The best restaurants serving American food in Bickenhill Solihull West Midlands

We arrived at the door, it didn’t open. Staff inside saw us but didn’t acknowledge us. We realised there was another door around the corner and entered through there. We stood for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged us and they said someone will be with you shortly. Over the next 15 minutes, four further staff members said someone will be with you shortly. We were then advised to wait in the bar area, tables were filthy, sticky, horrible. Eventually we were shown to our table where it came to light we hadn’t been given the Sunday menu, Eventually we were handed the correct menu and ordered. Our waiter was excellent, kept us informed that our food was delayed and did give us a free drink. Food arrived, definitely worth waiting for, it was delicious and the view from our table was lovely but the whole experience was marred by the start of the evening.

Great food served fast - shout out to David for being a great server and a helpful guy - recommend the fudge cake, always goes down a treat
