Aladdin's Shisha Lounge in Redbridge

I recommend this place to chill with friends, its 100/10! Very nice food and good environment. The service was brilliant as well.

The food was amazing - good portion size and quality! We had the lamb biryani, halloumi wrap and chicken wrap - would recommend all. The desserts were heavenly - the sticky toffee and French toast were so good. Good vibes, good shisha, very friendly staff. Will definitely be coming back soon. Thanks for your great service!

A lovely place to enjoy a variety of food and shisha flavours. Definitely the best lounge in the area with very reasonable prices and the quality maintaining a high standard. The customer service was really good with the staff being friendly and helpful through our stay. They definitely know how to keep their lounge warm as well in this cold! Overall a very cosy spot to enjoy your night. Would definitely recommend a visit here!

Shisha was average, ambience and service was terrible. You get far better shisha, service and a good place to chill in the lounges in the West of London, or even Birmingham.

Recently had a chance to try out the new food menu and it was epic! They have really put maximum effort in their new menu. I tried the beef burger meal and it was flawless . The shisha here has always been on point here so overall 10/10

Was looking to trying Aladins for my first Shisha experience and to celebrate my sister birthday. Was asked to pay upfront before anything came to the table. The Shisha was... ok. We ordered smoothhe's as our drinks - they are not fresh, just crushed iced with very sweet flavoured syrup. They were not very nice and - Do not have the passion fruit it's disgusting (tastes like onions) and when we asked for either a replacement or money back they refused both options and said they do not do refunds - so much for making the customer happy. One of the glasses was leaking and although they changed that one they made it clear that they did not have to. I was not impressed with the customer service or lack thereof. Our tv screen was not working either. Need-less-to-say I and the others members of my party will not be coming here again and I will not be recommending Aladins to anyone. I feel so strong about this place I had to write this review whilst still in here!!!!!!!

I am an avid shisha smoker, so feel I can suss a "good" shisha, Tried this place for the first time last night, and the shisha was not up to scratch, very weak, and I was there for 1.5 hours and not once was my coal changed! Never even saw anyone walking around with the coal!..and I don't feel that this should be asked for! It wasn't even busy, there was only about 7 people there...the tea was nice though, but had to ask for a spoon, waited for about 6 mins and when I went up to get a spoon, was told to wait and one would be brought over... Paid £25 for the shisha def not worth it, won't be returning I don't think. But it's a nice space, clean, shame about the quality of the shisha, maybe it was one off and I just got a badly made shisha...who knows, but I won't be returning.

Nice place. We’ll set out. Came here to watch football and wasn’t disappointed. Gutted with the shisha they had thin pipes which aren’t the best quality so that’s the only thing that let it down.

I visited this lounge on a recommendation. It was my first time of having shisha and I must say I would surely want to do it again. It was amazing, maybe because I choose Aladdins for my first trial. The lounge has the most relaxed ambience and chilled out atmosphere. The food is mouthwatering and the staff is good. I am not saying it's the best in town since I am just a beginner here but it certainly has a good vibe. I am looking forward to visiting it again.

Loved our amazing shisha the flavours was frozen blackcurrant and strawberry Laces! Friendly staff always willing to cater for our group. Have now been a regular customer for a month and wouldn’t recommend anywhere better in London! A true shisha experience.

A great place to visit with your friends or family with a home like atmosphere which allows you to have your own space and privacy. The staff are very friendly and offer a great service which makes you feel like you’ve known them for years.

Best shisha in town... definitely recommend to everyone.. the vibe music and not forgetting the pool table for all them players..

Such a chilled out venue, tried the apple mint & grape mint flavour so smooth really nice flavours could really taste it & the pina colada mocktail is the best one iv ever had love it! Definitely making this our chill spot. Good vibes

Came with friends and 2 Shisha’s and 4 mocktails and a Nachos later I’ve made this my regular spot. Great evening had by all, shisha is actually Shisha and and you actually taste the full flavour, you don’t get that coal taste that you get when you smoke when I go to other places . They have pool tables which helps make the evening more fun. Love their outdoor area and decor you can tell a lot of thought has gone in to it. Clean washrooms which tells a lot about an establishment.Will definitely come again.

Went to Aladdins in Ilford finally after many friends have told me about the spot. We ordered 4 shishas and tried a variation of flavours, the shisha were just how we like them, smooth!! We also ordered a few mocktails and milkshakes, so tasty again. The staff were super friendly and explained everything to my friends who arent really familiar with shisha and shisha flavours. Will be going back asap! Thank you guys

I recently went to Aladdins with my friends and found it amazaing. They have an compherensive and varied menu of Shisha flavours. We had Rubicon Lychee on recommendation of their staff and it really made our night. Excellent customer sevice with great ambience. Food was also delicious. Although a little bit too loud but we enjoyed our night and will suerly visit it again sometime soon.

We were in ilford and googled shisha places. Aladdin came up and it had good reviews. The place is really nice with comfy sofas. BUT the shisha is disgusting, the pipe feels like cheap plastic and it cost £25! What a rip off. We ordered a mojito, there was too much syrup and was horribly sweet. The breakfast tea was bad and tasted salty! Who messes up a simple tea. So disappointing because this place has a potential to be a great shisha place. The waiters are really nice and friendly.
