Burger King in Solihull

BRING BACK THE BEAN BURGER why do you persist in feeding us plant burgers I'm not a COW everytime I come in your shop with a friend I always hope it's back. Don't mess with a good thing it took me a while to get to terms from a single patte to two small patte, now nothing WHY?

Burger King at Birmingham Airport. The burgers and fries are okay. But the offerings are a far cry from the burgers and fries presented in the pictures. The taste is standard Burger King fare, which is average for an airport. The prices are also on par with airport fares. So, go there.

On a flight from Birmingham to Glasgow late last night. Tried to order on machine and went through my order. Came to paying, showed my card but no ticket came out. Went to desk and told girl my problem. Looked at me like I was stupid. I asked her if she would come over and look at machine with me but did not move from behind the counter. Told me she did not have an order for me. Went to another machine and was successful. Received my food and was fine. Told same girl to have a look at machine, just smiled and said nothing. Was not rude and just asked for a little bit of help. Really bad customer service. Looked at my bank statement this morning and have been charged twice. Use BK, anytime I fly through Birmingham. Will think twice next time.👎

SEVERE FOOD POISONING I currently have an extreme case of food poisoning from this Burger King, staff are rude, useless and cannot even be bothered to smile. Asked for sauce and it was like a told them someone had died! Needs to be ran by adults not kids that constantly avoid the tills. Will be messaging head office for a full refund as I am now bed bound missing work due to this food poisoning

Order extra large frys with chesse got chips in a chicken burger box the size of chips is for kids paid extra for chesse hardly no chesse the burger was 100 percent microwaved

My partner and I ordered our food, but upon its arrival, we found it to be unsatisfactory. When I approached the staff on duty to seek a resolution, the lady who served me at the counter responded, "This is how it is, there is nothing we can do." This response was both dismissive and unhelpful. We were hoping for a pleasant dining experience, but unfortunately, this incident left us quite disappointed. We requested a full refund on the day, but the staff refused.

The food was alright, but the staff there was keep making noise with the chair while cleaning the restaurant. This makes me feel not welcomed to stay there. She could do her job in another way, a quiet way. Not recommended

Can't fault the Burger King here. It was literally the best food I had during my entire visit to Turkey. Staff were friendly, quick server, OK price for an airport and better portions that back in the UK.

Had an early flight so I ordered a breakfast meal with a medium coffee, to go. Right off the bat, the person taking the order had a very unwelcoming attitude and kept looking me up and down, even after I had paid and gone off to the side. Whoever poured the coffee decided to cap mine with the lid of a cold drink, instead of the usual plastic hot cup lid. People before me who had coffee had a standard lid, people after me also had a standard lid. Why was I given the incorrect one? Not only did it not fit, the coffee was so hot that it started to warp the thin plastic lid. I tried to keep it on as best as I could since we had started boarding but how thoughtless and dangerous is that... what would their excuse have been if it was someone who wasn't as careful and just grabbed the cup to go? Hot coffee all over the place and their hand? Ridiculous.

Had the Chicken Royale with some mates and we all felt sick after it so wouldn’t recommend but could just be the production on the day.

Burger King. Birmingham Airport, departure lounge. I do enjoy a Burger King and even though I was spoiled for choice with all of the other outlets, I still chose a Burger King Whopper, I ended up regretting that choice. Why, when a customer conveys his gratitude for the food he has ordered and waited for... is it necessary to be handed it without as much as a glance from the short, ignorant waitress? I'm not at all racist but sometimes, I fear, no matter how manners one might be, it is often met with ignorance from someone from another "culture". I am accepting of these other "cultures" but am perturbed by a severe lack of manners or decency in acknowledgment. I am reconsidering my choices now whenever I consider a Burger King in the future. Order made at 18.30 on 9th Sept '24 Adjacent Wetherspoons. Where the wife enjoyed Wetherspoons Spicey wings. Maybe I should have too.

Good service, the people at the counter are really sweet. But this outlet didn’t have much vegetarian/vegan options, and the burger was too bland.

Kayleigh was an exceptional customer service representative. Polite. Friendly. Not at all pestering when asking me to do a review. She was a goddess among women and I can confirm I am writing this of my own free will. Also, food was edible, which was a plus. Thank you, Burger King for an exceptional experience in burger eating.

Had a lovely time at Burger King at the airport. Kayleigh was ever so lovely and patient with me and my Autistic Daughter, at a busy airport my daughter can get very overwhelmed but all the staff where very accommodating to our needs.

Kaylee and her colleagues were friendly, polite and efficient. One thing though: all the favourites advertised above the counter were double whopper or equivalent sized burgers. Maybe consider advertising a few single whoppers as well. I did enjoy my Single whopper meal.

Food and service fine. Prices stupidly high which is the same as all airport restaurants.

The machine got stuck, the receipt didn't come out, the money was taken away, and I didn't get anything.
