Missing items as usual and took 2 hours to be delivered

Missing items and over an hour late

no Ginsters 2 Chicken & Mushroom Slices 272g

delivery was absolutely fine nothing wrong that end, looks like 1 bag could of been missing, as items were missing, and most of the food picked had very little time(date) left on them, next time be easier if I go myself!!??

Poor service waited over 40 mins for a hot drink. Chips clearly cooked in dirty oil. Had black bits all over chips. Won't be returning place was dirty.

No hot chocolate at 12pm on a Saturday afternoon and a delivery of soft drinks still waiting to be unloaded on a pallet in the corner. Nice chocolate muffin though!

I am missing 3 of the 4 terrys milk chocolate oranges the 1 that did come was wrong and was the dark chocolate version and missing a bag of tortilla chips couldn’t get away from house quick enough

I ordered a plate of regular chips. when it turned up chips were cold and going off. I complained about them and the young lady behind the counter agreed and offered another plate of freshly cooked chips to replace the cold chips. Not any better. Needs the old staff back sooner the better.

This place is unloved, went there today with the baby and attempted to buy 4 different things off the menu because each time I went to order something "we don't have any of that left" it was just after midday, no way can everything be sold out. This Asda café has to be one of the saddest ones I've been to. Been to others and they do slices of pizza, freshly made sandwiches etc.... Oh and FYI do not order any kids pasta, it's sloppier than what a baby produces in their nappy..... 😳 If this café was an injured pet, I'd be putting it down...

Read the reviews too late! Inexcusable errors - 7 out of the 19 items ordered missing!? How does this even happen?! Shocking service and I would urge people not to order from here. Whilst I submitted a complaint, it is unclear as to how they investigate and if I’ll even get my money back to go and buy the items they should have delivered. AVOID!!

missing items again always when bags are not sealed! I ordered 2x mince for dinner the next evening and my son in law got the delivery and just put away. when I went looking for mince it was not in fridge. Asked son in law and he said it was not in the bags and receipt was missed too. Its Always the more expensive items that are taken. And I tipped, never again. very poor service.

Cafe closes at 6PM and apparently they done want to serve a coffee after 5:15PM? Really rude member of staff saying “ can’t you see we’re shut “ Well no I can’t as it says 6 pm closing time and about 10 people still sat down. Very rude and think this needs addressing

Didn't read delivery instructions and was unapologetic and passive aggressive about location when they were clearly wrong.

I did not receive confirmation of the order so do not know if the items were in stock but neither the coffee refill or asparagus was delivered.
