The best restaurants serving Default food in Valley Tandridge South East

We came here for waffles. We got waffles. They were amazing. Having been here many times before over a period of many years, I can say that the quality and taste is consistently incredible. The staff (waffle guy) is really nice and service is quick. They do only take cash but there’s a free atm by the Lloyds by the bus stop you can easily withdraw from on your way. Plus they play actually nice (nostalgic, really) music — not just the stupid current pop songs. 10/10 would recommend to everyone. It has been a staple of mine and many of my friends’ time at Caterham. Give the waffle place some love.

A fabulous coffee/ lunch spot. The food and service was brilliant. I really enjoyed the paninis and my friend loved her carbonara. We will definitely go back.

Really enjoyed a very authentic feel to the food, it does not feel or taste commercialised, but a bit more personal and cared about.

We live locally, and we simply love this place. Every single time we have visited we have enjoyed our time there, and of course the fantastic food. Very authentic, according to my husband who has visited Thailand and loves the food. The people here are extremely friendly, always with nice words and an open smile that never looks fake. They really make you feel welcome and as soon as you take your seat you feel the nice atmosphere. We have no doubts recommending this little restaurant, and always take our visitors here for them to try something different. Not cheap, not particularly expensive, we think it's an excellent price/quality ratio as the food is gorgeous and the service is so lovely.

Home from home. Majid and his team always make me feel welcome. Clean, friendly and family oriented cafe. They make the best freshly squeezed orange juice in my opinion (the smaller size is sufficient at £3.95). I also buy their bolognese dish occasionally as it is fantastic.

Great little cafe... service was good..food was good.. price was good. If you want posh nosh this is not the place for you.. only disappointment sausages were pretty much meat free.. upgrade them and it will be 5 stars.

Finally found a decent kebab shop in the area. Food is fresh and good quality, staff are friendly, and they accept cards - which is a rarity for kebab shops in this area, which I find a really strange business practice. Well done for traditional food with a modern system!

Last time I order. Wet soggy chewy nan, small meat portions in cold Rogan j, horrible. I ordered from these guys about 5 times in last 18 months. Last two times have been poor, today last straw.

Fish burger .. no salad no sauces which I have had before .. just a cold dry bun with some scaby fish ends thrown in
