My hubby was in Resorts World and saw this shop. Knowing I love Macaroon's he bought me a box and boy were they amazing. Absolutely delicious, probably some of the best I have had and I love the ethos of the business. Commendable. Will be buying some online for sure.

Took my grandchildren today to the santas grotto & we saw the real deal farther Christmas 🎅 & he was amazing with the boys & took time to talk with them. staff & the elf’s were magical 🧙 too. It’s so worth a visit.

Unfortunately we have had to downgrade our review to 2 stars based on our last visit, which made us feel like we were in a very expensive karaoke restaurant/bar - and certainly not one we wanted to be in! We spent £350 on an intimate birthday meal for my partner but could not hear a word each other said due to a party of 14 other guests singing and dancing on a nearby table, which completely spoilt our evening, eventually we asked to move outside into the greenhouse so we could finish our final drinks and eat our dessert in peace. When we addressed this with Harry, the manager, he simply said he could not control the behaviour of other guests, and after we said we were extremely disappointed and would not be returning we were offered a complimentary drink, however this is in no way compensated for such a disappointing experience at Smoke, and unfortunately due to this experience we won't be returning and cannot recommend. Top notch cafe. Also does takeaway baco butties etc. Very reasonable prices and lovel staff.

Saturday 12th October 2024, My husband and I went out with friends Liz and Jason to ‘Miller & Carter’ at Resorts World at the NEC. Our dinner was booked for 7.00 pm, we arrived and was shown to a nice table for four with comfortable chairs in there very busy and noisy restaurant. We had to talk loud to each other as the noise level was very high. The table was nicely laid out but they were very close to other diners, which made it feel very cramped. A waiter brought us the menu to look at, there was a nice selection of meals to chose from and a good wine and drinks list. I had raging toothache and taken a lot of pain killers, so I had to be mindful of what I was going to eat and drink. Mark, Liz and I did not bother with starters but Jason had a starter of char-grilled king prawns, which he said were nice but messy. The wait between Jason's starter and the main meals was long - one and a half hours, which is not good. For our main courses My husband and Liz had the rump of lamb served pink with Dauphinoise potatoes, broccoli, peas & broad bean puree and a rich red wine jus, the lamb they said just melted in the mouth. I had the ‘Sea Bass’ fillet with Dauphinoise potatoes, char-grilled Mediterranean vegetables, pea puree and tomato tapenade, which was very nice. Jason had the 16oz Ribeye Steak, which he said was delicious served with peppercorn sauce, a wedge of lettuce with a stilton & blue cheese sauce and baby new potatoes. We washed all this lovely food down with 2 pints of ‘Atlantic’ Bitter for Mark, Jason had 2 pints of ‘Peroni’, Liz had an ‘Old Moot’ berries cider and I had two ‘Strawberry Fair’ none alcoholic cocktails. We all had desserts, Mark and Jason had the New York Style Cheesecake. Liz had the Lemon Tart with raspberry sorbet and whipped cream. I had the ‘Tiramisu’, which was lovely and light and the perfect finish to our meal. If the tables were better spaced and the noise levels not so loud and the wait for food to long, I would have rated it excellent, but in this case only very good.

Had a lovely night on the 18th October 2024 table of 8 food was great not too greasy and very tasty 😋...staff (MO) was fantastic 👍our first time even though we are local. The only small issue can be parking however we had no problem that night. See you soon

Service was amazing, and drinks were yummy, highly recommend the weird and wonderful world of resort world, feels like the Las Vegas of the midlands.

Good food & service, came fast as well. Been here before so both times food was good. Prices are okay, could be a bit cheaper but it is next to a convention centre.

Service was great all sta was friendly. Charlie ans melissa was brilliant on the floor and gurpreet and jak delicered great food and kacper and dorina in the kitchen quick beautifu food
