was reasonably priced and decent!

Food was warm enough, tidy restaurant. Just a quick visit on a Sunday night so fairly quiet. Friendly enough staff.

its an usual burger king joint but the staff need to be more customer friendly. I had a voucher for a burger and they took quite sometime to get through the queue.

Right in middle of the shopping food hall. Always busy. Quick service. Tables etc could be cleared faster. Lots of children present. Great for families. Food ok. It is what it is. Cheap, fast but ok. Sorry to say no smiles from staff 😢

It was a busy Saturday when I came so the place was pretty full but unfortunately this meant the staff had no chance to tidy. There were fries over some of the seats, most of the tables were utterly messy. Shame. The staff seemed tired and slightly dozy. I know it's fast food but no trace of energy. Watched a few of the others and they all seemed zombified. Must be the air in the Galleries. Plusses? The burger was actually nice - value for money definitely - and the order was pretty quick which was a plus ad I was rushed for time. Otherwise because it was so messy it was a fail...

Despite being really busy we got served very quickly. The food was very good and hot and the restaurant was nice and clean with staff constantly clearing tables and cleaning up.

We visit here on occasions when in town, good service and good food. My only gripe is that it's a bit dearer than McDonalds but the meat is better quality, would go again when in the centre.

Used to live beside BK in eastville and had a few bad experiences there. Went recently to the Galleries with missus and a friend. She was pretty hungry and wanted something quick and so decided to use BK. It's a reasonably busy place and so you would think it would be alright. Wrong!! Both got chicken nuggets, fries and some mozzarella sticks. Warm chicken nuggets are somewhat edible - their stale Siberian cousins less so. Everything was cold and stale and evidently had been sitting around for the last week prior to service. Awful food - save yourself the experience and go next door to the cafe place adjacent to BK - cheaper, friendly service and food is a million times better than this rubbish.

I started off with an hour to kill and the desire to sit down with a drink and a snack before a meeting. Where better than a fast food restaurant within a few minutes of a bus stop? I was second in line to be served (with one other order outstanding) but could I get served by the 'crew member'? No. He kept walking away - presumably to see if food was cooking. On his returns to the counter he kept me and others waiting; he seemed to have no interest in taking our orders. When those ahead of me did get their food, he again walked away. A colleague of his then took my order - which was reduced to a drink as my time was being eroded and I wasn't sure how long the quick food would take. She then told me that her colleague would prepare my drink on his return (this involved providing me with one diet cola). Eventually, she gave up and poured the cola herself. Her colleague then returned and asked for the piece of paper so that he could fill my order. My tip is to not to use this branch if the staff (or at least the one who ignored me) are so disinterested in customer service. And finally, the queue behind me, gave up and left without being served.
