After adding all the items I wanted to the shopping cart using the app, I was unable to place an order due to issues with being required to create a KFC account. Sk I then kept the cart open on the app and drove straight to the order terminal. I asked for a “Zinger box Beal with 2 hot wings with a supercharge dip”. I drive around the the pay/collect window. I am told that will be £10.49. Not the £9.49 shown in my cart. I query the price and physically show the shopping cart the items I wanted. The girl explains that delivery prices are different. So I tell her that I’m not wanting a delivery, I wanted to use the drive thru but could not pay due to issues. She then went on to tell me how other customers who order via a pickup sometimes pay less. But doesn’t really know why. So I then just give up and pay. Guess what ? After driving away and parking, I open the box to find she has given me a, “Fillet tower box meal with hot wings.” So even though physically ordering this initially via the terminal and then showing her the items I wanted, they get it wrong. And also paid extra for their mistake. They are absolutely useless useless useless.

This KFC is a joke we waited for 20 minutes to get to order (there was one car in front) when we got to the dirty non lit machine to order there was no sorry for your wait just a abrupt what you want we ordered and went to the next window followed by the woman taking our payment being told they had run out of buns for the burgers and they swore in front of us about the situation we said our dismay about the reaction followed by the server shhhing us to turn her back and we asked to see a manager we was told she was on the toilet as she has chrones disease and she will be gone a very long time as she does sit on the toilet for long periods regularly! So we asked for a refund and we paid by card but the manager paid us in cash (don’t know how she does her end of days but up to her! ) this is the worst KFC in England think they need a good training or get the staff from the one a mile down the road to train them

Poor management, poor service, obviously no people skills and can’t handle pressure. Called as some items were missing from order, called and spoke to a young girl, she went to speak to the manager and the line hung up. (Can only assume the manager said to hang up). Tried to call back but no answer. Continued to call back, no answer. Still no answer an hour later. @Meghan Farren, need to get this site sorted Hopefully they call back and refund, however I’m sure that management aren’t this proactive at Bedhampton.

Waited 1 hour then time changed to 9.45pm when it finally arrived food was tepid chips were cold orders w ere not in the right boxes so we had to swop food over very disappointing meal i had ordered takeaway because i am not well at the moment we felt this was not good enough disgusting we will not be ordering takeaway from KFC again.

How hard is it for your incompetent staff to check an order before it goes in the bag? HOW HARD. Via Deliveroo the food took 45 minutes, was cold and didn’t have the main order inside. Upon phoning to complain, I had to take it up with Deliveroo. No problem, but I have to do this every time I order from this branch because the staff are imbeciles. Plus, kfc do NOTHING about it. I now have a hungry son, thank you, you complete clowns - you’re not fit to work at McDonald’s!!!

I have been to this particular KFC multiple times. They are consistently useless. I cannot believe they even operate as they are not fit for purpose in my view. They are an embarrassment to the KFC brand. To begin with, you can count on them taking far too long via the drive thru. On one occasion I was stuck in the queue for over 30 mins with my toddler son. And was late in getting to an appointment. List of issues I’ve encountered are issues with staff not being able to understand how to deal with basics such as getting the order correct. Over or undercooked food. Poorly prepared such as wraps having the salad on the outside of the wrap. Missing items including condiments. Staff having no sense of professionalism and appear to be treating the job as some sort of joke. What a screw up of a business in an area with plenty sales opportunity. My advice is to not visit.

We grabbed take out from here after driving home from Oxford on Sunday evening 20th Feb.At 2am i started the symptons of food poisoing and my son did a few hours later.We were both very ill all day with severe gastric symptons and still feel weak today.The pharmacist said the chicken had probably been lying around for a while.My hub has had much milder symptons .he had put his fillets in the microwave until really hot..son and i had eaten as was.Staff clearly need re.training in food hygeine and temp checks etc.This could kill an elderly/weak person.I have tried phoning store..no answer.Never again will i take the health risk of eating from here.

