0 stars if I could!! Ordered from here at 7.30pm, we were still sitting waiting for it late into the evening hours after ordering it. We called the phone number so many times and no one answered. Tried to speak to Deliveroo and they said they can’t do anything about it as flamers star deliver their own orders, so not really sure why they’re even on Deliveroo in the first place. Will be going over to the flamers star shop tomorrow and demanding a refund. Whatever you do, do not order from here - your order won’t be delivered, the phone won’t be answered and they will steal your money

Ordered a simple cheese and chips for collection, the guy was just plain unfriendly and the food cold small portion and undercooked l....

The food was an hour and a half late I tried to contact the shop to find out where the food was and no answer I will be looking for a refund

Ordered from here on Mon, food arrived cold, a small bag of chips consisted of about 10 chips, the chicken shish kebab had the smallest cubes of chicken I've ever seen, and when I went to pick the kebab up the pitta bread fell completely apart - not much point of having a kebab!!! Would definitely not recommend this place ever and certainly will not be ordering from here ever again. Disgusted

1st order placed, pizza good but garlic mushrooms mixed with something that was definitely not mushrooms! More like cheese balls. After paying £5.28 for garlic mushrooms, expected garlic mushrooms not what was received.. Disappointed this time, but would consider ordering from them again based on friends recommendations

we have had a few deliveries and the food was good and delivered on time but the last order never turned up we waited 2hrs and could not get the shop to answer phone and hopefully we can get refund from uber eats

We ordered from Flamers Star through deliveroo this evening. It predicted the arrival time to be 7:25, at 7:40 we had not received our order and we rang multiple times with no response. We contacted deliveroo at 8pm and they were not able to get through to them either. Eventually at 8:10, we got through to someone who said that our food would be 10 mins. The delivery driver did not even apologise for being late. Our food was cold, the garlic bread was chewy and lacked garlic and found a hair in the doner wrap. We will not be ordering again!

The delivery was ok, but the food specifically the kebab A real scam two pieces of lamb and about 4 of chicken, the burgers are not worth it. A real disappointment the food

They’re very bad at delivering orders they haven’t delivered my order and delivroo refused to give my money back even though they told me the restaurant aren’t answering them so don’t order from them

We ordered a small kebab and a large kabab for delivery and when it came the large kebab was the size of a small like only 2 strands of meat we tried calling for them to fix it like 5 times so we don’t waste are money and had no answer the chips were also soggy we were not having it it’s a complete joke what a rip off

AVOID. Ordered about 11:40pm on a Saturday. Said they were open on Uber Eats and accepted my order. Uber eats said this order was being delivered by the shop not their courier. Was just told my delivery was coming on Uber app for over 2 hours. Uber app told me to contact the shop for an update and, as per previous reviews, repeated attempts were made to call them with no-one answering. Gave up and went to bed. In the morning saw Uber app says order came in the middle of the night but it didn’t. Thankfully Uber immediately refunded me, but you may not be so lucky looking at previous reviews

Flamers southern fried chicken burgers are delicious! The staff are vibrant and chirpy I love this place!

Would give it a zero review if possible. I ordered food - delivery time was 1 hour 20 mins, which, although poor, I accepted as it was late on a Saturday night. But then the Just eat app said the food was on the way and then said it was delivered - which it wasn't. I tried to contact the restaurant but it was already closed. Absolutely shocking service. I now have to try to get a refund. I should have listened to the previous reviews

Best Kebab in Bristol. Love the extra salad and yoghurt mint sauce you can order. Huge chunks of chicken. My partner always has calzone which he loves from here. Never disappointed from food here

I ordered a Sirloin Steak amongst other things and the steak was awful, it was mostly bone and fat,i was so disapointed with it ,and it cost over £18 and that was just for the steak meal.awful,never again.

This is my second bad experience from this takeaway. First one food arrived cold and under cooked and now my 2nd experience of this takeaway is just order food a hour ago money gone from my bank and no food deliverd as the shop is now closed 11.30pm . My advice is don't order from the shop. Stay well clear.

