This is the second time in six months I have had a very bad experience with this store. It seems the franchise was taken over a while ago by a group that actually do not care about their customers. So my latest poor experience was I placed an order for a set time delivery as I wanted them for when I got home from being out . I asked for. 530pm to 5.45pm delivery. As I left the cinema I had two missed calls from the store at just gone 5pm . I called and the person on the phone lied saying that they had not called me . They then said the pizzas had been delivered to which I said I was not happy as that I requested a time for a reason . The outcome was they resent the pizzas and when the delivery driver turned up he tried to justify the early delivery and was just rude to me saying he was allowed to deliver the pizzas ten minutes early . If I wanted them ten minutes earlier I would have booked the previous time slot! I told him that he was wrong and just said bye and closed the door I. Him as I do not deserve to be abused by a delivery driver on my doorstep for their mistake! I then checked my door camera and the first pizzas were delivered at 5.05pm so that was not the ten minutes early as the driver claimed . I emailed customer support but all they do is pass the complaint back to the store for nothing to be done. Avoid this dominoes as the staff are extremely rude as I said this was the second time I have experienced abuse from the staff their for their mistakes .

AVOID IF YOU DON’T WANT DEAD INSECTS IN YOUR FOOD! Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! We ordered pizzas and we found insects in our food!!! I called the store and they offered to send another pizza but I refused to have food from the same store and I ONLY requested my money back. We emailed the customer service and NOW more than one month later they replied that they cannot refund me my money from the pizza I WAS NOT ABLE TO EAT. I didn’t even ask for compensation for the bad experience! I have only requested my money back for the one pizza that we found the insects and they refused to refund us!! We didn’t even finish the rest of our food as we were really worried about the hygiene of this place. If you check the reviews, there is another review about finding hair in their food! This store should definitely not serve food, and dominos don’t care about investigating the hygiene of their stores!

Really very good, it was the first time I visited this place 👍🏻❤️ But there's no parking for cars

Ordered 4 Large Pizzas and one mini, received the 1 mini, 3 large and 1 medium size. Rang store, was told they'd replace with Large. Then when they came to the door refused, wouldn't even give difference in cost back. Really poor customer service, especially as customer is Autistic and struggles socially, Manager very rude. Definitely won't use again.

Dont come to the shop to order you will be ignored. Lady smiling when i complained about being ignored after standing by the counter with 4 staff in front of me really added more spice to the situation. See you never

This is a truly disgusting place do not come here the service is horrible the food is cold and the atmosphere is real bad no places to sit and I had to wait half an hour for my food I got refunded and I got the wrong order!!!if there was an option for 0 stars I would picked it don’t come here.

It is one of the spacious stores, very comfortable to eat those delicious mouth watering pizzas. Kudos to the team for good maintenance of the store and preparing such delicious pizzas.

Cold pizza and went to the wrong address

The staff were quite nasty; it took them a while to serve me since the server was on his phone, and then he cut me off abruptly while I was speaking. To top it all off, the wedges have hair on them. I won't be coming back.

When I arrived to collect my order, I was ignored. Told them the name for the order and they told me they didn’t get that order, had to wait 5 minutes for my brother to arrive that ordered on his phone to show proof. They then kept saying they didn’t have it, the whole time it was there and gave it to us after a while. We asked what the problem was, and there wasn’t any. Not even a sorry from the workers. Terrible customer service.

A standard domino's in regards to the food, lots of options including veggie and vegan ones. Service was friendly enough, but given the online order said 5 minutes till ready, to arrive at the branch 15 minutes later and then have to wait another 10+ minutes in the store seems a little off, maybe some work on how the orders are communicated in the website is needed.

Staff have no GO, no smile. Charge for dip and long wait. Tarnishes the Dominos name… Worst store to date

Incapable of giving a full order. I would have bet my wages they would balls the order as per usual.They say they don't have drivers (they don't want to correct their mistakes at their expense), this is why 1 star for service and atmosphere 1 as it was delivery. **I don't recommend Domino's for delivery as you won't get what you want**

Arrived very quickly but food very poor. Ordered a large Italian Based Meatball Marinara and it was over cooked and very dry. The crust was inedible.

Get what you expect in terms of food from dominos. It's always ready on time and there's space to sit while you wait for your order

Really the worst experience after customer service. No refund after half items missing from the order delivered. I've had to send an email to Managing Director. Never deal with this franchise, Filton, Bristol. Promise everything to get you off the phone because you cannot wait another hour for the other half of your delivery. It happen on Saturday 23/3/2023.

Very stingy on cheese, normally there pizzas are excellent. This is why I will award only 2 stars on this occasion . Regards Nick

The collection deal is pretty good, food is ready quickly and staff are good at getting orders correct 👍🏻🍕 Just a shame they don’t do that one with the curry sauce and onion bhajis they used to do anymore.

Order wasnt ready when it said on the app it was, service was slow. Got home and the toppings were wrong.

We ordered £33 of pizza with a quoted delivery time of 35 mins. 1 hour, 48 minutes later, cold pizza turns up without so much as an apology. Very very disappointed.

App said delivered and called back to back for 20 mins. Thought they might not have been able to hear the phone so I drove over. Lady was standing in front of customers who hadn’t decided yet, doing nothing, while the phone rang. She told me our pizzas were on the way. Firstly, why use the ‘tracker’ if it doesn’t match the information they have in store. Secondly, no matter how busy they were, they should answer the phone before serving further customers. Avoid this branch!! Customer service very poor.

I went to get 3 lunchtime deals in Filton Dominos to collect on 26-09-2022 at half 3 the lady on the counter was very unfriendly felt as if she is doing us a favor. Up on collection I asked why there is so less topping and she was like this is what the it is take it or leave it. She was very rude and argumentative. Please avoid. I have picked up pizza from Filton branch previously but this experience was awful.

