Very disappointed, believe it has changed hands since last year, cheap frozen food, we were really looking forward to using the restaurant but can safely say I wouldn’t bother again

Visited on a Sunday morning for breakfast. Saw some good reviews previously but think they have had some staff changes as the breakfast menu has been stripped right back to basics. Coffee - ordered a flat white and it tasted like it was either a sachet or a pod machine. For nearly £3 I expect a decent bean to cup coffee. Waffles were shop bought. If you do waffles how hard is it to make them fresh. Veg breakfast - beige and uninspiring. No love or seasoning in anything and while staff where friendly, chef seemed to be struggling when the place was half empty. He refused to poach any eggs as it was too hard and chef was too busy. We should have left. It's cheap but not cheerful. Maybe an off day but will try somewhere else next weekend.

An absolute shambles! My sons have justed waited for an hour and half for their "fast food"! No apologies when they finally got their order. In view of my past experiences and all the negative reviews, how is this place still trading?!!!!

Delivery 151 Milton Road, Widley, Waterlooville PO8 8RE EnglandDude in front of me was upset that the website or app had not processed his order properly and then resorted to threaten the manager over a pizza he said he ordered that he hadn’t even been charged for. I was struggling to understand why he didn’t just reorder the pizza tbh. But, the manager dealt professionally and fairly with the customer and despite being called a variety of colourful names, remained nothing but respectful in return. I’ve never had a problem with my order, but even if I did, I can guarantee it wouldn’t be due to the incompetency of the staff. Every time I’ve gone for a pickup they’ve been the kind of people to ask about your day and make an effort to ensure that they leave a lasting impression, even if it is just a quick transaction. Pizza is always hot and they keep on top of the order progress in the app, what more do you need? Can’t recommend this place enough.