Wrong order for the second time. Mighty bucket for 1 ordered. Had 8 hot wings in the box instead of two pieces of chicken, two fillet strips, two hot wings and fries!!! No fries to be seen. Can’t get hold of them on the phone!! Not good enough

Having seen the repeated TV ads for KFC I was lured in to thinking it might be nice as a special treat. (I do not really buy/eat take aways.) It was probably 30 years ago when in London as a student that I remember this deep fried food and it always tasted great! Sadly, either this particular branch has got it wrong, (not dissing the chef, he was working as hard as he could with the ingredients he had been given,) but something has changed at head office, etc, and t it was just ‘average’ and not as spicy and special as I remember it. The chips were actual chips, instead of fries too, which I don’t remember either way from before. (I prefer fries myself.) My order was taken fairly quickly, but then I had to wait with the queue of other waiting customers to the side. This is where the system fell down.. Three staff behind the counter working as quickly as they could, but it was pandemonium and things were wrong sometimes, although to their credit they put it right immediately. Likewise, I was amazed at apart from the food there were drinks and ice creams etc and the staff did their best. I will say from someone who is used to ‘organised x, y and z,’ this was chaos. The poor staff are all trying to work from a very small serving area and the Management/Head office, IMO need to look at this. After waiting ten minutes from ordering, I began to see other orders with higher numbers than mine being served, so I questioned this. Good job, as it seems it had been accidently ‘bumped’ (i.e erased!) It was a simple box meal for one.. Credit to the person who dealt with it, she gave me 2 complementary cookies as an apology. (Tasted good!) Personally, my experienced re-lived was shattered and I am unlikely to be a customer for another 30 years, (if I reach 90!) NB Some of the photos on here are out of date.. but it still has plenty of seating etc.

Every time I have received food from this place there has always been something fairly unsatisfactory about the chicken. It usually arrives as if they kept it in the heat for a couple of hours and the chicken always has a fairly repulsive smell and taste to it as if the chicken is incorrectly stored. I have also been missing items from my order on a couple of occasions ordering from here. Definitely the worst KFC I have ever experienced.

This is by far the worst kfc I have ever been to. Unhygienic staff members rubbing their eyes and scratching their hair and picking nose over food serving areas and not cleaning their hands. When I spoke to the manager she wrote down the number for complaining then ran off to the back and didn’t return. When she finally appeared I asked her if she was going to make the three staff members to wash their hands she just looked at me dumb founded. She then said what she would like me to do. I replied for starters refund the food order that hadn’t even been sorted yet. She did refund the full order and we left and will never be returning to this establishment again. I also think the local council health inspector should do a surprise visit as it would fail. The tables were all filthy and as was the floor. Very poor standards for a KFC

Reviews regarding delivery so bad, we thought we would drive there. Well, it is an experience as not pointed out quite where you are meant to park first of all. Maybe that was us so let's get down to the place itself, one member of staff was very helpful, others sullen-looking and obviously would have rather been elsewhere. Advertisement misleading which even our helpful server agreed. When we got home found the chips (where?) were virtually invisible. Beans well if l had realized you had to pay £1.40 for a minuscule carton, we wouldn't have bothered. Chicken nice but certainly not worth the money now. Sorry KFC might as well have gone next door to Asda's.

Collected an order from here, the car park was chaos although KFC wasnt all that busy. Got home with my bucket only to find chips missing, the chicken was greasy and the skin falling off. A disappointing meal all round.

Have now visited this place for the third and last time. I feel it is unfair to visit a place once and give a review. First time: waited 32 minutes from giving order to receiving food. Wasn’t busy, just SEVERE under staffing. The same person took my money at the first window as served me my food (complete opposite side of restaurant!) which demonstrates severe under staffing. NEXT VISIT: Less of a wait but, as with first visit, no spoon for icecream or spork for beans. No wipes. No salt. THIRD VISIT (am writing this while in queue, I hope this says a lot!). They no longer use first window, only last window for both payment and handing over the food. Waited 5 minutes at speaker to give my order. Only two cars in front. 10 minutes now and am still in queue. UPDATE: Went to pay and use a voucher for a free snack and was told that the snack I ordered couldn’t be the free snack, I had to order a snack above and beyond the first order TWENTY MINUTES AGO. “I can’t take it off”. SEVERE UNDER STAFFING resulting in cold food. AGAIN no wipes or spoon/fork. Incorrect drink. Need I go on? Considering there is a Mcdonalds about a 20 second walk away...well the choice is yours. AWFUL.

This branch is a joke. Here, we have a KFC and a McDonald’s within throwing distance of each other.As a party of 10, 8 were children, and it is my Son’s birthday. Some children wanted KFC, some want McDonalds.Unfortunately, despite it being 1pm on a Saturday and empty, you had a 20 minute wait on chicken? Who are the idiot management you employ? Here’s a clever tip, when the amount of chicken you’re cooking starts to sell, cook more. It’s a Saturday afternoon at 1PM - you’re a bunch of amateurs. By contrast, McDonald’s was heaving, but they managed to fulfil our £50 order!

