Most loved and liked fish bar in Kingswood.

We visited back in June after they reopened with new owners and a new menu. We had tried The White Harte before which has the same menu. We went for the Himalayan menu as it’s something different! Starters we had chilli chicken & chicken momo, both delicious starters. Mains we had Himalayan lamb chops & Gurkha chicken, both mains were really good and the lamb had so much flavour! Really enjoyed the food again & the service was good which makes all the difference. They’ve also got a really good IPA on tap!

First time coming back here for a while because it was so bad before. They really have improved, still a little pricey but the food and service is great. Only thing I would really change is to have real coffee, not instant.

I ordered Tarka Daal, Chicken Korma, Rice & Cucumber Raita & Papadoms. The korma was perfectly flavoured, daal was a lovely thick consistency with garlic which was absolutely delicious. Excellent quality & great value for the price.

I have frequented the bistro a few times now and I can wholeheartedly advise that the culinary delights are well above par of any other establishment. Their take on a traditional curry was mesmerising as was their petit déjeuner du jour. They produce some of the finest omelettes I have ever induced including cheese, ham, mushroom and even onion, whatever you like? It's the small things they offer that amaze me, like offering a choice of tinned or fresh tomatoes. Just mind blowing. Tracey and Claires mission statement is clear, "If you don't see what you fancy, just ask". This lowly frequenter of restaurants such as Kims Cafe can see many fanciful items on and off the menu. I urge you to visit this taverna of taste when you can, you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Ordered collection and was over an hour late, this has happened to us before and the staff were not very helpful.

Have visited the lamb at Mangotsfield Bristol on various occasions. This time with six family members as an anniversary celebration. The food is excellent value for money and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I really cannot think of anything they could improve on although, having used the toilet area on previous occasions, I think they could do with upgrading.

Very bland and greasy, quite outdated place and only takes cash which makes me suspicious.

First time trying this place tonight just got the salt and pepper box. Won't be using again. Skimpy portions and expensive. Got the 10inch salt and pepper box which had barely anything in. It included curry sauce which was a tiny pot, barely enough for 1/4 of it.The special chow mein had barely any noodles in and the sweet and sour sauce was that viscous disgusting kind. How I just paid £31 for that is beyond me... Will stick to my usual in future.

Poor quality Chinese food. And they only except cash ( I wonder why)

I wanted fried chicken but the staff were quite open about that being off the menu, so I had to try elsewhere. To be honest the place was busy with counter and delivery business orders, so it’s obviously popular despite my vote

Chicken shish is delicious and pizza is amazing. If you like pizza you must try there. Highly recommend…

Visited with a friend to check out the crib team in quieter back room. Rest of pub very noisy with a disco playing and tv's on. One drink and left.

so bad , food had hair , let alone was 4 hours late and delivery driver was insanely and did not apologise once , complety non cooperative - DO NOT ORDER

Nearest pub to where I now live so thought I'd give it a go. Reasonably large gathering of men in the bar watching football. No bar staff. I waited for some minutes with no suggestions from the 'regulars' as to how to get served so decided to leave. As I left I noticed a staff member lurking in the back who looked up from her phone and watched me leave. The hospitality trade is obviously recovering well if they don't need to encourage new customers. I won't be going back
