Flames Kebab House in Caerphilly

The food is okay in Flames, but they only take cash payments. The only plausible reason for this can be a desire to avoid paying tax, as Card readers are very cheap to install and certainly a benefit to customers. We should all be boycotting any shop that doesn’t take debit cards, they certainly aren’t looking to make life easier for their customers

Had a pizza from here got to say food was stunning give it a try you want be disappointed highly recommend

Food took an hour to arrive, chips, chicken strips and veggie burger had hairs in them. The kebab was completely covered in thick coleslaw and onion. Overpriced and will not be ordering again. Absolutely horrendous!

not gonna lie mush but you need to sort yourselves out. its almost as dirty as my mother-in-laws bathroom and that's saying something juj. Would like to go to you again because i fancy Muhammad behind the counter. but if i go to you again i expect you to fix the place, especially the electricity (the lights dont even work, you have to turn your phone torch on to see) so please Muhammad, fix it so i can see your lush face again. might give it a rub ( ;

Decent enough food a little more expensive than others in area although its should be cheaper as its not on high street Delivery prices are the highesr around £4.50 local and is usually cold I bought a large kebab and a small kebab as and experiment and to settle an argument and weighed them both They weighed virtually identical the small being slightly heavier My son was right From now on i only buy small kebabs The owner is grumpy but the other guys make up for it and are far more friendly Overal save money buy small and pick it up

Living around the corner from this Kebab Shop is fantastic. Top Quality Service, food and cleanliness. Price3s are on par with most Kebab shops but I can personally recomend this one.

Very good all round, friendly atmosphere, nice food and reasonably priced, lovely cup of tea as well.

Ordered 4 meals at 5.45 pm this evening to be told delivery would be in 45 mins .after an hour waiting I rang to check on the meal to be told it was on its way .15 mins later we rang again to be told the driver could not find our address .we gave further directions and was assured that the meal costing £22.50 would not be cold when it arrived .it finally arrived at 7.20 pm and when opened it was not our meal but someone else's from pentwynmawr .we rang straight back and was told that the driver would return with our correct meal .we swapped the delivery meals and received our correct order but it was cold .how can you possibly reheat a shish kebab with salad .what an absolute waste of money .not sure what happened to the other meal as this should have been replaced as surely it is unacceptable to hand this order to the other people after we had opened it .after all we all have the dreaded flu in this house .

Called in here after a drinking session in local pub. U know ur hungry after a few beers, fab food. Quick service and great prices, highly recommend, a must place to call in after a night out.

My visit was very enjoyable the staff were friendly and were only too pleased to make my visit a good one i had the chicken shish kebab with salad coleslaw and all the sauces a delightful combination which rounded off a great evening in cefn fforest well done Flames!!

I have tried various Kebabs from many takeaways but Flames will take some beating, always hot, quick and friendly service and all ingredients very fresh, don't go anywhere else!
