The best restaurants serving Default food in Heene Worthing South East

By far the best brownies I’ve ever tasted. Also Lauren, the owner is such a lovely lady and a real treasure to the local community. Highly recommend trying if you haven’t already!

Went in for a coffee and to do some work quietly at a table. The staff was lovely but she and two other customers were loudly chatting for the duration I was there. At one point they were hysterically laughing and shouting their conversation. Friendly but not the place to be if you want to have a quiet drink/read/get work done. I couldn’t think my own thoughts because they were blaringly sharing their live stories so I can no choice but to listen, no consideration to other customers in the coffee shop!

Sitting in it now with a top drawer Cappuccino and a glorious slice of caramel cake 😋. This is a lovely little cafe near the heart of town that really gets you away from the 'hubbub' of central Worthing. The decor is quant and peaceful, it is spotlessly clean, they have a very good range of hot drinks and cakes/confectionery (something for everyone) and all the staff are warm and friendly. I love popping in here whenever I am in town. Thoroughly recommend! x

Lovely community centre with a fabulous cafe and helpful staff. Wheelchair access to grounds although it would be helpful if the entrance doors were automatic.

Nice chilled coffee shop, good coffee and friendly service.

Just returned from dinner at Sea Pearl - and just had to write a review. First impressions were of a beautifully decorated restaurant. We were welcomed at the Bar by two great barmen - and proceeded to order a pint and the best Margarita cocktail I’ve had in a long time. Once in the restaurant, the staff and the food were exceptional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend - and we will be back soon! 😊

Truly excellent meal; food was freshly cooked and presentation perfectly. The restaurant was calm and clean with great service.

Really warm and friendly family run Cafe, we went for some lunch and quickly decided on what to eat, the menu was nice and the prices were really affordable. The lunch itself came efficiently and was very tasty, we went for the bbq panini and chips, so good! Would definitely recommend for a nice lunch date, the breakfasts looked really nice as well! Will definitely have to come back and have one!

What a find! The best Thai food out of Thailand! Cannot help but keep ordering week after week. Keep up the good work and open a restaurant!

Good service and food for the number of people around the table. Not rushed to be out after the meal.

Was told that the Black Cat was a good full breakfast by a friend, he did warn me that there are 2 cooks 1 good and 1 that was terrible, we got the terrible. Waited 25 minutes to get cold food, over cooked poached eggs. Would recommend any other cafe than the Black Cat Worthing.

Utterly appalling, obnoxious singing, for the entire street to sleep to (or not for that matter) I've heard 4 year olds with better crescendo
