food just warm but understandable when really busy like driver said

It says my food was delivered but it wasn’t! The driver never showed up!

Wet quick and delivery driver was very professional and courteous on delivery

Meal was warm and the chicken burgers was spicy even though i didn’t order spicy chicken burgers but nice.

Ordered at 6.20 pm believing the delivery time to be 25-30 minutes. Order arrived stone cold at 8.10pm. Would not recommend. Complete waste of money.

Time kept changing for delivery

Missing items and driver was rude

was told order was on the way and couldn’t get to the door in time so saw the courier put my food outside for me which i appreciate as i normally have to give a code and did panic thinking they’d take it back. yet when i went to get it the food wasn’t there. i’m not sure how to do it but i’d like a refund as i didn’t receive my food so had to go out (which i was avoiding by getting a delivery) to get food for my unwell father.

The coke spilt into the McFlurry and leaked everywhere all over our flooring and carpet when delivered. The McFlurry was inedible due to this and our carpet is now stained.

Every order with McDonald’s is wrong, is it really that hard?

It has been two times in a row where items have been missing from my order. I want my complete order, not a refund. I had 2,items missing and all I’ve got a bot offering me a refund . I wanted my food. That’s why I’m ordering. Very bad service!

I swear, it is physically impossible for this branch to deliver an order without missing something. Usually it's the condiments, but on this order they've managed to forget the fries from a meal, and it's not the first time. At least they remembered a straw, for once.

Nice hot food, quick service, restaurant was very clean. Just what was needed after work at 3am on a Sunday 😃

Our delivery time kept getting pushed back which wasn’t very convenient. I understand it can get busy, but make the first estimate of time an accurate one as well. Once our food was delivered, we found 2 large fries to not be there. We definitely added it to our order. On top of that, the chips and rest of the food was quite cold. We were also missing 4 drinks.

How does any order I place for a McDonald's always turn up cold?! Why I order from this disappointment I don't know!

Visited today (a wet bank holiday) and the service was fantastic. We arrived at peak time with a hungry 4 year old and couldn't believe how quickly we were served! All the meals were fresh and correct.Well done.

Forgot the sauces that’s the norm

Went in for breakfast today, on my way to work. I ordered a mighty McMuffin meal. Got half way to work, only to realize half of the ingredients were missing from my main. So, I didn't get what I paid for.

No straw for the milkshake that is supposed to be a chocolate milkshake but turns out to turn up with no chocolate in it no flavour at all and no sauce for the mc nuggets at all even tho i choose 4 that is ment to come with them.

25 minute wait for food which was just about Luke warm on receipt 😡

3rd time in a row not included sauces that I paid for now. but this time as well I ordered large coke and got warm orange juice instead . weird cos it says oj on the receipt on bag but on app and email it says I ordered coke. this restaurant used to be so good getting order right used to include serviettes and straws and all ....

Ordered pancakes and sausage patty. Pretty simple eh!. Came without sausage patty. Doh

Clean and always less busy than the McDonalds down the road. Out of ice cream and always make at least one mistake with big orders.

Fries look like they haven't been sufficiently cooked/fried (never had white fries before). BBQ sauce with nuggets was missing.

the food was just thrown in the bag it seems. The burger was in sideways which meant it looked squashed and the salad box was open with the contents over everything. Add to that that the food was cold except the ice-cream which was melted! The drinks had no trace of ice in them. I've had constant issues with this branch of McDonald's and will not be using them again. Courier was lovely. The long wait was in store, not delivery.

everytime we order from this place it's always missing things my daughter has had 6 chicken nuggets with out sauces and a milk shake for tea after ordering food to your house you don't expect to be cooking your kids for after spending over £37 absolutely furious with some people's incompetence to check a bag before leaving the store I expect a full refund not just the money for the missing items

It was very quiet, only one car in front in the drive thru but we were given drinks and told to park up. Nearly 10 minutes later the food arrived at slow walking pace. Not very warm and poor quality with no apology for the wait.

I never had my food at all so why say delivered it i never know still has estimated delivery time too
