Will not use again, terrible value for money, advise not to use. Please see photos, there are several sizes of chips, a cone, small, apparently this is a regular for £2.90. Disgusted at the size of a standard portion of chips from this chip shop, you have lost my business and I have posted this as a warning to others of the poor value for money. I noticed the size when I was handed the portion and just couldn’t be bothered to have a discussion about it and walked out deciding to post a poor review. Bills are obviously happy to serve this as a standard portion, so will not mind me posting what you get for your money for all to see before they decide to spend. I have used a multi packs of crisps for scale.

McDonald’s was offence to me and my family my little sister was practically crying as her food was cold because they didn’t call out our order number making the food come out 25 minutes late and talking about late we ordered 4 mcflurries and they took thirty minutes to serve us only because we had to ask a worker once again because they had not made our order in the first place and it was melted when we got back to our table disgustingly a woman carrying bin bags created a spillage with a horrid liquid from the bins of you can’t handle the people in your restaurant don’t work there it’s supposed to be fast food not late cold and slow food disgusting horrid food and rude profane workers outrageous!

We had hoped that in the intervening months since Fresh Kitchen took over the Sainsbury’s cafeteria things would improve, but they’ve actually got worse. The hours of operation have been drastically cut - no hot food after 5 o’clock, for example. But actually finding it open and running a full menu is becoming increasingly difficult. Once again we turn up for an evening meal and there’s a scrappy hand written notice saying food stopped at 4.00 pm. They have staffing issues, and many of the previous staff have left. They even have problems with deliveries leaving them only able to offer a very limited menu. We have used this cafeteria since it was opened and breakfast often was heaving, with long queues. Now it’s normally half empty. People seem to have voted with their feet. What on earth were Sainsbury’s thinking about? They are not interested in the problems even though this cafeteria is within their store. They just say it’s nothing to do with us. But it’s within their store, you can’t access it without going through the store. It reflects very badly on Sainsbury’s management that they do nothing to improve the situation. What a shame! This lot couldn’t organise a booze up in a brewery!

Worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life all staff are completely rude and dismissive weren’t trying to give updates on time frames of order. It’s okay that store is busy but when you can’t even answer it Customer just questioning how long order is going to be disgusting behaviour. It also seems that they are racist because they were being very much more tentative to people of white complexion however when me and my partner try to speak to them, we actually just wait. They just said wait wait wait and ask for manager we told the manager is busy. Clearly racist also at the fact that we also witnessed a drive I get spoken too disgustingly at one point we even saw the ladies say to one of our colleagues that the driver was a N word. This was 8:25pm Saturday 15th March. White lady wearing hat claiming to be deaf

I ordered on the McDonald’s app, I was waiting for my food for over 55 minutes and the delivery driver was sat somewhere for 20 minutes and then he was delivering other orders before he went to the branch. When he left McDonald’s he decided to deliver another order before delivering mine. When the order arrived my drinks order was wrong and got the opposite of what I ordered. I ordered large sprite and two medium cokes, I have lost money out of this. I then phoned McDonald’s and they told me it was Ubers fault. I don’t see how this makes sense as they placed the order in the bag and they denied anything and was still blaming uber. I felt my food and it was stone cold which I was expecting. My egg was also undercooked so that put me off my meal. This is not a brach to go to as they have terrible customer service and doesn’t care about the point you are trying to get across. This is disgusting!!

Used to be an ok chip shop but changed since last visit. Won’t be going back ever even if last place on planet earth. Premises & food looked awful, staff would obviously rather be doing anything else other than cook “food” & awful attitude. Think 5 star rating on window from environmental health left over from pre existing business. Big queues at eateries just round corner from visitors & locals but no one visiting here says it all to me