This is the fourth time I’ve visited the bedhampton kfc; it’s also the forth time they didn’t have boneless chicken. Clearly an unplanned kfc the staff are not understanding and vapid. Clearly the place needs a stronger leadership

Used the terminal to order 3 piece dinner. Floor was dirty and bits of left overs were under the table. Bins were overflowing.When I got my food there were flies hovering over it and the clerk just grinned sarcastically.The place is a dump and the staff don't give a dime. It's a rip off and a disgrace

Last time we brought kfc we said never again as food was cold soggy chips and chicken awful wasn't fresh and also cold ,grandson wanted kfc we gave in and went to drive through staff were great but the food was disgusting,again cold soggy chips and chicken was different colours so obviously cooked at different times and at £20 this is not worth it at all so will definitely NOT use kfc again

my partner and I popped in for some kfc and wanted a milk shake. Apparently kfc doesn't have milkshakes but have something similar so we asked for two of them only to be told the machine was broken and had been for 2 weeks! So we decided on a cup of tea, when I asked for milk I got told there wasn't any!!!!

I thought to try the drive-through again after having terrible food just when the restaurant opened about a year ago but yet again once I got home the food was freezing and let me say I live 2 minutes away. I was gutted yet again the burger I ordered looked like it had been thrown into the box from a huge distance i could not believe it, also the fries were soggy and wet. Do you think this is acceptable from such a huge franchise like yours? If anything you would of thought you would of upped your game especially when your restaurant is literally 10 meters away from a McDonald’s. one last thing I will be telling the local community to stay away from KFC. Also McDonald’s chicken select meal beats any of your so called famous chicken meals hand down.

Went to this KFC for the first time yesterday and I was shocked at how slow the service was. I was in the queue for exactly 40 minutes waiting for my food, and there were 7 cars in front of me. Why does it take them so long. By the time I got home they forgot a side. Management need to look seriously into this. Very poor so don’t waste your time.

Waited 12 mins at the counter only two tables being used in the restaurant in the end I said can I get served only to be ignored in the end I said loudly can I be served only to be told they were understaffed and to wait (six staff members on )two tables been already used just me and a couple in the drive through understaffed no lazy rude and ignorant yes poor management yes untrained staff yes avoid this place unless you like to wait all day and be treated like you are nothing kfc is seriously slipping

Newish building but dirty tables, slowest service in the world. 25 minutes to get one burger! Then lukewarm and cold fries!Massively short staffed and the resources they have got prefer to serve the drive through. Shame, love KFC, but this is enough to make you go to McDonalds. Yes, it’s that bad.

Popped in for lunch today and whilst the restaurant looks great the food is disappointing. The burgers were luke warm at best even though they were cooked fresh and the chicken bits with the bbq sauce special were luke warm as well. Service was not anything special with not even a thank you. Not sure I would visit again.

Popped here straight from work at 9pm, we were the only customers in the restaurant and drive through we decided to drive through and had to wait 5 min to be served as the chap was busy doing 2 jobs (not his fault) eventually got served ordered a2piece meal with coleslaw sorry no coleslaw !! Thought it was just chicken they had a problem with ! Also ordered 2 portions of hot wings and a zinger meal, we literally live 5 mins up the rd we could not believe our eyes they were the smallest portions of chips and they must have been out and shot pigeons !!! Hot wings stone cold and dried up chips stone cold, this is a brand new store and if this is normal standards it won’t last absolute disgrace will not be returning !!

My mum wanted a KFC for lunch and persuaded me to drive her through the drive through to order her lunch. I have to say the service was very poor. We placed her order quickly and then moved to the next window to collect and were held up by the previous customer who had a problem with his order. By the time we got to the window our order had been ready for over 5 minutes and subsequently cold by the time we got home. I know it’s an unfortunate event but they could have made an effort to move on the previous customer and carry on dealing with dishing out the orders. Not impressed

I’ve been waiting for this brand new KFC to open near my home. We went through the drive through and order a few different orders. When we started eating there were no dips which was part of the meal supposedly and the famous kfc breadcrumb was disgusting it tasted like it wasn’t cooked enough, it was so disappointing.

I love this Chinese every thing i have tried tastes amazing an the service quick and polite. Can be a little busy at times but that's a testament to how good the food is. Highly recommend this place.

Dreadful service. Clueless. And very expensive for a chip shop. I had to wait 45 minutes just for chips while they served everybody else with fish. Any other chip shop would serve you straight away with just chips while other people expect to wait a while for their fish to be fried fresh but not this place. You're on a list which the staff struggle with. If you just want chips there is a Chinese next door that will serve you chips in less than 10 minutes. Lot of people left the Chinese with fish and chips while I was sat waiting for my chips. We won't be back.
