The Grind 1 in South Gloucestershire

After reading the terrible reviews I was very apprehensive going here. Either the reviews are fake or they have turned it around Service was fast, staff excellent and the quality of food for the price was astonishing. Disabled access is also great with no issues. It's extremely hard for me to fault it here apart from the obvious it's in a supermarket so that's the only issue I personally have but it is what it is Due to its location I could not give it a ten out of ten but it's a solid eight.

Awful - Over an hour to be delivered. Food was ordered at 18:03 but wasn't delivered until 19:10 - ice cold food, tracking system didn't display correct information, tried to call 5 minutes after it was actually delivered to be met with no answer 20 calls and 25 minutes later still no answer

missing half my asda shopping and gotta wait 7 days for a refund awful!

The price was somewhat acceptable, but the place was not clean at all. The spoons were dirty, the forks and knives were dirty as well, and the tables were dirty. The place in general was not clean and indicated poor hygiene.

Rude staff. Putting absolute minimum salad on sandwich. I asked more salad but to my surprise he refused topping it up. First time ever discussing in subway for salad.
