Really enjoyed my first ever visit to Gourmet Burger kitchen, as a coeliac I was concerned but our server (Rochelle) put me at ease with her very friendly manner and had the manager double check my order for me.

We were sat down in a timely manner despite high traffic, Rochelle was absolutely brilliant, very calm despite the chaos which was reassuring, very friendly and talkative and when we were concerned about the cost she suggested the £9.95 burger meal. Food’s amazing, highly recommend.

Food was amazing staff and management are incredibly nice people well ran restaurant with top tier staff perfect.

Service was good, but I was bribed to make a review with free ice cream. Hard to tell whether that’s a good thing.

Rochelle was our lovely server she was very polite, quick and accommodating. Simon was also a very good manager and was able to resolve our complaints very quickly and he was very professional. The food however, was terrible I ordered the taxi driver as a medium and it came medium rare it was completely pink in the middle, the smash burger was drowning in oil and the fries came cold however, the milkshakes were nice. Considering how much you spend here the food was not up to standard we could have went McDonald’s for that however, the floor staff were all so lovely and understanding it improved the experience.

We had such a wonderful meal at Gourmet Burger Kitchen. My partner and I both have special diets but this was no problem for Rochelle & Lex our lovely waitresses. The food was delicious and it was more like visiting friends than eating in a restaurant. Definitely the best place to eat in Resorts world next to the NEC Birmingham. We will definitely be back. Came in without a booking on a busy day and the staff polity asked if we would like to wait, as soon as a table was avaliable they sorted it for us very quickly. We went over to the bar to order and mia was very helpful with the menu and any questions we had and even made suggestions. The entire time the whole team served us with smiles right until the end and even informed us on wait on food. Drinks were delivered within minutes and the food came shortly after. Perfectly cooked food couldn't ask for anything better. We have been a few times and definitely will be coming back, thank you once again to mia

Very nice food had the taxidriver burger with fries, mac & cheese, and a coke came to £28.50 ish. In my opinion i thought it was a little bit on the expensive side if you are a family it could be an expensive meal out.

Rochelle is great! Food is great, ate here all weekend!

At first I was worried about trying a new place selling exotic foods. But Rochelly made me feel really comfortable, only throwing me out twice during my time here. I recommend the onion rings but I wish you got more of them, there seemed to be less of them after visiting the bathroom than I remember arriving.

The food was Devine , the catered good for celiac disease, the atmosphere and staff was lovely and the milkshakes were 10/10. Rochelle , Oliver , and the manager was very kind .

We had the smashed burger and wasn't anything amazing and was alot smaller than expected. Not an amazing choice only food and expensive for what it is. Customer service was good although several were on breaks while we was there

Had a lovely server named Rochelle, she was quick with questions and had a light hearted spirit creating a refreshing atmosphere. Food is decently priced for students and tastes AMAZINGGGGG. The burgers are never dry and you can tell they use high quality ingredients, never a miss from this restaurant. Will always be coming back!

I visited this restaurant on Saturday, October 5th, around 4:30 PM, and my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, I waited at the queu ING area for about 3-5 minutes before any staff approached me. Despite only requiring a table for one, I was escorted to a table located near the toilets and kitchen, even though I could clearly see another table available from the beginning, which was comfortable. I requested to be seated at that table instead. I attempted to place my order through the restaurant's app, but the internet service provided was of poor quality, which delayed my order by at least 10 minutes while I tried to set up the app. When I finally attempted to make a payment, the transaction failed due to an error, forcing me to go to the till. While the staff member who assisted me at the counter was polite, the inconvenience was frustrating, though I eventually placed an order. Upon returning to my table, I discovered that the staff had given it away to another customer. This level of incompetence and lack of professionalism was extremely disappointing. The restaurant touts itself as gourmet, yet the service was far from it. I immediately requested a refund, and while the manager offered me another table, I found this suggestion unhelpful. It seemed as though the staff simply did not care about the impact their actions had on my experience. Whether it was because I was dining alone and it would cause more issues escorting the couple to another table, or perhaps due to my attire (full tracksuit) or how I looked, or maybe I was polite in my approach throughout my time there, the service I received was dismissive and unsatisfactory. In the end, I chose to leave without dining. After a long day, this was a disheartening experience, I was looking forward to my meal, but good thing I can cook and I can confidently say I won't be returning. For anyone considering this place, you're better off avoiding it, save your money, cook, it's better in the long run.

Me and my fiancé were wandering around the resorts world area looking for something to eat and had (initially) reluctantly decided on going to GBK when Miller and Carter were fully booked. Best decision I’ve made in ages. Food was great, tunes were on point and our server Rochelle was so friendly, warm, took care of us and refused a tip when we paid at the bar. We quickly went from ‘hmm not sure about this’ to ‘yep, back as soon as possible’. I had the taxi driver burger with bacon, could compete with any burger in Birmingham in my opinion. 5 starts and see you soon Rochelle and the team

Simon was so personable and couldn't do enough for us. He made our friends birthday very special. Everyone LOVED the food,l and the ambiance of the restaurant . First time visiting a GBK and I will say I will definitely be coming back. The lotus biscoff shake is amazing served is a chilled metal cup. The burger ( taxi driver) opted for a single as ordered some sides cooked med/well was so tasty, loaded fries well loaded, onion rings crispy, blue cheese slaw very nice. Visited for lunch mid week so quiet inside staff friendly. Well done
