It's ok. I think the portion sizes are quite small but loads of bread

In all honesty.. the food is good. And the hygiene is also really good. But.. the amount of times we have had to wait.. and I'm talking ages!! Today tops it. My friend was given a SPOON to eat her salad box with. A SPOON!! She even asked before she ordered if they had forks as the last time we came in, they didn't have forks.

Not a bad restaurant and nothing out of the ordinary for Subway, but service (mainly the customers) was extremely slow. Changed up the menu since Covid where sandwiches at set unless you want to pay loads more to customise. Not sure what happened to "your sub, your way." Prices have gone up loads in the last few years; over £10 for foot long sub, cookie and cup drink. Reasonably tidy. Food hit the spot in all fairness.

Definitely not "have it your way" anymore. If you want something and they can't see the ingredients written down, you can't have it 😅😅 and they Definitely ain't in any rush to do it either but when you finally do get through to the robots you get a vague sort of sandwich with minimal ingredients in it😅😅

The shop opened at 11.15am instead of 10.am today. I went through the door at 11.15am and was told to come back in 10 minutes as they were not ready to see customers yet. It has not opened at 10am for the last few Sundays as I go shopping in Emerson Green. The service in this Subway if it is open has got worse and worse lately and a manager needs to seriously see what is going on there as I will never go there again.

What a joke this place has become with the new staff supposed to be open at 10am the last 3 weeks have gone to enter around 11am still closed was open today walked in at 11.15am a staff member was just putting his tshirt on no food out or ready so unreliable seen them miss at least 5 customers this morning due to their lateness

We went to Subway for lunch today because we had to do some shopping aswell.

I got to the subway at 3:57pm. Google states that they don’t shut until 6pm. I got there, upon being greeted with disinterested and demotivated staff, who said to me that they had no bread left besides the 9 grain wheat. What sort of subway franchise is this, running out of bread 2 hours before closing. Head quarters will be getting an email.

My local Subway. Most of the employees are very friendly. When i order from deliveroo the food is still warm. All they need to do is change the sign on the entrance from opening at 8AM to 9AM as they are under new management. Love the place recommend

Appalling customer service..45minute wait...then staff changed over and didn't complete our order until asked!! Wont be using this subway again....not enough staff and not customer focused!!

Cashiers aren't following the "series" sandwiches on the board at all, so what you receive won't match what you order unless you're paying close attention whilst making. Cashier tried to overcharge me by 20% by not putting items through as meal deal.

Had new the ceaser thing foot long. Was real nice.

Fantastic service. Google advertise they shut at 9pm. Arrived at 8.30pm. Shop is closed. Apparently they do close at 8pm Monday to Saturday. Lady running the shop could not apologise enough then continued to serve me. Amazing. Do yourself a favour and go here..... Not the blackhorse garage subway that so say is open 24hrs. It is the shell garage and budgrens only.

“toasted” sandwich was cold, the man forgot my sauce and was unhappy when i asked for some. the lady before me was given a burnt sandwich. long waiting time.

I am fuming!! I waiting nearly 3 hours for my food to get here so by the time it did I was starving and was really looking forward to it! Then to find out then when it did get here it was completely wrong! I asked for a Italian BMT but instead I just got lettuce, cucumber and cheese!!! Not only that I rang the restaurant over 30 time and got no answer at all!! I will never be ordering subway again! A waste of money completely

Decided to grab a subway whilst out shopping today. The staff were very friendly and everything was spotlessly clean. I ordered 2 subs and a drink, brilliant value for money. The food was great and tasted freshly made. Would definitely recommend and return!

Saturday lunchtime, and it’s shut?

Being a vegetarian I was pleased to find a great choice of fillings for my Sub. The meatless balls tasted great as was the meatless slices add cheese and salad. Filled me up. Quick service. Clean toilets. Plenty of parking.

The employee was so disengaged with her customers and so focused on her friends. She was rude and very disinterested in doing her job.

Went for lunch. Both our subs were poorly made just thrown together. Bread fell apart as soon as I picked it up, inside was like sludge. Cookie was soggy and had. Service was pretty shoddy.

Ordered from here and they got everything wrong. Sent the wrong sandwich and didn’t give us our drinks or crisps and gave us wrong cookies too And then refused to answer back our phone calls so had to go to the shop

It's never open every time I stop in during its opening hours...

Monday 13th of December. Wanted a snack for lunch after shopping so tried Subway for first time. Perfect.Everthing spotlessly clean. Assistants polite,helpful and friendly. Food delicious. Will go again. Many thanks.

Poor for a subway. Service was rushed partner ordered a meatball maninera turned out to be the dry vegi option, yuk she didnt enjoy. I had a italian bmt was ok. We'll go elsewhere next time 👎

So want to say how friendly and good my visit way 5.30 this evening. The two lads working were welcoming, smiling and friendly .your company should be proud to have them on board. The place was spotless. Will be returning. These guys are an imsperoratiion to others. Tuesday 26th hope the management notice my review as they deserve praise 🙏

Didn't go inside,but from where it is situated I believe that it has good wheelchair access and parking.

