Totally not worth the money, the staff were friendly and helpful but, we are a family of 4 so not cheap, food took nearly an hour, skinny fries are like bits of fries which were , overcooked and cold (they did replace them once we asked) one of our burgers was cremated, the juniors veggie burger was quite spicy (and tasted of then oil it was deep fried in) so could not finish. Like I say the staff weren't the issue, it's the value for money and quality of food served, unfortunately this fell well short as our first experience at GBK, next time i will simply go to Burger King, better quality food and definitely better value!

Ordered a well done burger which was still raw in the centre and the loaded fries were stone cold when they arrived. I was the only customer so can’t say it was because they were too busy. I didn’t have time to send it back and wait for them to fix it. Really disappointing experience. Update: while they offered a refund for my meal, and I provided the receipt number, none was forthcoming. Thanks, but don’t extend your platitudes of apology here and don’t back it up.

I was sceptical about spending £13 for a burger plus nearly £5 for fries, as I feel £18 for a burger and fries is pricey. However, it was very good and indeed more than 'just a burger' Dips are only £1 each and you get a full large ramekin, rather than the blob of sauce many places give you for £1. The cheese sauce is £3 but literally comes in a full bowl. Thus, although the prices may be higher end, they do seem to make an effort to provide value across a number of aspects. One star deducted because it was quite cold in the restaurant and so we had to move, although I think the decor is pretty cool. It took a little longer than I would like for the plates to be cleared. They also have far less offers available than their competitors, such as student discount. I have signed up to emails and so will see if anything comes through. We had a free milkshake with each burger, but as a vegan I had to give mine to my partner. Biggest criticism, is they have made some effort for vegans and the homemade bean burger was really tasty (not bland monotony as is the case with many bean burgers). Hot drinks are available in vegan form, but I still think they could be doing a lot more - no vegan desert at all and not even vegan ice cream or sorbet. They don't have vegan versions of milkshakes and some of the dips aren't vegan. Also, other items like coleslaw could be vegan but aren't. Many of these ideas would be so easy to implement and some of the other brands in this group are already doing it, so there's no excuse for GBK not to be.

This is the second time my wife and I have visited GBK. The first time, the food was good, and the service was excellent—especially thanks to Rochelle, who was incredibly kind and attentive. She made sure everything was comfortable for my wife, who uses a wheelchair. On our second visit, the experience was even better—the food was outstanding, and I was very satisfied. I will definitely come back whenever I’m craving a great burger.

First time .got seated at table 11.. ordered food at the bar returned to table 2 people at our sears Waiter had cocked up so moved them I had ordered and paid for a lager Waiter brings another to table .apologies for error tells me to keep it Realise I've paid £18 for my burger chips and drink, my mate has paid £9.95 for same meal less the alcohol drink ROCHELLE explained that friend had had a happy meal but cos I'd ordered the "blue cheese burger " mine was full price but she'd have done it as a happy burger price and added blue cheese as an extra so she kindly refunds me the £11 burger price as a gesture of great will and I end up paying only £7 for my meal Great knowledge great gesture and happy friendly Rochelle made my night Thanks thanks thanks 😊 Sally

No reservation on an event night. Rochelle was ace and found us a table quickly. Ordering via the app was quick.

Rochelle's service is second to none, attentive and funny, she made the whole evening great. Be careful having the double chicken burger, it's a big one. Hot honey sauce is a must.

We were sat down in a timely manner despite high traffic, Rochelle was absolutely brilliant, very calm despite the chaos which was reassuring, very friendly and talkative and when we were concerned about the cost she suggested the £9.95 burger meal. Food’s amazing, highly recommend.

Rochelle was our lovely server she was very polite, quick and accommodating. Simon was also a very good manager and was able to resolve our complaints very quickly and he was very professional. The food however, was terrible I ordered the taxi driver as a medium and it came medium rare it was completely pink in the middle, the smash burger was drowning in oil and the fries came cold however, the milkshakes were nice. Considering how much you spend here the food was not up to standard we could have went McDonald’s for that however, the floor staff were all so lovely and understanding it improved the experience.

Service was good, but I was bribed to make a review with free ice cream. Hard to tell whether that’s a good thing.

I had the bean burger and it was very delicious. The Oreo milkshake was also a treat! They were out of skinny fries but other than that it was a great meal.

We had such a wonderful meal at Gourmet Burger Kitchen. My partner and I both have special diets but this was no problem for Rochelle & Lex our lovely waitresses. The food was delicious and it was more like visiting friends than eating in a restaurant. Definitely the best place to eat in Resorts world next to the NEC Birmingham. We will definitely be back. Came in without a booking on a busy day and the staff polity asked if we would like to wait, as soon as a table was avaliable they sorted it for us very quickly. We went over to the bar to order and mia was very helpful with the menu and any questions we had and even made suggestions. The entire time the whole team served us with smiles right until the end and even informed us on wait on food. Drinks were delivered within minutes and the food came shortly after. Perfectly cooked food couldn't ask for anything better. We have been a few times and definitely will be coming back, thank you once again to mia

Very nice food had the taxidriver burger with fries, mac & cheese, and a coke came to £28.50 ish. In my opinion i thought it was a little bit on the expensive side if you are a family it could be an expensive meal out.

Well......... Roch Chelly was a greeeaaaattt hostess. Turns out she loves Scottish people with terrible moustaches. We were all thrown out twice each, but then the food was great. Thanks guys.

At first I was worried about trying a new place selling exotic foods. But Rochelly made me feel really comfortable, only throwing me out twice during my time here. I recommend the onion rings but I wish you got more of them, there seemed to be less of them after visiting the bathroom than I remember arriving.

We had the smashed burger and wasn't anything amazing and was alot smaller than expected. Not an amazing choice only food and expensive for what it is. Customer service was good although several were on breaks while we was there