Used this takeaway many time always been more than happy, but tonight I was overcharged when paying and still had to argue to get money , then to top it off the donor meat and chips I ordered had a handful of chips for £6.50 and the garlic bread was burnt to toast that it just crumbled to pieces will not be using this place again

Please please please, do not order from this place, the food is disgusting, my jacket patatoe was swimming in hot Mayo and tuna(mostly mayo with no flavour ) my partner had breaded fish with chips, the fish was so black, I thought it was a piece of steak, and the chips were so small. Took a chance on Uber Eats at 20 to 11 on a Saturday night. Didn’t even realise that the restaurant was 6/7 miles away and the order arrived on time! Food was really nice, decent 1/4 cheeseburger, really nice pizza, good portion of cheesy chips and gravy and all arrived hot!! Well worth the late night purchase!

We are regulars have been ordering for almost 2 years and cannot fault them. Quick delivery, great pizzas for the value on the meal deal. They got our order wrong once recently, full apology from owner via phone and we had a free order next time. Highly recommend ****

DONT ORDER HERE!!! Ordered here Friday through the Deliveroo app ( have higher rating on that than here ) and didn’t receive my order at all. In contact with the Deliveroo who also confirm that they can’t get ahold of them either and to leave it on their hands. I contact Deliveroo help to again last night to be told that they have told them they delivered my food, I took it and no refund will be required. Deliveroo can’t issue any sort of refund due to the ‘restaurant’ only accepting orders through them. Well I’ve been calling since Friday; 7 calls later they still haven’t picked up. My order cost Atleast £30 so that’s £30 I’m without till I sort this.

The worst delivery ever! The portion of a £20 worth meal was tiny, literally 6 bits of dry, tasteless chicken placed on top a pinch of rice. NEVER buy anything from this place!!

If I could give zero, I would, basically waited up over an hour after delivery was supposed to be made, checked online and it said the order was delivered. Clearly it had been sent to the wrong address, I had no missed calls or knocks at the door, I spoke to Deliveroo and because the restaurant said it had been delivered I can not be reimbursed. Which is crazy! I have CCTV footage of no deliveries taking place so I'm waiting to hear from Deliveroos complaints department but so far, NOT GOOD SERVICE

This takeaway is an absolute joke, ordered £30 worth of food which never showed up, although they’re trying to say it was delivered and don’t even bother trying to call them to ask where order is as they never answer their phone. This is by far the worst takeaway I have ever had, a chicken kebab! I would say was frozen chicken from Iceland and the most dried up piece of nann bread you have ever seen..... a cold cheesy chip wrap and also took just under 2 hours to arrive...never again. I ordered off Uber eats, the wait said 15-30 mins. However they use their own driver so the tracking doesn’t show on Uber eats. After about an hour of waiting I attempted to call the restaurant about 20 times, but no answer. I ended up ordering elsewhere. The driver eventually turned up over an hour after ordering. He hadn’t even come to my door, he was sat in his car expecting me to come and take it off him. I’ve never experienced such poor service and absolutely disgusting food, which was stone cold. I complained to Uber eats who gave me a full refund, but please do not give this company any money, they are a disgusting business (look at all the reviews)

I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews. I had a kebab this evening from here and delivery was fast, the food was still hot (ish), the salad was fresh. My son had the pizza which looked great and he ate it all and aid it was very good.

Food arrived cold after delivery was changed to an hour later than expected. Burgers had what could be described as un-chopped onion chunks on it. The chips with cheese and curry sauce that I ordered as a large barely filled 2/3 of the box with a ration of cheese on top. The curry wasn't sauce and was instead a dried out paste that you might get from day old sauce, was one lumpy block that didn't budge, so we had to smear it on the chips. To top it all off I've never been so sick after eating a burger and chips. Wouldn't use again.