Food ok BUT not much help to keep 2 meters apart if you would like a subway and stay safe go to the blackhorse garage subway instead.

Really poor food hygiene. Wearing the same disposable gloves to handle cash and prepare your sandwiches it's no no. COVID safe? Never going in again.

Poor customer service,staff treat you like everything is too much hassle and the coffee machine was turned off at 3.30pm. No effort made to sell me a meal deal and my sandwich had a measly 2 pieces of cheese on. The tables was messy and uncleaned and the gentleman on the sandwich making was rude and unprofessional. Would not come here again

Walked in at 530pm on Sunday to be told “we’re closed” even though they close at 6pm and the door was open!! Absolutely disgusting service.

Gluten free bread is lovely. Individually wrapped and the chap serving changed his gloves. Allergy notice available. Very pleased.

Like a tanker ship lost in the ocean of hunger. A beacon of light shone out; a beacon of nourishment. Subway. From the moment I entered the smell of cooked bread filled my nose. The décor gleaming in the morning sun. I was rash, inexperienced, at a lose. But guidance was found, in the from of the green and black dressed waitresses, sporting the Subway logo with pride. It wasn't long before I had acquired myself a foot long breakfast sub with a side of hash browns; my only natural weakness. A bottle of water sported the meal in an attempt to watch the waistline. Each bit made me crave for more. An attempt to cram the golden circles of joy into and already over filled sub was made, and to much of my enjoyment succeeded. My hunger was slain. Tldr - Classic subway, good food, helpful staff. No complaints

Got as far as the counter and left the premisesI have never felt the need to put a terrible review but for me this place was everything that could be wrong was wrongThe tables were filthy, the floors strewn with rubbish, the serving area looked terrible with dishes spilled over into othersObviously the usual we were busy excuses will be posted but that’s utter rubbish as the place had about 10 customers at the time I’m sorry but if I was the head of franchise for this company I would be putting regular mystery shoppers inThe place was so appalling I left without ordering anythingPoor show Subway. The staff was really polite and nice however they refuse to have any salad in my breakfast sandwich. It is the first time that happened to me. I was always offered salad in others places.. Including this one by other member of staff on another occasion. I understand that this might be your policy but it felt weird bacause after al the bit of salad cost pennies. I wouldn't mind to pay for it but the lady made it like it wasn't an option.

5 staff behind the counter, only 4 people in the queue and still had to wait 30 minutes for a sandwich.

Dirty toilets, staff in dirty uniforms and eat in food served on a the tatty paper they prepared the food on. By far the worst subway I've been in

Probably the most awkward experience I have ever had in a fast food restaurant. Firstly I asked about which vegetarian sandwiches they sold, to which they just pointed at the vegan "meat" option in a tub. Assuming that's what I was agreeing to have they began making my sandwich and whilst toasting the cheese they took payment. I then went back to start choosing toppings and discovered the vegan "meat" was extra and because I had already paid it was very complicated and I ended up agreeing to just give them £1.20 on top of the £5.29 I had already paid. I have no problem paying for extras but don't take a payment before you know what someone wants! Probably won't be going back now as after all that I could have made myself a better sandwich than that. Very disappointed all in all. I'm not surprised Subways are closing down all around with service and product like this.

Clean, fast efficient service, happy staff

Subway was OK, nothing stood out good or bad. Staff weren't overly friendly but certainly weren't rude. Overall nice experience.

Great place great price always freshly made

Not for Vegan. I've been there because I wanted to try the "new vegan sub" and the girl in there asked me if I wish any cheese in my bread. ???? I've tried to explain that I'm vegan and I don't eat any cheese :) she was confused and she didn't know what to put in my bread. At the end I didn't take anything.

The one fault here is,the furniture really does need renewing, it is very tatty

I have been here on many occasions and the staff here are so lovely, polite nd friendly. And of course, the Subs are great too.

Terrible toilet running with water on floor no handwash also had to ask for table to be cleaned to top it of they are more expensive than other subs !!

Very dissapointed with the sub in Emmersons Green. I was unable to exchange my coffee card for a free coffee or get my card stamped. The place was scruffy noisy and not very clean. The furnishings had seen better days.. However my local sub in Longwell Green is clean quiet and not scruffy. The staff are very helfull and polite and of course i was able to use my coffee card for a free coffee. When i buy my subs i always get my cards stamped. Very happy with this shop.. Emersons Green 0/10 Longwell Green 10/10..

Lettuce looked like it was out of date. All a red around the edges like it hasn't been stored properly. If this isn't right what is the rest of it like? Otherwise it's subway what's not to like?

They have a great Sandwich Artist called Matt. He made my sandwich to the very specification in which I asked and gave great customer service.

Terrible. Purchased two veggie subs and 2 packs of cookies. Cookies werent even baked properly The lady making my sandwhiches sprinkled the lettuce on. I asked for more and she rolled her eyes at me. She gave me just two pieces of each vegetable I asked for and kept rolling her eyes if I asked for a little more. Its a veggie sub for goodness sake!!! Theyve lost me as a customer. Not happy!
