Al's Pizzeria in Bridgend

Always have great Service from here. Unfortunately tonight was different. Was told one price over the phone only for the delivery driver to tell us it was actually more expensive once they arrived. Waited over an Hour and half for the food to arrive. I understand it can be busy but the driver was rude when the food was delivered

Al's is a great business with amazing staff and owners! The menu is a good size and one of the owners, Jo, is always trying to build on the menu and businesses success. I highly recommend Al's over any other pizza place!

Disgusted in als tonight ringing for about an hour no answer so went down there they had no pizzas and only card payment and only had cash awfulll !!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a pizza and a chocolate pizza. The normal pizza was burnt fully so I couldn’t eat the crusts. And my chocolate pizza was cooked on one side but completely uncooked on the bottom, it was soft.

Ordered a pizza last night wish I had opened the box before he left I would have sent it back delivered to Abergwynfi stone cold and shrivelled up like a week old pizza thrown away shocking

Honestly best pizzas around. I've moved to Pencoed, and every time I come up to visit family, I have to get a pizza from Al's. The waiting times ARE pretty long, but honestly, the pizzas are so SO worth it. They're always so good. They use come kind of herb on them too that's really nice. Best pizza in Maesteg!

Appalling service & average pizzas. The last 3 occasions there has been an issue. This ranges from 2.5hour wait for delivery, staff smothering garlic salt over an inedible pizza and on the last occasion (as I refuse to use delivery) I arrange to collect.....as I get to the shop they are just putting the pizza in. Appalling is too good a word for this establishment

Terrible! They said we prank called them cause we called twice and it tasted like card board its was cold when it came and took hours to come

Lovely pizza. But don't use delivery service. Takes hours and arrives cold.
