The best restaurants serving Default food in Felindre Bridgend South Wales

Absolutely stunning meal. Steak incredibly tender and cooked to perfection. Starters were very tasty and the chef was such a lovely lady. She deserves so much praise. The restaurant is little and so cosy, parking is very easy. Over the railway bridge is a car park. Just google it. The price if our meal was fantastic too. Im an ex military chef and I could not find fault at all with this awesome little restaurant unlike some people. Its taken ages to get a table here and we will 100% be coming back. X

Just to make everyone aware, the little penybont opens at 3pm. We have no control over the google search times that are wrong!

Second time here visiting family in the lovely town of Pencoed. Had the small breakfast, which filled me & coffee. Well cooked and great service from very nice young staff. All for 7 pounds, worth a visit, would recommend.

My mum really enjoyed the chicken and pineapple. Not spicy, very tasty. I had the salt and chilli prawn which was absolutely lovely. Light batter, dry dish with onions... , not particularly spicy, right up my street. I also had the Singapore vermicelli... There was a nice mix of meat and prawn and the noodles were cooked to perfection. I like spice but this dish was overly spicy ..It's unnecessary to add so much chilli powder/spice. There needed to be bits of fresh chilli with peppers and onions. The noodles were coated in spice which wS unpleasant. The food arrived quickly, freshly cooked etc. I would order again but not the Singapore vermicelli- which is a shame because it's my favourite when done properly.

I can say it's the most delicious kebab I've ever eaten in my life😋😋

Friendly staff, issue with parking at the moment there’s hardly any space.

Food is consistently good. Service is always quick. The staff are kind. It's also very good value for money.

- Tense atmosphere. Staff appeared unhappy, tired and frustrated and it was only 5pm. Really felt for them, seemed like they were all stressed. Wasn’t the best atmosphere for a little boys birthday. - Chicken skewer came out with the wrong sauce (fair enough, it happens). The lady serving was polite and apologetic, took it back to change. We were sat right by the kitchen and heard one of the chefs say “just wipe it off!” which wasn’t nice to hear. I didn’t see what they did to the food but can only hope it wasn’t just ‘wiped’ with something. The chicken came back suspiciously quickly and it was cold in the middle so I’m not sure what happened here but I guess I’ll never know. - One of the children had an undercooked chicken breast which was very clearly pink through the middle, he’d eaten half of it before we noticed so we quietly mentioned at the end of the meal and explained we didn’t want any replacement and we weren’t complaining, we just wanted to let them know as feedback (again, it happens). Rather than just accept the heads up, the waiter (before even looking at the chicken) said defensively “It’s just a vein, with these chicken breasts that happens a lot.” It was clear to all 7 people at our table that it was not a vein and the whole width of the breast was pink. This sounded like a stock response he’d been told he had to say so we just left it. No apology or ‘thanks for letting us know.’ He even said “Do you want a takeaway box for the chicken”. We declined. - I’ve left a 5* review in the past (couple of years ago) for this particular harvester so it’s such a shame to see it has fallen so far.

Popped in for lunch and enjoyed beautifully cooked hake and chips with all the trimmings and a really tasty build your own pizza. Thanks to all the team and especially Sian for going the extra mile to make sure that our dining experience was perfect.

Fabulous food decided to eat in rather than take away. Small dining area but good for groups. Polite staff nothing too much trouble. Need to bring your own alcohol but plenty soft drinks so didnt mind. The best Markhani and butter chicken. We even took a butter chicken takeaway to have the next day. Highly recommend.

Disappointment with the experience. Went during work as colleagues had raved about it. Ordered a cream cheese and salmon bagel £5.20. Not worth the over priced cost in the slightest. There was hardly any cream cheese or salmon in it. Ordering was quick, wait time was extremely long considering it’s a bagel with cream cheese. Would not order from there again.

Nos son visitantes habituales de Robertsons y encontrar ellos amable y servicial a mi ciegos, discapacitados marido. Nada es demasiado, y la comida siempre es buena y a un precio razonable. Pruébalo gente! No te decepcionará. pasteles encantadores!

Cheese and potato pie with sausage, bacon, and beans was amazing! Delivered piping hot within 30 minutes from ordering. Proper comfort food. The black pudding in batter was out of this world.