Was the worst yet would have got a better pizza in a side street costing a fiver.....overloaded with puree food was cold and was missing half of it so some ate and the rest ate an hour later completely unexceptable....wouldnt be so bad but at there price it was shocking

Usually a mixed bag of quality sometimes good sometimes bad. Customer service is appalling. Waiting 1hr 20 minutes for a redelivery after they messed up and sent the wrong pizza

Do not order here, the worse domino's in the UK, customer service?.. Non existant.. They never answer the phone.. When they do they are incredibly rude, avoid this place, its not worth the hassle..

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE… Hai We placed the order on With one vegan pizza for one of our guests child who is highly allergic to milk products.while we are ordering we specifically mentioned that child is highly allergic.but from the filton dominos manager is really inappropriate for his job .they send the pizza with the label is vegan but inside it was normal cheese and that child had anaphylactic reaction..and has been admitted in hospital for two days. From dominos it was a big mistake…it was harm to someone life … Two ambulances came to our house…given all first -aid still child was not better …then they took her to children hospital

love dominios and always have but they cant seem to get orders correct. Most recently ordered a medeium and large pizza but was supplied with to mediums. outraged

Cold food arrived 30 mins after having been shown delivered with all drinks missing No reason or excuse given and told to put drinks on next order Then hang up repeatedly not having answered once! Last £60 order from us!

Understaffed, chairs already on top of the tables even if approximately 40 mins left before the closing time. They were not taking orders on the phone or online for the same reason, but they did it once we were on site.Pizza was on the Domino's standard, not better or worse.

went in for the lunch offer of ANY large pizza with one topping for £5.99 but was told i could not have a vegan pizza even though it says the vegan margarita and peppero-nay is included online.

It was nice to share some food with friends. What's more there's free parking near by too?

Pizza was great. Service was not. We went to collect and it took 20 minutes longer than predicted with very little updates.

We ordered two pizzas and a side dish. We waited over an hour for delivery. One item was missing. The driver said he would bring it round in 5-10 minutes but it never arrived. I tried to ring 3 times and there was no reply. Absolutely dire.

I recently ordered 2 months ago a Texas BBQ large pizza thin crust.. what I got was classic crust which I didn’t order..rang the store to complain wrong crust and was told Manager too busy to deal with my complaint.. I could order another and get charged again.. so much for customer service at the Filton Branch. Haven’t used them since. Normally order twice a week. Such bad service.

Been here a few times, never disappoints. Was very hungry and was greeted by a really nice guy John and he recommended some deals. He said I was his nicest customer today and that he’d make my pizza extra nice. Now that’s service!

Great customer service, I dropped my pizza on the way out and they offered to remake my order free of charge and quickly too. Always good quality and the staff in here are always friendly and really accommodating

Dominos usually has a very high standard of service, and while the people were nice, the seating area was disgusting with sticky tables. Then to make things worse, we were only given part of our order, meaning that while part of an order was getting cold, another part was still cooking. For a company with as high standards as dominos, I'm disappointed.

I ordered through the app and didn't check properly. Id ordered the wrong pizza. Didn't notice till I opened the box once driver left. Phoned the store , the lady I spoke to was lovely so polite and popped the correct pizza out to me and it was here in no time. Even tho it was my mistake. Ordered for hungry children on a failing day an this saved a meltdown x

The standard of pizza I'd expect. Ordered through the app and the pizza was prepared quite quickly. The staff I dealt with was very nice and polite. There is the option to eat at the location, or apply takeaway. Well situated and easy to get too.

Ordered here on weekend as had to drive back to London. And needed juice, quick food. After being sent on wild goose chase from their staff. Saying they didnt have our order, its at another branch. Going to a few, got back to original store. Who still insisted they didnt have it. After giving them ref. Codes. Names. Order numbers. She finally checked her system and said oh its here....... Wasted 20 mins of ours because there systems weren't working. And then ti top it off asked for some sort of compensation was offered a drink.... Not happy with ur customer service. We come to you knowing were dealing with reputable brand not some cowboys. On top of that. Pizza now cold. Chicken wings cold. Didnt enjoy meal at all.

Pizza is pizza and Domino's nails it. Great food, plenty of choices. Staff either seem happy or dead inside, but the food feels like it's made with love.

I'm a regular customer here and the staff are always very friendly and efficient. I never have to wait long for pizza and garlic bread in here and their product is always delicious. The premises are very clean with lots of seating available while you wait.There's nothing to stop you eating in if you wanted to and I've noticed a couple of delivery cars around the area so although it never looks busy inside they are clearly always busy with orders. I use my nhs discount eith no fuss every time. Can highly recommend.

Check your order! Had to go back for missing dessert and have also found chicken feast pizza missing the chicken and sweet corn (which is pretty much what a chicken feast is), though they did put on the extra toppings I wanted, so I now have a great onion pizza... which I'd paid extra for... nice! Some of the staff were comatose but there was one who looked like he was working hard who dealt with us, I liked his work ethic.

Well I am visiting from USA walked in and ordered like I was still in USA. Well was surprised that menu was a little different. Welcome to UK. The guy at the counter was helpful and kind. They had no idea what bread stick were and pepperoni pizza was not a staple like in USA. Showed the USA website to them and learned a lot from each other.

just ordered pizza from this dominos - pizza came and was burnt AND wasn't the pizza I ordered. I tried to call said Dominos 4 times with no answer ! just wasted £15 for a pizza I cant eat

Not good food bad customer service had to return this dry over cooked pizza to a very rude supervisor that didn't even offer a refund and made me fill intimidated the worst service ever. Spend your money else ware asda do better pizza and they are a supermarket plus if your given a bad pizza they will give you a refund
