McDonald's in Bridgend

3rd time in a row not included sauces that I paid for now. but this time as well I ordered large coke and got warm orange juice instead . weird cos it says oj on the receipt on bag but on app and email it says I ordered coke. this restaurant used to be so good getting order right used to include serviettes and straws and all ....

Ordered pancakes and sausage patty. Pretty simple eh!. Came without sausage patty. Doh

for the second time my order was missing the three dips to go with the chicken selects?that's why I only gave 2 stars

Fries look like they haven't been sufficiently cooked/fried (never had white fries before). BBQ sauce with nuggets was missing.

You’ve delivered black tea when I asked for black coffee and we’re 20 mins late

the food was just thrown in the bag it seems. The burger was in sideways which meant it looked squashed and the salad box was open with the contents over everything. Add to that that the food was cold except the ice-cream which was melted! The drinks had no trace of ice in them. I've had constant issues with this branch of McDonald's and will not be using them again. Courier was lovely. The long wait was in store, not delivery.

everytime we order from this place it's always missing things my daughter has had 6 chicken nuggets with out sauces and a milk shake for tea after ordering food to your house you don't expect to be cooking your kids for after spending over £37 absolutely furious with some people's incompetence to check a bag before leaving the store I expect a full refund not just the money for the missing items

Always order from here, ice cream had melted a little but still enjoyable. They forgot the dips and straws but other than that, everything was great

It was very quiet, only one car in front in the drive thru but we were given drinks and told to park up. Nearly 10 minutes later the food arrived at slow walking pace. Not very warm and poor quality with no apology for the wait.

Drive thru very slow. So much for fast food took over 30 minutes waiting for food despite being in a hurry. Should have gone to a proper restaurant!

Driver was inappropriate, asking me weird personal questions, if just eat didn’t have a problem and the code appeared I wouldn’t have had this experience, I am also under the age of 18.

No issues with JustEat. But yet another food order where we are missing items from our order. We are missing one portion of fries as well as the quarter pounder with cheese from the family bundle.

The food was stone cold by the time it got to us with no drink with the happy meal and no box of sharing nuggets. Absolutely dreadful. And to top it all off, Just Eat offered us £2.92 credit for the cold food. It should be a full refund!

delivery was completely perfect but the order was missing the sauce i ordered for everything.

Every time you go through the drive through. Your asked to park up. No cars behind you. Not necessarily busy. Waits very depending on how busy it is. It could be out in 2 minutes. I have gone back in after 20 minutes and cancelled my order. Pencoed is run badly. And their system doesn’t work.

It's a McDonald's so what you see is what you get. Gets busy at lunchtime so choose your time carefully

I had a frustrating delivery experience this time. I clearly provided my address, and in the past, every order through Just Eat was delivered without issue. However, this time the delivery driver couldn't locate my address. Despite my efforts to guide him, he became increasingly frustrated and insisted he could only follow the directions on his phone, ignoring my input.

'Just eat' issue. Order was said to be delivered. But not received. Can a driver be that stupid? I rang mcdonalds who passed the buck to 'just eat'. Not good enough! One child going hungry and meal paid for. Dismal service sorry to say.

Typical McDs food and drink. Service is terrible. Twice now and they've got the orders wrong even after checking at pay window and collection window. Had to park up in the busy little car park and go back in to put it right.

Food arrived freezing cold and the driver turned up 20 minutes late. When food arrived a drink had spilled everywhere whilst being delivered leaving some of our food wet.

Didn’t get my fries, the rest was great

asked for 1 slice of cheese only on both double cheese burgers in capital laters on notes for the order and once again didnt read it and put 2 slice on both my son loves the double cheese burgers but with 2 slice of cheese is why to much and does like a lot of cheese so ask over and over and over again and do they ever read note no ovisely not

So much easier than ordering via McDonald’s app, cheaper and better drivers!

Ordering through the drive through was like pulling teeth ok fair enough it's a minimum paying job. Requested no salad recived salad drinks 3/4 full no bacon on burger, burgers and fries lukewarm fries were like cardboard this will be my last purchase at this location as this isn't the first time I've had issues.

a joke, staff are lazy. i needed to speak to a staff member since they messed up my order and i was ignored since they were all stood around chatting, BEYOND a joke. management needs to sort it out
