VERY POOR!!!!! I am really disappointed to be writing this as I've used this Chinese for along time and have mostly enjoyed the food, but the last 4 meals that I've had have been shockingly awful! The chicken and meat have been so dry and the spare ribs have been even dryer, it's almost like they have been using up the leftovers from the previous day! As I've enjoyed the food in the past I kept giving them another chance, but no more! I have rang them twice to complain, but all I got was 'I will let the kitchen know ' and was rushed off the phone, so their customer service is pretty rubbish as well. A takeaway is a treat and expensive nowadays, so you would expect it to be enjoyable! So, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone at the moment unless they change their chef!!!

This was possibly the worst Chinese food we have ever eaten.. Quite frankly, the food was bland, tasteless & watery. We had 4 dishes, prawn toast - just fried bread (could have made it in my own toaster), special chow mien - if that’s the special one I wouldn’t want the plain one, Hong Kong style s&s chicken - a lot of onions & played hide & seek with the sauce & chilli beef - burnt, Flavourless. More like crispy cardboard. Nothing chilli about it. In all seriousness, This was our first experience of China China and can honestly say, we wouldn’t return if they gave it away.

It was 8.00pm and our two usual takeaways had stopped deliveries, so I went to Uber Eats and ended up on China China. Never again. Plus points were the portions were of a good size, and delivery was bang on time. But the shredded chilli chicken was stringy, and was in a very thick, sticky red sauce. Egg fried rice was flavoured too strongly. Had to leave half of the food as it was inedible.

I wish I’d checked tripadvisor before ordering food here. I ordered a takeaway through UberEats app. My husband and I shared a chicken satay starter which after eating around half noticed the texture was odd, and after closer inspection you could see it was pink and raw in places. We took photos of the food which shows it’s barely cooked, contacted the takeaway and UberEats who won’t refund us. Two hours later we both had diarrhoea and I’m not able to eat anything as I’m feeling so sick. I have reported to the FSA. Do not use

My sister had just finished work from hospital and I decided to treat her to a Friday takeaway. It was her first time using the just eat app but I made sure that her delivery address was correct and everything. When the time came, she was waiting well over the hour and nothing. Eventually, the app stated that her delivery had been completed but was evidently delivered to the wrong address. Just-eat’s customer service is abysmal as is but the takeaway has refused to even attempt to reconcile this. Absolutely appalling. 1/5 on the service. The food is average. I recommend looking elsewhere. Don’t skimp out on quality.

Phoned this take away to order and was rudely told to use the website. Pointed out that JustEat said phone them for dietary requirements - they said fill in the notes box on the order and it will be done. Order was delayed and when it finally arrived it was full of the things that I’d stated in the notes it must not have so was inedible. Absolutely rubbish service will not be using again.

Lovely tasting food but arrived stone cold, will not be ordering take away from them again, we are at best 10 mins away???

We ordered via Just Eat and the food arrived promptly. Portion sizes were good and the food was still hot enough to eat. We ordered Malysian this time and the food was a bit spicier than I was used to be still fresh and tasty. Prices were normal although the vegetable side dishes were a bit pricier than other takeaways.

Food was only warm, and chewy, wont go there again. Tasted like reheated meat I will be using golden palace instead

We ordered a takeaway from here last night, for 3 of us. The food arrived exactly on time and was plenty hot enough. Portions were good, the food was tasty and a good mix of ingredients. Prices were about standard and I'd have no qualms about ordering from them again.

Basically the takeaway looks as though it is going out of business which might I think put a lot of people off. However as far as we are concerned it produces the best tasting Chinese food in the area and we have tried many. If you don’t like spicy food you might disagree but in our experience the food in all the other restaurants is rather bland and the portion sizes are quite a bit smaller. Give it a try otherwise we are going to lose another good Chinese like the Golden Dragon

When choosing a special curry I was told comes with a selection of meat,when opening my food after arriving home I have 2 slices of chicken 2 slices of pork 4 prawns 20 onions 6 peas and 9 mushrooms, worst curry I've ever had may aswell of asked for a onion curry. The rice is dry and flavourless and a omelette was still runny

Takeaway!! Ordered £21.00 meal for one person. I tried a little from each dish, no sauce in any of them, barely warm, completely bland, mainly stale, musty. Crispy beef was so tough could not chew through any piece, it also smelt off. Special Chow Mein had one chewy piece of Beef gristle and chicken pieces, Special????? Only the price. Filled in a bad report to China China and Just Eat, no action taken and no acknowledgment whatsoever apart from telling me my remarks were being reviewed. Other reviews that day had similar remarks to mine. This is the last time I deal with China China or Just Eat!!!!

I normally write very positive reviews. I am not a serial moaner or complainer. I arrived home and the Chinese we ordered had already been mostly eaten. I tucked into a spicy chicken wing and found the chicken to be very off. It was rancid. I managed to get it all out of my mouth without swallowing any. I asked everyone else about their food but there were no complaints

This was quite simply the most disgusting takeaway I’ve ever eaten - the duck was fridge cold - the cucumber was putrified (see pic)the curry was chilled ! Literally ! It was so awful I threw it all away ! Disgrace

Our meal consisted of Chicken chow mein - cold Chips- uncooked Sweet and sour chicken balls - overcooked Egg fried rice - cold Crispy shredded beef- burnt I rang up to mention about the chips and we had a very rude response from a staff...

Always a good delivery and yummy vegetarian food! They also keep your address on record so you don’t have to say it each time which I find is helpful! Really nice place for a takeaway

Daughter always loved the food from here, but just recently the food has been terrible. Ribs were bland and looked white, chow mein was stodgy and salty. Must have a different cook as the food is going downhill fast.

We generally order online from China China and the majority of the time the food has been very good. Choices of food is good and portions are very generous.

Ordered to collect via just eat. As always, food was nice. We always are open to suggestions on other places to order from, but havent found anyone in the area who can compete with this takeaway for Chinese food.
