SOO MUCH BETTER THEN NANDOS GREAT SERVICE AND THE PORTION SIZES ARE AMAZING. THE YOUNG LAD AT THE COUNTER WAS SO KIND AND POLITE. IF YOUR EVER CRAVING SOME GOOD CHICKEN OR CHIPS NINIS IS THE PLACE TO GO.

Ordered from here a few times, always been nice up until i took a bite of the “supreme” burger last night. Been throwing my guts up ever since. Not fun!

Probablemente la peor comida y experiencia de la historia. Pagué mucho dinero por las hamburguesas más pequeñas. Fue terrible. Sobreprecio por lo que era. Sería mejor volver.

Visited tonight £12 for fish and chips..£6 for mini...The mini was tiny and wouldnt even fill my kids!! Nice food tiny portions at a rip off price..NEVER AGAIN!!

Did not deliver my food. Called twice. Took 3 hours and lied about it being on its way. Rachel very aggressive on the phone. Never again.

Ordered a 6” rotisserie chicken meal deal, cappuccino and crisps Cappuccino was just hot water and milk,, sub was binned as chicken had the worst aftertaste, either boiled, left to stand, old, no idea. Only decent thing was the Doritos crisps Last time ordered from here £8 in the bin or most expensive packet of Doritos

My twin brother and I were pub hopping around this part of the city when we decided to drop by Poundbakery for a quick bite to eat, our visit was very positive. A decent enough Poundbakery, neat and tidy, glass fronted serving counters showcase the goodies on offer and the staff here are absolutely fantastic. We ordered cheese slices ,these were absolutely delicious, so tasty, just what we needed to set us up for a good few hours, its hardly surprising that this Poundbakery is so popular, its easy to locate along Frodsham Street. Opening hours are; Monday to Saturday, 8am till 5pm. Sunday, 11am till 4pm. Well worth checking out if you're in the area.

At around 7.15pm, I ordered cod and chips. The assistant pointed to some pieces of pre cooked fish and asked me to select. None of the fish looked great and so i asked for how long it had been cooked. She assured me ‘only a short time ago’. A five minute car journey home and I discovered that the fish was only luke warm. The batter wasn’t crispy but limp and disgusting. I thoroughly reheated it but hardly ate any of it. The chips were hot but lots of small hard overcooked bits of chips. I called the restaurant and they said that the next time they wouldn’t charge for the same order. Who in their right mind would return? At this time of night they are clearly more interested in selling off their pre cooked fish than caring about its quality or their customer experience. My advice is to keep well away from this restaurant.

Actualmente estoy visitando mi ciudad natal por unos días y me alojo en un hotel en la calle Hope. Me encontré con un viejo amigo por más cervezas de las que eran necesarias o recomendables. Como no hay servicio de habitaciones en mi hotel, llamé a Cookies justo antes de la medianoche y compré un Chicken Bhoona y una porción de Chicken Pakora. Ganga absoluta a menos de 10 años. - Dado el precio, mis expectativas en cuanto a la calidad no eran altas, pero cuando estás en esa etapa en la que te resulta difícil hablar sin driblar, tus estándares caen considerablemente. Estaba placenteramente sorprendida. El Bhoona era de muy buena calidad para llevar y el Chicken Pakora era absolutamente de primera categoría y casi adictivo. Tanto es así que volví la noche siguiente, cuando pude cruzar las carreteras sin la ayuda de los amables transeúntes y reordené la misma comida. Fue tan bueno como la noche anterior.

Fair play to Andyman lots of love to the chippy and all the staff especially Biz. Would defo recommend to all chippy lovers or if youre just looking for a bit of banter and a sing along with the lads. lot of love and scadda from pzinger x

Deliciosa comida y un servicio al cliente excepcional por sirin. He venido aquí un par de veces en el pasado y siempre he disfrutado de la comida. Las patatas fritas son increíbles.

A good choice of sandwiches and drinks and sweet stuff. Handily placed near a shopping arcade. Lots of footfall. Reasonably priced.

I used collection for my family, very tidy clean shop. Nice local shop kebab and chips very good. Parking free

Have eaten fish and chips from My Plaice for a few years and recommended them to friends and family. However the last few times we and others have been disappointed with the chips. They are not being cooked well and are limp and soggy. The potatoes could be the reason but the chips look very pale.

4 November 2023 cod and chips lunch for 2 . Portion size very good. Well cooked fresh tasting cod golden brown crisp batter chips just right. We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch and thought it good value for money. The lady cooking today excellent job .
