Starbucks in Bridgend

Friendly staff, issue with parking at the moment there’s hardly any space.

Easily accessible off the M4. Good service and coffee. A place for burgers across the road. What more do you need. It is important that consistency is maintained to retain customers not only for individual outlets but to ensure you can visit other outlets and get the "same" drink. Pencoed has always given me the "same" drink. Quality. Good coffee experience still exists. It us difficult to differentiate between 'Bucks' outlets this one tries hard and succeeds on many levels. It is a mark of high regard when you get a welcome such as I get at Pencoed Starbucks. Staff may change but the baton is obviously passed from old to new.

Nice building, close to the M4, small and busy carpark. Lovely staff and great coffee....BUT they only accept card payment, which scores highly on my list of dislikes! I find it an annoyance that I'm being dictated to as to how I should pay. Also, there is no apparent notice explaining this!

Staff members are so lovely and helpful! Drinks are always on point, always visit here at the beginning of my long journey home whenever I visit Bridgend ☺️

Staff and shop are great but Starbucks has decided to go cashless, any company that refuses to take legal tender gets 1 star. Please don't try and dictate how I should spend my money.

This experience was not my usual experience at this store but it was Saturday lunch time chaos! The manager needs to manage the staff. I waited 20 minutes for a cold drink to be made and it was prepared after I had asked a member of staff what had happened to my order Tables needed clearing . The staff seem to prioritise serving the drive through.

All the staff on here are very friendly.

Quiet catch up with a friend, parking can sometimes get a bit busy

It's coffee, we can all pretend we like the taste but if you're honest, you need your caffeine fix. So get down here and neck your wake up juice of choice.

Lovely stop on a long trip with our dog, they were accommodating with specifications of our drink orders but the staff seemed overwhelmed so it took long to get our order.

I always have a good experience at any Starbucks to be fair..... although this was the first visit to this particular one. Nothing to fault really. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the latte's were as to be expected 😁

Came though the drive-thur and from the point of order to me collecting my items and driving off took under 30 seconds. Fair play to team that day. The quickest I've ever been though a drive-thru

Excellent service, especially from one particular member of staff, Cynan, always courteous and professional....

I went through the drive thru and place my order. Everyone was really helpful. However upon driving away I noticed that my drink was the incorrect one, but also contained milk. I have a dairy allergen. I drove back to the store explained that I hate complaining, but being served a dairy drink would affect me severely. The male called Ieuan was ever so attentive to my concern he couldn’t of handled the situation better. Then Emma the girl who finished my drink re made it as quick as she could, again was so apologetic towards me. The staff were absolutely amazing dealing with my concern. Thank you so much guys will definitely be returning, everyone makes mistakes and you handled it perfectly! :)

I was about to make a start on a long drive, I pulled into the parking area and walked in. I was disappointed with the lack of vegan food. I could only see the burger, which was yummy last time I had it. I ordered a "biggest" oat latte with the roasted macadamia syrup. The store was really nice and clean. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Paid and moved to the collection area. In no time at all my latte was ready and I was back on my journey. Oh my god, it was delicious 😋

Quick bite and coffee to go before a meeting. Had vegan options. Great service.

Called with my son for a quick coffee, only had some cash on me refused to take any cash at all. Left without anything won't use Starbucks if they are going down this route of no cash at all. Went to Costa 👍

Paid £24 for a few items, no oat milk, gone off cookie which we didn’t eat, paid extra to sit in and got given our battered food in a bag! Toilets are absolutely vile and staff have an attitude problem. Absolute joke of a place

Just a normal Starbucks but the staff didn’t ask us whether we wanted black or white americanos and by default gave us black. We didn’t realise until in the car and had to get milk from another Starbucks service station!

Good products but a little over priced

We just used the drive through at around 7.10. We just wanted to say the lad who took our order was lovely. Super chirpy for that time of day, friendly and efficient. 5 drinks delivered promptly and all delicious. Definitely recommend this Starbucks.

NO AIR CONDITIONING !!! On a very hot day😱 Had one of their "new" cold coffee drinks. Can't remember the name but some kind of salted caramel drink? It was awful !!!!

Called in for a coffee and a muffin, we both had the muffin and is not a patch on Costa's, they's are way better

Convenient Starbucks just of J35 of the M4.

Very nice decorated, is over of the new ones with a brighter colour palette decor, but still the same harbor for food and drinks, veggie options are now more welcomed

Used the drive thru here recently and it was great. Very efficient, didn't have to wait for long and we really enjoyed our coffees and beyond meat sandwiches. Would definitely recommend.

Pretty much as you would expect from large coffee chain. Quick efficient service with polite staff. Full access throughout and plenty of parking. Rather untidy with uncleared tables and the toilets need a bit of attention!

I pop in once a week for a treat, and every time I get excellent service with a friendly smile. Always the best cold drinks here have tried others in the area but these guys are 5 ⭐

A very poor experience. Sunday morning staff couldn't have been any less welcoming. Croissant was dry and tasted like it had been next to the cookies and cakes all night. No meat breakfast choices. Won't return.

Peyton served me and a friend and what an amazing service she provided! Peyton recommended us a drink and said If we didn’t like it to bring it back! Later on came to our table and checked that it was okay. What a lovely lady and amazing customer service! Would recommend coming here to everyone.

Messed up my order. I ordered two caramel macchiato’s and I had one caramel macchiato and a plain macchiato. The staff were too busy rushing around and talking to friends and other colleagues rather than concentrating on the customers order. Not happy

As a past employee I always pop in or around the drive thru for my Iced Soy Vanilla Latte fantasy! Its the only Starbucks I go to. The staff are always polite and friendly and the store is always immaculate! My drink is always made perfectly and to the standard I would expect from the team!

I was served by a boy named Jake today and he was extremely careless and had a disgusting attitude and a poor level of customer service. I am appalled to say the least but my cappuccino was adequate.

Went into Starbucks before I went to work to have a quick coffee and a ham and cheese toastie today and I got served by Peyton, had a very good experience and she made sure that I was happy with my drink and food. Would definitely return, the most polite friendly starbucks I have been to!

I got served today by Jake with a warm, happy smile that made me feel like family. He recommended an iced chai tea latte with white chocolate, and it was fantastic. Excellent place to sit down and unwind and drink a delicious coffee made by friendly and cheerful team members 10/10 would recommend it.

A personal thank you to the polite and happy staff at Pencoed Starbucks! Me and the bestie are regular drive through customers. We call here for our coffee and fruit toast before a walk with the dog. We are greeted with staff who are happy to be in work and enjoy their job, its a breathe of fresh air. If I'm being completely honest, its not even the coffee that does it for me, its the staff (James & others) and the fruit toast lol. Good job guys (staff) Mel, Nic and Cobi.
