Loved this place, not sure why it closed?Thw ambience and food was lovely every time I visited. It’s a shame this place closed down.

I think if the prices were that of a normal curry house, I'd have given more stars but the prices really do not reflect the quality of the food. The popadoms looked shop bought and no onions were included, over £40 for a sharing platter that really only served 2, £25 for a biryani that didn't come with the curry sauce. Just very, very mediocre. It was a Saturday night, and the restaurant was packed, and it had a nice atmosphere. Service was good. I just think they are getting off by the fact that Tom Cruise has visited. We're from Birmingham and love our currys, but the food is no better than what you get in an average curry house for a third of the price. Disappointing.

You never expect such high-quality food in a supermarket food court, do you? Well, Asha's will definitely exceed your expectations! The food was excellent and well-priced - we enjoyed the lunch deal so much!

My family and I had a wonderful time at this restaurant and all the food was absolutely delicious. I had the chicken tikka masala and a butter naan which I would definitely have again with no hesitation.

Cant beat this restaurant for quality, flavour and service. The lunch set menu is amazing value for money. We have visited multiple times and always the same high standard!

High quality, tasty food in Solihull at a good price! We had a set menu, one veggie starter and one meat, a curry each and drinks, all great, I’d recommend the chicken tikka masala as a main. We were stuffed and spent £50 including tip and drinks. Will definitely go back soon to do the same.

We came here for a birthday celebration. I had been two years previously and it was poor. For this very reason I refused to go last year but gave in this year and went along, big mistake. I can honestly say that this was not only the worst Indian meal( although we all know this is not Indian food) I’ve ever had but the worst restaurant meal I’ve ever had. The onion Barghi that myself and my friend had was visibly burnt. How any chef could let burnt food leave a kitchen is difficult to comprehend. How any server could bring burnt food to the table is equally more baffling. Standards however are very low here! The OB’s were the worst I’ve ever tasted, virtually inedible and made me feel unwell. The main course with so bad I had to leave half of it but my cat loved it. I’ve been eating in curry houses for around 50 years and I have never experienced anything like this before and the final insult is it cost £135 for three people. On the way home my pal also said his starter and meal was awful. There are plenty of good Indian restaurants in the Birmingham area but this isn’t one of them. Note that the management have no interest in the reviews that are left on TA and make no comment, what does that tell you?

What s splendid evening from start to finish. A lovely atmosphere with very attentive staff serving us. We had delicious main courses with a bottle of Prosecco. Delicious!!!

Wow - what an amazing experience. My taste buds are dancing with delight. This is my first visit and I feel I have found the perfect Indian restaurant, one which I will be returning too. Dominic the manager was very curious and charming, and is excellent at the customer service thing. We ordered Butter Chicken, Coriander Chicken, Chicken Tikka, pilau rice and naan bread . We are regular customers here. However we did arrive close to closing time but got served efficiently without any moaning from staff that the kitchen will be closing soon. Have to say we had the Best Chicken Jalfrezi for a long time. The chef got it spot on- asked for it Madras hot. Can’t wait to be back again. This was my first visit to Asha’s in Solihull and I went with 3 friends on a Thursday evening. The food was extremely tasty and we were served by a really lovely waiter called Harrison who was polite and very helpful. We will definitely be back to try some other menu options.

We had lovely starters in the lunch deal, mains were average, the lamb tasted like mutton. Sauce was too sweet in the prawn curry. In addition they didn't offer us our drink included in the price! Overall the staff were very good, allowing our large party to mingle. Thank you

Really enjoyed a meal here on Saturday night. The staff were very helpful and attentive, especially considering a peanut allergy at our table. The food was just delicious, some of the best Indian food I've ever eaten, and I've eaten a lot! Large portions and a good selection. My only complaint [if I had to] would be that the popadoms were a little scant. However, this is being picky. I'd highly recommend this place and certainly eat there again if we're in that area.
