A great little spot by the cinema. The summer rolls were fresh and generous, with a rich dipping sauce. The ribs were the best I’d ever had. For Mains, the phở my partner had a deeply aromatic broth and tender beef - comforting and full of depth. I tried the Bun Cha Hà Nội, which was bursting with flavour, but not for anyone who doesn’t like fatty meat options. The menu had plenty of vegan options too, and service was quick and friendly. A great spot for a quick bite or casual dinner - full of flavour and good value. Our waiter Maz was an absolute delight too, props to him for great service and vibes.

One of the best Vietnamese meals I have ever been for! Fragrant dishes and extremely large portions! Also very good price for how luxury the restaurant is! 10/10 x

The food was great, however the service was incredibly poor. Most of the staff seemed unhappy, we were seated at what we assumed must be our table after the waitress plonked the menus down and walked off without a smile or any eye contact. It took ages for our order to be taken, we had to ask for our drinks as our food had arrived before hand (only a coke and tap water), our plates were never cleared and had to ask 3 times for our bill (the plates were all still there after paying). Very off putting!

Mez was absolutely amazing! His service was phenomenal. He also gave us a history lesson on the background of the restaurant. He made us feel welcome from the minute we walked in and was so patient with us. Definitely recommend and will 100% be returning

This is what you call a true "Dining experience" ✨️👌🏿 My pictures represent only a small portion of the food we had as a group and there was not ONE complaint amongst us. The service by Mez was also exemplary and needs rewarding 💯%. He was efficient and also gave us an insight into the background of the restaurants beginnings which was a nice set up to us ordering. We usually frequent the City Centre branch so wanted to try the location at Resorts World, which can somwtimes be a worry as sometimes you dont get the same quality across the board, but the Resorts World team did themselves proud.

Food was Amazing , the venue and service was remarkable from mez the server , Top quality serice, great customer service and team work . Overall experience 10/10

Great Atmosphere, Setting, and Staff! The atmosphere, setting, and staff are absolutely fantastic. The restaurant is beautifully lit, with a mix of warm, inviting tones and cozy, dimly lit pockets that enhance the mood. Despite being busy, the environment only adds to the vibrant ambience rather than making it feel overcrowded. I thought the food was ok. I ordered the COM GA NUONG (Grilled Half Baby Chicken) for £16.50, expecting a standout dish. Unfortunately, it was underwhelming and overpriced—just half a chicken with rice, a small vegetable soup, and pickles. Nothing about it justified the price. It should be more on the £11.50 price mark. A great place to dine. I'll try something different next time.

Loved the food that we went back and took the rest of the crew with us. First time we went was such a lovely experience and the food was really good. Mezza explained what the history is of the food. We received really good service. What we also liked was that if you have certain allergies they have a chart that you can look up the dish and you can see what it contains. It is very helpful if you are unsure, because my friend has food allergies. Also when ordering they put extra information for the kitchen what not to use. Thank you for the lovely food and service.

I ordered on UBEREATS for the first time as I had heard it was really good. I can't remember the names but between us we had a beef curry, vegetable spring rolls, chips and sweet and spicy chicken wings. It was incredible. Really exceeded my expectations. My only criticism is that the curry could have had a little spice but the flavour was great. I will 100% be going there in person.

Amazing time here! Oran, our bartender, was so knowledgable and made some great cocktails for us all. The food was delicious and Rae and Ellie were great too.

I placed an order with uber eats, one of the dishes wasn’t packaged properly and the broth spilled everywhere, ruining the paper bag and spilling over to my appetisers. The kids meal came with an empty top over its broth. I had to carry the containers myself in hand to see if any of it was salvageable. Might be okay for dine in but would not recommend ordering as a takeaway.

Collecting food can be slow no one around to serve employee at bar will just stand there until a waitress comes to the front.

It has been our first time coming to this restaurant and we can honestly say that the service is great. Rae the lovely waitress that attended us is very professional, sweet and able to recommend and pay attention on the clients. The food is really good and I personally loved the vegan choices for me and my fiancé loved his meat dishes. Thank you for everything

I have never asked to take a service charge of the bill before today. I found the service awful, we waited 10 minutes for a glass of water while we ordered. The girl then brought out bottled water when we asked for tap, then a further 10 minutes for them to replace it. By the time we got our drink the food was out so we didn’t bother purchasing a proper drink after that. The girl never apologised for the wait and forgetting twice, she was overall unfriendly and unhelpful. We had to ask for the bill twice before it was brought out. The food was good but the service made us feel really uncomfortable. We wanted to leave asap, almost walked out. Would be understanding if the place was busy but it was not.

Food was fantastic. I had a Pho and my partner had a mixture of starters (she's a gannet). Food was fresh warm and well cooked. Arrived at restaurant, seated almost immediately. Ordered drinks and food and within 10 minutes got served. Atmosphere very nice vibe compared to similar restaurants in the area. Staff were polite. Would recommend and would return.

Service was brilliant from the moment we stepped into the restaurant. The menu was explained to us in great detail as first timers to the establishment. We decided to order a variety of small plates to try as much of the menu as we could and the food did not disappoint! Definitely recommend!

