Literally forgot half my shopping wasn’t out of stock either

Almost all of my food was missing

3 items missing including chicken a quiche and tonight‘s tea ! Reported missing and received a message to say the matter will take up to 7 days to be dealt with before even thinking about a refund

Three items are missing and I asked refund £6 and I am waiting for refund.

Missing items for the 4th time, late and refund request got denied. Awful service.

I've received about 10 out of 30 items I've ordered. I've had surgery and I'm unable to shop for food. And their process to either refund (which I don't actually want) could take up to 72 hours. What are you thinking?

Driver delivered entirely wrong order and took it away before I could take photos for refund. He didn't speak a word of English which made communication impossible. Final stance from customer support is tough luck. Absolutely poor

Very speedy delivery and lovely driver but a record 7 items were missing from my order ! Is a roast dinner complete without potatos I wonder.

Forgot half my order so don’t have right ingredients for a full meal- unable to leave house as have a child unwell. Can’t re-order just for missing items as won’t be enough for them to deliver! And making it hard to get compensation. Will just get a takeaway next time!

I ordered a plate of regular chips. when it turned up chips were cold and going off. I complained about them and the young lady behind the counter agreed and offered another plate of freshly cooked chips to replace the cold chips.

This place should be shut down and turned into a Greggs or Costa. They are obviously incapable of running the place and the staff are very rude. So many other companies would do a better job.

Cafe closes at 6PM and apparently they done want to serve a coffee after 5:15PM? Really rude member of staff saying “ can’t you see we’re shut “ Well no I can’t as it says 6 pm closing time and about 10 people still sat down. Very rude and think this needs addressing

Didn't read delivery instructions and was unapologetic and passive aggressive about location when they were clearly wrong.

I did not receive confirmation of the order so do not know if the items were in stock but neither the coffee refill or asparagus was delivered.

How are you getting orders so wrong for groceries it’s a joke? 5 items missing from one order? It’s already ridiculously priced can you at least pick the order properly?

waited for a courier for over an hour, when it arrived courier was at the wrong flat. then one of my items was missing.

Second time I placed order all my meats were missing and a few other items! A whole complete bag of food. 3 bags for 34 items clearly shows a problem. This service shouldn't be allowed to run. No way of contacting anyone of any help! Clearly someone is taking people's well needed food out of hard earned cash! Dam right disgusting
