**Hotel Review - 4-Star Stay** We recently stayed at this 4-star hotel, and overall, it was an enjoyable experience. Our check-in was seamless, with Emilia greeting us warmly. She was very professional, welcoming, and helpful, setting a positive tone for our stay. We decided to park in the underground car park, which is a bit pricier than the Resorts World car park, but the convenience of being directly underneath the hotel made it worthwhile. If you're not keen on walking across the shopping center, this is definitely the option for you. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat after a day out. One thing to note is that the hotel is quite large, so depending on your room’s location, you might have to walk a bit to get to certain areas. The bathroom was clean and stocked with ESPA-branded amenities, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, and body lotion. There was no bath, but the shower was nice, and they also provided a shower cap and sanitary bags for added convenience. Upon check-in, we received two bottles of water (one still and one sparkling), a Nespresso machine with four pods (including a decaf option), Twinings tea (green tea and English breakfast), and a couple of packets of cookies, which was a lovely touch for those with a sweet tooth. As a guest who booked directly through the hotel website, we were given a VIP card, which offered 15% off at the Sky Bar (food and drinks) and 10% off spa services. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to experience the spa, but the discounts were a nice perk. Room service offered a comprehensive menu with reasonably priced options, but the in-room breakfast selection was limited to baps and other continental items. If you’re hoping for a full breakfast, you’ll need to visit the hotel’s restaurant (£15 for a full breakfast). The hotel's location is ideal for attending events at BP Pulse Live, which is just a short walk away. Beyond that, the surrounding area doesn't offer much—there's a cinema, Hollywood Bowl, Escape Hunt, some outlet shops, and a few eateries. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and if we were returning for another concert or event at BP Pulse, we’d definitely recommend this hotel for its great location and comfortable amenities.

I stayed overnight for my birthday and really enjoyed my stay. The rooms are set out lovely and staff are very helpful in particular Anmol who kindly helped me carry my bags to my taxi. Breakfast was lovely and spa facilities were wonderful. Thank you!

Stayed for 2 nights on 8th February. Parking absolute nightmare!! Had no access to go anywhere near the hotel to offload our stuff from the car as we had travelled from London , security wouldn't let us through even though we were paying nearly £200 pound a night to stay there ! Had to park miles away as all the car parks were closed and had to freeze in the rain and walk into the hotel! Over charged for parking even though I was told I would be given a refund! And even though I validated my tickets at the hotel reception! Still waiting on my money. Was charged £380 in total for my stay including £100 for pre authorisation which the hotel are deciding to keep! Have not given me a penny back for 2 weeks, i waited patiently was told system isn't working and manual payment will be pushed through, still nothing! Now they are telling me I need to contact my bank to release funds which is not true! This is THEFT and I would like my money back ASAP. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS! You can stay at better hotel then this for half the price. It wasn't about the money for me as I love luxury but this hotel is an absolute shambles! AVOID!!! I will NEVER stay here again, biggest mistake ever.

2nd time we have stayed here before flying from Birmingham Airport. Easy access to airport parking, so fantastic for early flights. Decent, comfy rooms and the hotel has a brilliant sky bar and a wealth of facilities near by, including Decent restaurants. Secure underground parking with electric charge points.

Hired the genting suite, overall an enjoyable stay and good value for money. Rooms looking slightly tired after and could do with a little refresh but not overly bad. Air-conditioning in the room was great but overly hot in corridors and in the Sky Bar. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The location of the hotel is very good. The rooms are cossy and comfortable. The services are excellent. It is a resort for quality relaxation and recreation.

Stayed recently as attending a nearby conference. Rooms are lovely and spacious and tidy. Hotel smells amazing throughout. Hotel breakfast great selection and staff very friendly. Only downside is the one lift working which takes ages to come to each floor - not helped by stuffiness of corridors by the lift! Didn't use the spa so can't comment on that

We stayed in a suite for one night as we were attending the Tenacious D concert. When you book a suite, you are given your own parking space directly underneath the hotel. Which is a treat all by itself. We arrived at the hotel, and we got checked in quite quickly. The staff were super friendly and professional. The suite was amazing. The super king-size bed was really comfortable. It's one of the best hotel beds I have slept in. The staff went the extra mile, and the room was presented with towell art, and our complimentary robes and slippers were lid out for us. The lakeside view is amazing. The mini bar is complimentary, and we loved the coffee machine that came with the room, too. After the gig, we went to the Sky Bar. We received a 15 percent discount as we were staying at the hotel. The drinks were nice at the Sky Bar, but because there was only a few members of staff on, and everyone was returning from the gig and ordering cocktails, it took half an hour to get served. So we want to our suite instead and ordered room service. 30 minutes later, we were eating burger and chips in our suite. It was amazing. The room also comes with an hour and a half in the spa attached to the hotel. So we made good use of this in the morning. There is a pool, a sauna, and a steam room. We especially liked the hot tub overlooking the lake. We never went to the casino, nor did we try the breakfast. So we are unable to comment. Resort World, where the gig was taking place, is literally a short 5 minute walk from the hotel entrance. There are plenty of bars and restaurants around the hotel in the mall. I personally recommend Vietnamese Street Kitchen. They do a bottomless brunch with cocktails and drinks, which can save you a fortune in bar bills. We will definitely be staying here again.

Fantastic hotel, location, breakfast, staff, parking. You're greeted by lovely scented air as you walk into the reception and the same in the room it's quite wonderful. The bed was very comfortable the room clean and a fantastic shower. The breakfast was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed, we did spend some time in the sky bar which is a smart bar but service can be a bit slow due to number of staff and a very busy bar, cocktails £10 each, drinks the usual prices. The hotel location is great as its directly located amoung the shops bars and restaurants. Definitely recommend.

Lovely hotel room the hotel is nice. But the big issue is when you are hungry at night there is no food places to eat as it shuts around 11 12 midnight. Wich is bad if u are hungry at night. Too many expensive places in the area not enough budget friendly places to eat. Subway to far out to walk down. No shops to get Normal drinks. The location is not the best as you are basically im the middle if nowhere. But the room was beautiful and beds where comfy the 3 star is for the bedroom. The hotel room is very far to walk down as the corridoors are very long. Nice hotel but because of the location and lack of food and facilities I will not be staying again.

Stayed here the night of a concert in the Resorts World Arena. Wonderful location for that, only a few minutes walk from the venue. The beds were wonderfully soft and the room was large and spacious. It was very clean and equipped with a large mirror, all the amenities you could wish for and even complimentary Nespresso coffee. The shower is absolutely wonderful (a rain shower!) and staff was friendly and professional. A bit pricey maybe but you definitely get what you pay for.