Dry food be carefully they charge you for EVERYTHING!!!! 10% Service charge an £18 Meal with £7 yes £7 pint servers say will replace rice for noodles ( but still charge) be carefully when paying bill as overcharging obviously rife. Keep Away better food outlets on lower floors. Rip off !!!!!!!!!!!!!

After having VSK in Birmingham Town Centre (pretty disappointing the last time I had it), I wasn’t looking forward to this however, I was PLEASANTLY surprised. The food was absolutely amazing, everything literally slapped. Our waitress (apologies can’t remember her name), but hey Queen, your recommendations were *chef’s kiss*. Overall, vibes were nice, drinks were fab and food was delish! Would defo coming here with your foodie friends so you can do the sharing platters. Also menu? Very easy to read especially with the guidance on how much of the starter would equate to a main. Loved that!

Delicious Vietnamese dishes! Full of flavour and lots of options to choose from, so you'll definitely find something for you! I ordered the 'Homemade Curry' with 'Crispy Chicken' as my meat option. Great taste. It has two chillies next to the name, it's full of flavour but definitely not spicy hot. My friend ordered a bowl of 'Pho' with the 'Beef option. That was delicious too, and also full of flavour (not spicy). We also got the "Chicken Wings" in the "Hot Sweetie" flavour. These have some heat to them but are sweeter. Same type of Sweetness you get from BBQ sticky wings but with a tiny bit of heat. Overall, great food. recommend it if you're looking for Asian cuisine! They do have dine in space and it's lovely. They do have Gluten Free, Vegan and Halal options!

I stayed in Hilton which was next door so I went to this restaurant 2 days in a row. The atmosphere is suitable for dating or solo eating as it's a bit dark (much darker in real life than in the photo). I had Hu Tieu Mi, Bun Bo Hue and Summer roll. They advertised this is family business, owner is Vietnamese and food is authentic BUT I will rate the authenticity is about 6.5 out of 10 (I'm Vietnamese born and bred, living in the UK for a while and have tried lots of Vietnamese restaurants across the country - if that means something). The crepe cake is below average and quite ruin my taste at the end of the meal. A very annoying bit is about their staffs. The only girl made me feel welcoming is the girl behind the bar. The rest of them gave me the "couldn't careless" energy. They forgot my drink order. When they brought it they dashed it in the table rudely. They said Hi as if they didn't mean it. They came to check how the food was with a long face. They came for the bill with the attitude as if I begged for free food. They didn't say thanks and goodbye when I left. And they charged 10% customer service (which is optional). I still paid this 10% - fairly because of that single lady behind the bar who seems care enough to her customers. I believe a proper restaurant service is not only about the food, it's about the customer service as well. They're equally important. Their attitude and energy made my experience MUCH LESS enjoyable. Been here twice (mainly because it's the only Vietnamese restaurant that is next to my hotel) so will say it's enough. I definitely wont come back again considering the food is just a bit more than average but the service is wayyyyy below average. Ps: the Vietnamese songs playlist is a nice touch.

Came here as part of my fox party. The music (although catchy) was very loud that it was hard to hear my companions at the table. I had two starters and an extra as my main. I mostly enjoyed them but not all them were exactly as described on the menu, so as someone with texture issues I had to pick through the bits I couldn't eat.

With not having eaten Vietnamese food before, I have to say that this meal was terrific. The person helping and advising me was Tahminah, who was great. She talked me through all the different dishes, so I understood what food would be arriving at my table. I started with the crispy chicken Bao Bun, followed by the special Pho dish and it was fab. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

Was very impressed from start to finish when visiting this restaurant for the first time. We were served by Maya who was very friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious and would definitely recommend.

The plates that were on table that we were shown to was dirty/unclean. On my plate specifically you could hold it against the light and see there were globs in oil all over it and there was a strand of noodle from what I assume is the last customer (frankly disgusting). I showed the plate to the server and they were very happy to take it away from me; and never gave me another so I had to scrounge a clean one from another table. Food took a long time to arrive (some 20 minutes or more); we had only ordered 1 starter and 3 noodles; and the chicken wings were ghastly. They were dried husks that tasted like they had been blasted in the microwave and quickly rolled over in the sauce of choice. DO NOT RUIN YOUR EVENING AT THIS PLACE.

This is more of a 4.5 than a 4, as I have been to this brand else where, and the food was ok and the service about the same. But here, the ladies are friendly and the food was so much better! I even ordered a couple of dishes the same as I have elsewhere and they where just better! Must be the cook! Good portions for what you pay for. You can't go wrong here.

My visit to the Vietnamese Street Kitchen was underwhelming. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, we experienced a significant delay before being seated, which set a disappointing tone for our meal. The service was quick once we ordered, but the lack of warmth from the staff was palpable throughout our stay. The food, while served promptly, did not justify the high prices. To add to our discontent, the staff’s demeanor was quite rude and dismissive, especially noticeable when we were settling the bill. Although the atmosphere was passable, it was overshadowed by the poor service and overpriced menu.

Glad to have found this place at this quiet area. Very good menu with wide selection of choices. Pretty delicious at reasonable prices. Place is not easily crowded. The only small qualm is the inconsistent service attitude between the staffs.

It's a bit of a mixed bag in terms of my review. 2 for the atmosphere and 0 for the welcome from the girl at the bar. 4 for the food, which was excellent, just a big shame about the price. 3 for the waitress who was nice. 0 for the dirty glasses.
