The best restaurants serving Default food in Chiddingfold and Dunsfold Waverley South East

We found this charming coffee shop whilst driving towards Petworth from Guildford. It was so ideal. A smart countryside coffee house on the green at Chiddingfold. It was an ideal place to take a simple lunch where the cakes and scones and all things enjoyable were home made. We selected a most delicious sandwich lunch and two excellent latte coffees. As the sun had broken through we enjoyed consuming this lunch on an outdoor table overlooking the village green. It was obvious that you could enjoy a quick lunch if in a hurry or relax and take your time over a more filling menu item. The owner is a lovely person full of humour and fun and very willing to help in any way she can. Well worth a visit. We have returned several times since finding it and will continue to do so. Dog friendly.

Fantastic pub. Went for lunch on Saturday with extended family for my daughter’s birthday and a catch up. Great atmosphere, the staff were amazing and the food was excellent. The staff went the extra mile & had the whole restaurant area singing Happy Birthday when the cake came out. Brilliant, didn’t want to leave!

Although we never go out to a pub for lunch, The Mulberry is an exceptional pub for a Sunday lunch. The food was delicious and the roast beef was so tender it was amazing. The service was great and swift. The whole family enjoyed the lunch,we will be back!

I’ll never get tired of coming here. The food was incredible and all of us felt the same. Lamb Kofta, chicken skewers and mixed grills. Delicious! Impeccable service and always made to feel special. Thank you John and staff

Yet again, a wonderful lunch at the Noah's Ark. Even on a Monday it was busy. The staff is lovely, very friendly and professional and the food was superb. Always a joy to come here.

Great place to stay. The rooms were nice and the staff very friendly. I would recommend a stay at the hotel.

Once again lunch at the Crown travelling down from London. Very good Service and Lunch in an historic Inn facing the large, attractive village Green. However the Reception area is miniscule and directly next to the mal-orderous Gents ! This small toilet facility is obsolete; needs to be re-located and immediate drains also be inspected. Atmosphere was obviously spoilt for us and other customers.

Our second year here, and it was well worth returning. Great food and service as well as a relaxed atmosphere. No rush for us to finish as we enjoyed after lunch coffee. Everyone had a great time. Thank you to everyone at Sun Inn, particularly Elle and of course Tip.

Food here was amazing and very well priced, I had 1/2 rack of ribs which was loads for a normal appetite. My friend had a steak which he said was the best he had eaten in a long time. Desert was also very good. Pub itself is lovely inside and definitely my new favourite. We will be back!
